First of All, starting from the phone call they were professional and kind. When I pulled up it was the same energy. They came out to greet me with a smile. They explained what they were doing and the cost before they did anything and it was a fast and easy process. I have found my Nu oil change spot 💜💚💜

Im editing to remove my previous review. I had work done here and as I was driving home, my tire started wobbling really bad. Luckily I was driving past Ford on the way, I was not gonna turn my car around and go back because it felt unsafe. Ford checks it out and come to find out, my tire wasnt securely screwed on and was getting ready to fall off. On top of that, one of my lugnuts was broken off. I dont know how someone could confidently send me on my way with my car in such a dangerous state. I didnt bother going back because they were rude on the phone when I called. I will never use duke of oil again.

Fast service with very professional people. The oil change that I received had a 4 dollar off coupon but after the discount I still paid 75 dollars. I usually get it done at Walmart but had to decide if I wanted fast service or slow and less expensive? I dont like that they try to up sell you things that the car really dont need. The things that they recommend does not align with car maintenance in the manual. Some things they recommend only needs done maybe one time in the life of the car yet every time I get the oil changed they still recommend things I had done before. It also pays to go to different places as once they have you in the computer, they can see what you had done. For example I had work done at Walmart and a month later went to Duke of oil and they tried to upsell me on things I had done at Walmart. Went to Walmart to let them check their work after showing them what Duke of oil recommended. I believe this is why its hard to trust people in the automotive industry. Read your manual and if youre going to pay premium prices, do it at the dealership. I wont be going back. Even to get a discount they require you to mail in a receipt. Too much paperwork for a few bucks off. My service will me 30 dollars cheaper by using Walmart and that without a coupon.

Came for an oil change but had other concerns since I recently bouggt my car used. . Issac assisted us and was very knowledgeable. He explained all services and which things were priority and which things could wait and for how long . He also reccomended the most cost effective way to maintain the car with maintenance services. He was friendly, timely while still being informative step by step.

Crew is very professional and courteous and they go that extra mile to explain things going on with more than just your oil change

My go to oil change spot. I am a regular here for the last 3 years. Eric, the manager, went over the details of what services were offered and what might need servicing on my vehicle. He was very polite, thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. His staff were also very professional and polite as well. As usual, the oil change was quick and efficient which is why I will always choose them over the other competitors in the area. If you want reliable servicemen to change your oil and enjoy some coffee while you wait, come to the Duke of Oil in Hammond, Indiana. You wont be disappointed.

Just like every other Duke of Oil in the region: Great, friendly service -Too pricey.Four quarts of 0w20 synthetic and a filter should not cost $72.And yes, I do need a engine filter - but not at 4 times the cost of Amazon. - Im not exaggerating - it was $5.25 + tax.Its a shame, the staff is always polite.

I have used Oil Express for many years - mostly in Lowell, IN but also a couple other locations in NW Indiana.My experience today at this location in Hammond was excellent.The young man who serviced my vehicle today was Jaylan (not sure of the spelling) he was very polite, well informed and most importantly he was helpful and engaging.The process was smooth and prompt. Add in good service with a smile and you have a 5 star experience.

Horrible. Normally i go in schereville. These people didnt even fill up the washer fluid among other things. I will just file a claim with their corporate office and the better business bureau.

One of the technicians broke the rear driver side taillight when replacing the rear driver side left turn signal bulb! He replaced it for no charge but it shouldnt have happened in the first place!

Two days before Thanksgiving my first stop of the day was at Oil Express to get my oil changed. Next stop down the street and my car wont start. Finally make it home and car wont start at all. Have to get towed. Two days and $180 later I have my car back. Mass air flow filter clogged with debri. Mechanic cant prove it was done at oil change. Ruined Thanksgiving. Thanks, Oil Express

I just hated the people who work there lost a part from my suv when they changed the oil and when I said that I wanted to be replaced they told me they will ordered, and I waited for 2 weeks and the last time I asked the manager he even laugh at my face and the Duke of oil that I went is on Indianapolis Boulevard in Hammond they have no respect for their costumers.

Dont even waste your time unless you want to waste money unnecessarily no matter what oil you want use in your car they insist that its recommended they use the highest price oil they have to offer yeah it may be their job but when you ask for specific oil they should just leave it at that furthermore they are about as unprofessional as they can possibly be
