I bumped into something backing up and I was worried it would cost a fortune to fix my car. Fortunately all I needed was a replacement tail light...Northlake Auto Recyclers to the rescue! They had my tail lamp in stock. They made it so easy to drop by and get what I needed for a reasonable price. The new tail lamp assembly was in excellent condition and one of the helpful employees even came out to look at my car to explain how I can replace it myself. The inside of the building is gorgeous too - tons of antiques on display (practically worth the trip just to check it out). They helped take the stress out of my minor ding and make it easy to make my car whole again.

This place is great! I cracked my back tail light on July 1st. I tried to find a replacement everywhere and it would have taken at least 5 days to get it from everyone except Northlake auto recyclers! I walked in 20 minutes before they closed and had it in 10 minutes! They also had the cheapest price around! Great service to! I will definitely go back for all my car parts!

This is not your ordinary scrapyard. Good prices on parts including newer model truck and auto stuff. This operation is unlike your normal junkyard. It is clean, organized, and efficent. I always call these guys for my parts. they have different color options and a wide variety of mileage options as well. they got some great working salesman on the phone and counter. I know when buying with them Im getting quality replacement parts.

I drove down from Fruit Port MI today to pick up some Cadillac doors. When I called to see if they still had them the other day I spoke to Bob and he was extremely helpful and courteous. Hands down best junkyard around, from start to finish. The best most professional/ personal / knowledgeable staff. Great business, great people, great experience thru the entire process. Wed been having a terrible day trying to find a place that had my boyfriends car rim which included getting sold a bent rim from somewhere else. The guys from Northlake gave us exactly what we needed, no hassle, no bs at a fair price.

Will no longer be making any purchases at this location. Buyers beware because after speaking with someone on the phone & being assured a part worked, the module did not.Customer service then claimed it was sold as-is & because I didn’t illegally record the call, there is no proof.

I drove their late on a Friday from 130 miles away in Michigan and was greeted by very efficient service at the counter and in the loading yard. They had the engine loaded in the rented trailer in minutes. Very professional and would highly recommend them.

I called asking if they had a replacement wheel for a specific make and model, and found myself having it loaded into my vehicle within the hour. They are quick, knowledgeable and the customer service couldn’t be better. I will definitely be returning for any additional parts I may need.

Avoid this place, especially David. Sold us a module and told us it worked when they removed it which is why we purchased it.Installed It and doesn’t work at all and now they won’t fix or make it right. He said the receipt shows as-is. But then why guarantee it works in the first place? Said do what you will, without proof you can’t do anything. As if it’s a normal thing to record phone calls.

Picked up 2012 Ford Focus mirror assembly earlier today and it was in perfect condition. The customer service was fantastic too and Brian was a huge help. He was very knowledgeable on the parts and answered every question I had. They also had great prices and a awesome location. I spoke with Bob on the phone and he was courteous and answered all of my questions and helped me get the headlight assembly I needed. I went to purchase, and the gentleman, a heavier set guy with glasses who spoke Spanish was rude and I was not pleased with his customer service. I would do business with this place again but was annoyed by the heavier set gentlemans attitude. Bob brought out my headlight assembly and had excellent customer service. The first guys attitude is not a deal breaker and I would definitely do business with Northlake Auto Recyclers again.

I had just bought a new Chevrolet Spark and I wanted to upgrade the steel wheels that the car came with. I found Northlake Auto Recyclers through a search and found that they had a full set of factory alloy wheels for this car and they gave me an amazing price on them. I drove over 2 hours to pick up my purchase and they were very courteous and helpful. Would recommend them as the first place to search for recycled auto parts.

This place is the best. Due a mistake performing a DIY repair on my 2015 Dodge Caravan I destroyed one of the heads. I ordered a remanufactured one from Autozone and their vendor was not able to provide them one after a 2 week wait. I found Northlake Auto Recyclers online and they had the head I needed in stock and already pulled. It was off a 2018 Dodge Journey. Cost for the head was $125. They come with a disclaimer that heads are for use as cores to be rebuilt only and are only guaranteed not to be cracked or warped. I took the head to a machine shop and the tech said it was in such good condition that he did not recommend rebuilding it and only did a quick milling of the sealing surfaces to be sure it was true and clean for the head gasket. Just started up the car and it runs great.I highly recommend this place. It is not a junkyard. It is more similar to a parts store but all the parts are used. You go in, tell the guys at the counter what you want, and they go in back and get it off a shelf for you. They have tons of parts for late model cars. The employee said they specialize in cars 7 years and newer.

I drove from South Bend, IN (1hr 20min) to get a used part for my old truck. The closest to home I could find this particular part was an hour away and $85. I decided to drive the extra 20 minutes for the grade A used part that I purchased here for $50.When I was younger, I drove a rollback car carrier for 7 years. During that time I’m sure I visited in excess of one hundred used parts businesses, more often referred to as “junkyards.”This place was beyond impressive! I walked inside and was immediately greeted by a man named Bob.Bob was extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. That attitude along with his level of professionalism was a great change after seeing how so many other places do business. In my opinion, many owners of this type of business could learn a lot here.The inside of their “customer service” area was a collection of antique nostalgia, and seeing it is December, a really neat holiday display that included quite the Christmas village along with many hanging snowflakes and a neat and extensive collection of traditional nutcrackers. On top of it all, the inside of this place is beautiful! I could go on and on, and I was only there for about 15 minutes! I highly recommend this business and will be back. Thank you!

I couldnt recall the business name but I remembered where it was and drove there and sure enough, they had one to my delight. Our company, AutoMark Automotive Corporation and Circleville Ohio, ordered a part that was supposed to be shipped same day. Not only did they not ship the part, but they demanded we pay for an auto part with PayPal. When they couldn’t get our business address correct, they just acted like it was no big deal.It didn’t matter that we paid in full the day before, they didn’t care about our deadline… It was just no big deal to them. Run far and fast from this company. Horrible, horrible business!
