I just moved to Hammond without any furniture, including a mattress. Having slept on a twin spring mattress for my entire childhood, I was looking for an upgrade, but didn’t quite know what I wanted.I walked in and the person assisting me, Wayne, was extremely helpful and patient in showing me around the different types of mattresses, pillows, and sizes.I left extremely satisfied with my decision and am looking forward to when it gets shipped. He was very transparent about the fact that the mattress I was buying was having a shortage so it may take longer than 30 days, so I appreciate that.

Justin Marquis is the best. He greeted we when we entered the store. He is warm and very friendly. Justin seems to enjoy his job. He very knowledgeable about the mattress he sold us. We wined up buying the SMB SILVER CHILL MATTRESS KING PRIME AND THE EASE 3.0 ADJUSTABLE BASE. We love our new bed. Thank Justin for selling it to us.

From the moment my wife called the store, Justin was extremely helpful and courteous. Once we arrived at the store, Justin open the door and welcomed us in. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came out to picking the right mattress for us!! I am in a wheelchair but he gave me the option of picking one out for my comfort. I was allowed to lay on the mattress to see if that’s what I wanted. It was all about us and I strongly recommend if anyone needs a mattress please go see these folks!! I would not recommend buying a mattress from this company. The warranty is completely void if there is even a little stain on your mattress. We had a mattress cover and they stl would not replace.. Their mattress is garbage and sank in the middle before it was even 3 yrs old and they would not replace their bad work. Spend the money and get a better mattress. These guys are a joke!

We randomly stopped in an I’m so glad we did. I’ve had a hard time finding the right mattress. We went to Ashley Furniture an had a horrible experience with the sales team there pushing us to buy just anything. Justin Marquis at Mattress Firm in Hammond, La made the selecting process so easy. We wanted a tempur-probreeze but didn’t know what would work for both of us, Justin had us try all the different types with different pillows. Had us try the different bases to show us everything they offered. The store was super clean and there were masks available at the front door. I was greeted before I was really even inside. The salesman knew how to work his way around the store and was able to help me fit my needs with just a few questions. I was in and out with a new mattress and base at a great price plus delivery in under and hour.

Bill was wonderful and took time to go over all the mattresses I was I retested in and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He didn’t try to oversell me but I did buy the top of the line. He answered several calls from me after my purchase and I would definitely return! He is an asset to your team!

We called in looking for a mattress that we found on the website, but found out the size was only in a twin, not a queen. Gerard was extremely helpful and found us the queen sized mattress at another store, we bought it and it will be delivered to our local store in a matter of days! Excellent variety of mattresses! Gerard Blanchard helped us and he was not pushy and very knowledgeable. I am giving 4 stars not because of anything he did or said but because there were multiple customers in the store the day we went and Gerard was the only one working the store. We had to wait for him to make 2 other sales before we were seen. There was another couple waiting in line behind us. Im sure thats not a typical Saturday but it was a little frustrating. However, I am super glad we waited. We learned a lot about our new purchase and plan to be getting a great night sleep tonight thanks to Gerard.

Mattress shopping is very difficult with all the different types of beds but Matt was very helpful. He asked what type of sleeper we were and help narrow down to a medium firmness. The overall shopping experience was great. We have not received the mattress yet so I cant say honestly if it was a great pick for us. To be continued...

Went in yesterday to buy a adjustable bed! The sales associate ( Gerard Blanchard ) was so extremely helpful! He took his time, to explain all pros and cons of the different mattresses and bases! Let us take our time, and answered all our questions. We went with two new Tempur-Luxebreeze firm Matt twin xl prime, with the king split Tempur-Ergo extend adjustable base. Also he saved us some money, by giving us the New Purecare Luxury cooling split king bundle. Can’t wait for it to all come in next Saturday! We also love that we have 4 months to make sure we love it, if not allowing us to exchange it! Thanks for the great service!

Laurel, I got 1st mattress and it was too hard I could not rest on it. I am a side sleeper and it had no give. Came back after 1 week and Laurel swapped out to a mattress that conforms to my body more and softer I hope I can sleep in bed now

Purchased a king size mattress & adjustable base for our master bed room in May 2018. Our previous mattress was a Tempurpedic, so wanted a firm higher end mattress and possibly an adjustable base. Initially, we had a pleasant buying experience, so went back the following weekend to make a purchase. We tried out 3-4 of their top end mattresses. We decided on a Dream LUXE 14 that was om display in the store. We looked at a couple of different adjustable bases. The salesperson and I couldnt initially agree on pricing so he mentioned he may have the same mattress at his clearance center. He made mention someone ordered it and it came in wrong so he could make a deal on it. Him and I agreed on the mattress pricing so we added the Contemporary adjustable base and two pillows. I paid him in cash and we had it delivered to our home. At delivery, I had a sitter at my home. Later, I came home to realize I did not receive what I purchased. The base was indeed correct, however, The mattress was the correct brand, but, it was the base model And only 11 inches tall. The base with the mattress sits only a total of 23.5 inches from the floor. As you can imagine, not happy. I called to speak with the sales person, of course not in. I was able to speak with the manager and it seemed she was going to help. After verifying I had the correct measurements versus what I had tried out in the store I called back for her and she told me she would have my sales person call me since he was the one that I had made the sale with. Well, that was three weeks ago today. Unfortunately, after thousands of dollars spent, the mattress is sitting in my living room. I have no use for it. I either want what I purchased or my money back. Companies of your size should not be judged by the mistake, as being in business, I understand. Were all human. You should be judged by the way you repair the mistake. At this point, I do not have much faith with your company, I think I would rather have my money back and give your competition a try.Respectfully,JTB

Typical mattress store, nobody but you shopping, pushy salesperson.

Thought we had gotten a great deal until we went back 5 days later to pick up our mattress. We were led to the back of the store to collect our mattress, at first sight of it i made the remark, that cant be ours it is not thick enough. The sales person Laurel said it just looks that way in the plastic. Well we picked it upand headed back toward the front. When we got to the store model that we had chsen from, we stopped and there was no question about it, this one we were taking home was not the one we chose. And furthermore the sales lady had stuff layed out to cover the mattress so that we could not compare the whole mattress. My hubby is a passive person who doesnt like conflict with anyone, so he persuaded me to go ahead and bring the mattress home and try it. First it was lower to the floor, being it was only about 9 1/2 thick, our old one was 13 1/2, then our fitted sheets were way too big and wouldnt fit snuggly being they were for extra thick mattresses. Then and most importantly going to bed. It felt like sleeping on the floor, the mattress didnt give at all, we both tossed and turned all night. Worst mattress we have ever bought. MY ADVICE IF YOU BUY FROM MATTRESS FIRM, TAKE IT HOME WITH YOU FROM THE STORE, DONT WAIT FOR ONE TO BE ORDERED, YOU MIGHT NOT GET THE EXACT MATTRESS YOU TRIED AND CHOSE.
