Got estimates from about 5 companies. It was something about the staff at Mr. Freeze that made me feel comfortable. From Mariam to Chino, Bob and Carlos. They were all honest and helpful. I am very happy that they did the job.

Mr. Freeze company came out and gave us an estimate and installed New Air Conditioner, New Furnace, New Thermostat, Chimney Liner and some Vents and Ducts in our basement. His services were excellent in regards to quality, price and great customer service! When City of Hammond Inspector came out to check he said Mr. Freeze does really great work. This coming from a professional in the field made me very happy and confident in the choice I made. I would highly recommend their services!

AC quit blowing cold over the long holiday weekend, no bueno. I started calling local companies to see how soon they could get someone out to look at it, my wife does NOT like the heat. I got a very nice gal that was extremely sympathetic to my dilemma. She explained that they were very busy on Tuesday but would keep me on the list in case they had any cancellations. Unfortunately it did not work out for that day but she did call me back and kept me informed that she did get me on for Wednesday 9-11am. I had called at least 4 other companies that gave me the same response but they didnt even bother to call me back. On Wednesday at 9:10am there was a ring at my bell. Bob came in and got right to work. He explained everything he was checking and why. He was fully knowledgeable of what he was doing and had my AC blowing cold in no time. Bob was friendly and set me at ease while he did his thing while I was working from home. I will continue to call Mr. Freeze and specifically Bob for all our future HVAC needs. Big thanks to a great company that made my wife a very happy lady today.

They just replaced my whole home humidifier that failed after 20+ years. Bob and Chino were the techs that came onsite and installed the new Aprilaire 700 humidifier. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The price was excellent. I would recommend them if you need HVAC work.

They answered my call and booked me same day. Came out during timeframe. Assessed and explained to me what was going on. He did a thorough check and the problem was smaller. Fixed my compressor within 30 mins and was on his way. This was awesome service and a great birthday gift because I hate being hot lol.

The techs have no knowledge of HVAC. Horrible customer service.
