My car developed a sound while driving to Chicago, so I found this shop on Google. The gentlemen were so gracious and helpful. They took the car for a drive checked it out thoroughly and then told me what I can get fixed for the long term and that there was nothing wrong with it right now, so I could proceed to Chicago safely. They suggested that I should have it checked later when the sound comes back. They charged me nothing! I highly recommend this shop and its staff. Fantastic people!! The care and concern for the customer shone so bright! Thank you so much!

I came across a brake issue which required a new bearing and sensor. I called on a Saturday morning and was told that my issue could be resolved that day. Amerimex did an amazing job in such short notice, and everyone that I spoke too was very polite! I Highly recommend Amerimex.

I took my car because AC stopped working, I told them it was a lose cable. They call and say it was relay and blower. I pay get in My car and AC still not working. I told them what happened ???? Come to find it was a lose cable by the AC compressor. Everything they did to my car had nothing to do with the AC. Now they tell me blower was changed because no air was blowing. I told them it was blowing hot air. This place is ridiculous, ripping people off.They do not know what’s going on, I told them take all your parts off and give me my refund.Waiting for my car now.

Do not go to this place. I went because my car was wobbling. They did over $1,000 in repairs on my car and it was still doing the same thing!! Come to find out I just needed a new tire. They took advantage of me and did unneeded repairs. Horrible customer service and they are either ripping people off or just dont know what theyre doing.

Went in there for inner and outer rods and was charged 1300 dollars for an easy 350 job. They are over priced and the wait was long. I guesd they had to get there 85 dollar hr fee. I will never go back they are rip offs

Ya this place is a joke.I brought my car there and he said 520 for a lil muffler patch.

The mechanic used the wrong size hex bolts on my calipers. The bolts he used were to big, so instead of getting the correct bolts he only threaded them through partially. They fell out after a few days of driving which is very dangerous.The kicker, when I went back to have the problem addressed I feigned ignorance to see if theyd catch their mistake. They tried to sell me new rotors and pads. They said the grinding and clicking I was hearing (which was the break assembly bouncing around) was the metal backing of the pads hitting the rotor (it wasent). Didnt mention the missing hex bolts till I brought it up myself. Sketchy place, wont be going back.

Got the job done quick and reasonably on a Saturday. Got a quote and they stuck to it and the car was done within two hours. I will definetly be going there again for any muffler or exhaust needs.Thank you Amerimex. Had a great experience!

Good work but overcharge..

Ive used them a couple of times. They are really well-priced and easy to work with. They go over and above to find the least expensive options and are super friendly. Highly recommend trying them out.

The best auto care in town! I always bring my cars for routine maintenance here and they have incredible pricing. Had to get my radiator replaced and the manager was so nice and not only told me what the problem was but he actually took me in the back to showed me which I really liked. I bring all my cars here for everything. Kind people to do business with.

I really don’t trust these people.Told me I have to pay $600 for new rack and pinion before they can do an alignment, 3 other mechanics said it was nothing wrong with it. This place is overpriced and say you need unnecessary parts replaced.

I had to pay another shop to fix what they damaged. VERY disappointing.

Funny story ... I took my car here for a alignment and a oil change . They didn’t align it because the car still pulled and they never changed the oil because it was black and had the same oil filter and still got charged and had to take it to firestone for a alignment . I drove my one day after and seen they let a car roll out there shop with the drivers door open and stopped when the door bent backwards from hitting a light pool . Great job guys maybe when the shop closes you guys have a future in pick and pull destroying junk yard cars . Sounds like fun :)

They are reasonably priced, and Im impressed with their service. They changed my brakes and ball joints without issue. Just one exception--dont get any tires from them. The two used tires they sold me wore thin very bad, very fast. They were used, but cmon! It was still ridiculous.

Charged me $60 for brake light change. Actual cost should have been about 15 -20 ($5 bulb and less than 5 minutes labour) so they fall into the category of most auto repair which is dishonest rip-off.

Tell you a cheap price on the phone to get you there, tell you a different price (increase of course) when you get there, then charge you about double the original price given on the phone after the work is complete. They also tried lying and saying my four cylinder was a six cylinder, to charge more for an oil change. Idk if they are that stupid or that big of snakes, but dont waate your time with this place.

I had a flex pipe installed they quoted me 80 dollars I left the car 20 minutes later I receive a call saying I need additional piping120 dollars total I agreed thinking that they where telling the truth when I pick up the car I ask to see the work it was only the flex pipe no extra work.BEWARE Of This Place

I went in a few weeks ago, because I was having brake issues, i have no complaints about the service or my experience at this shop. Will come back if I have any car issues.

Be sure to clear your days schedule when coming here. Exaggerating only a lil bit. Seems like theres always a wait of 2 hours even for just a oil change. But on the upside, hey the price is the cheapest around.

Fast service..

Ive had nothing but positive experiences here. Car repairs are never fun and usually expensive but Ive always been quoted accurate prices and if for some reason there is a change I am called first to discuss it.

CAUTION they are scammers & con men! They rip elderly people off by bending the back plates behind the rotors and trick elderly customers into thinking they need additional unnecessary repairs! They also over excessively overcharge on repairs. If I could give negative stars we would instead of giving them 1 star in which they do not deserve!
