The manager seems to be inattentive, sloppy and unconsernded regarding the location which she so called managed.

The guys working at this location were very helpful and got me what I needed. This is better than the other stores in the franchise.

Always has the parts I need for good prices!

This place is a joke ordered online for in store pickup.Should be ready in 30 minutes. Called next day I was told will be ready in 5 minutes.Went to pick it up fallowing day no parts.No sorry No nothing .THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN ORDER IT FOR ME. Really?!?!?!? Cancell the order.

They got me together quickly friendly

Two young women couldnt even help me purchase two license plate pig tails for my license plate lites! One had to ask the other, the first said she had plenty of experience. The second said, all we have is in this isle and it was the WRONG isle. They were closing in fourteen minutes! I left dissatisfied, with nothing..😦How sad.

They didnt honor a warranty on a battery I returned. The store associate told me they had to charge and determine why the battery was bad before they could honor it. Otherwise, I love shopping there.

Non stop constant turn over. Most staff is not knowledgeable about cars. Parts ordered online never pulled as advertised. They refuse to check engine codes unlike competition next door (yet they are suppose to per corp). They close at 8pm unlike Auto Zone next door stays open till 10pm. Only good part is brands like Moog and discounts for online ordering.

I used to get parts at another well known auto parts store and then I would get home and the parts wouldnt fit and they would not be for the correct vehicle so then I went to Advance Auto got some parts went home installed beautifully everything was right now this is been going on year after year I love the place I dont have no problems

The people that work at advance auto are very helpful. They changed my battery and replaced my windshield wipers
