They need to clear their VM or get a new system setup. But their service is excellent and they are good people.

My wife had a tire that was leaking and the lug nut key was missing. It was after the dealership was closed, at about 8pm. They got us in, removed the lock nuts and patched the tire in about a half hour. Amazing experience.

My fiance, my daughter & I all have our cars serviced by Willow. Hes the most honest, hard working & fair priced mechanic that Ive come across. We have no complaints about his work. He and Joe are solid mechanics.

Good people, fair prices

Well I thought these guys were honest and decent people, but they arent !! Had my SUV in there not 2 weeks ago get it back and 2 days later its making the loudest knocking noise that other drivers were looking at me as I drove back to this shop. Was there for over an hour they couldnt find 1 thing wrong then as we are leaving then all the sudden they find something . My sub died in me today in the middle of a intersection I call them and Miguel says let me call my boss and see where the tow truck is and Ill call you back. That was a little after 9am today its almost 1pm never heard back. So I called Willow and Red who didnt answer so I text them Im stranded in middle of intersection need a tow 911. No call no response!! Now Im wondering if they did something to put suv and its very suspicious they dont call back or answer knowing a customer who was just at their shop is needing a tow stranded !! Take your vehicles else where we have had 1 problem after another after getting it worked on here and they wont even get back to me knowing Im a woman stranded needing a tow!! Thank you Red Willow and especially Miguel for leaving me stranded and knowing it and never calling me back!! SO U ADMIT THAT IM WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM U I EVEN CALLED U BACK AGAIN AFTER WAITING AND WAITING TO SEE IF YOU CAN TOW IT N U DIDNT ANSWER HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET TO YOUR SHOP TO TALK IN PERSON?!! IM IN MIDDLE OF A BUSY INTERSECTION WAITING ON YOYR CALL?!! I WOULD HAVE GLADLY TALKED TO U IF YOU COULD HAVR CALLED NE BACK OR ANSWERED MY CALL TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOUBG ON. IT WSS 2 DAYS AFTER I LEFT YOYR SHOP IT STARTED MAKING A GOD AWFUL BANGING NOISE BUT I COULDNT MUSS WORK TO BRING IT BACK THAT DAY I HAD TO GET PERMISSION FROM WORK SO IM NOT OUT YET ANOTHER DATS PAY. I CALLED RED I CALLED WILLOW I CALLED YOU I TECT RED I TEXT WILLOW SUV DEAD NEED TOW 911 NOBODY COULD EVEN RESLOND VIA TEXT TO SAY SORRY WE DONT KNOW WHERE OUR TOW TRUCK IS. LAST MECHANICS TO WORK ON IT WAS 7 MONTHS AGO SO I HAVE NO CLUE WHY ID WANT TO CONTACT THEM?? YES YOU DID PUT 1 QT OF OIL IN THST WAS KIND OF YOY THANK YOU BUT ITS A JERK MOVE NOT TO CALL A WOMAN BACK WHOS STRANDED NEEDING A TOW WHEN YOU SAY ILL CALL MY BOSS AND SEE WHERE TOW TRUVK IS I WSS WAITING FOR YOU I TRIED CALLING U BACK U SHOULD HAVE ANSWERED AND SAID YOU NEVER HEARD BACK. THIS REVIEW IS JUST AN HONEST REVIEW OF WHAT HAS TRANSPIRED YES ITS WARRANTED YES PPL SHOULD KNOW YOU HAVE NO ISSUES WITH NOT CALLING THEM BACK OR ANSWERING ATTEMPTS TO FIND OUT IF A TOW IS COMING OR NOT AFTER A VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN YOUR SHOP 2 TIMES IN APPROX A WEEKS TIME FRAME. SO THANK YOU FOR TJE FREE QT OF OIL YOU WANT THE 5 BUCKS FOR IT? YOU SHOULDNT LEAVE CUSTOMERS HANGING YOU SHOULD BE HONEST AND SAY HEY CALL ANOTHER TOW I CANT GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE!
