Ice cream from UDF is always good!

Always a joy on the main st location. I enjoy my 6am donuts, coffee and bananas.

Your employees are as sour as the ice cream. Cant believe a milk shake cost $5.27. To make things worse the gas was 30 cents higher than others, $5 milk shakes, sour employees and no restrooms for the kids. Horrible store

They are aweful at the UDF on Brookwood and Main in Hamilton, Ohio. My husband has been there twice in the last couple weeks. The workers suck!!!!! They wont fill up the cups. Then they mumble under their breath when you ask for the cup to be filled.IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Arrived at seven, it wasnt crowded. This place has a nice feel to it. Ambience reminds me of Colorado Springs area.

They got the best shakes in town

I am thoroughly disappointed in this location i have only worked in this area for a short amount of time but united dairy farmer is regular stop for me every morning an since Ive been to this location there has not been a morning that the coolers havent been almost bare an there has been a store full of employees doing absolutely nothing each time. I think its safe to say i will not be returning to this store there are more issues but these few are enough for me to locate a different store to purchase what i need.

Never have the carton of ice cream I like, and it makes me sad. I wish my milkshake had ice cream with with the milk. The milk was good, 5 stars for the milk.

My husband and our kids went to the hamilton main st location tonight, and have never had such disrespect employees friends were allowed to just cut in line in front of my family. We will not be getting ice cream from this location again.

They have very great service

Went in for a shake and sat around for 5 mins with no servic . After about 5 mins i heard an employee say oh there us someone waiting over there followed by will you go get him so he isnt just sitting there unhappy

Good ice cream but my shake was 1/4 full and it cost 5 bucks for one shake buying the ice cream and shakes are slow But I hen you buy other thing like candy and all that it’s fast gas prices are good and thats really it

Udf treats customers terribly. Blame corp policy for how to engage customers with age restricted items. Go to a store with some common sense.

There are only 3 hard working people in this location Mel Suzie and John the rest act like they dont know what they are doing half the time and there is no fresh coffee made half the time your hot supposed to poor old coffee in to combine the pots thats gross. The parking lot is a mad house then I find out two of the hard workers are leaving that is literally the pits. I heard one young lady working there that is supposed to be a manager talking that she cant dip ice cream or do something because she to worried about her nails. And she is always acting like she dont want to work half the time anyways.

Very rude service will not go back

Usually get a shake and its a good experience, but last night... Rude service from the cashier and the asst manager, my stuff rang up wrong (not the sale price) and they argued with me, I had to get the sales tag from the shelf, then it was my fault for not having my udrive card (got it and it still wasnt fixed) then was told it wasnt for those products,...etc. it took 25 mins to get 2 candy bars, with no other customers in front of me, nasty attitudes like I was in the wrong, and then couldnt figure out how to honor their sales advertisement... Disgusted last night

Good service great shakes no public restroom

Poor customer service havent been there in months because of it. No public restroom. Spend my money elsewhere.

The first attempt was even lower than this, bought two shakes for $10, and both was 1/4 way from the top. Not even full. I won’t be getting anymore milk shakes from this location anytime soon.

Came in at 10pm on a Saturday and they had already pulled all the ice cream and refused to make shakes. The young lady was rude and didnt offer a solution. Both employees laughed when we left. All we wanted was a shake... they close at 1am.....

It is a good place for ice cream in employees are okay and has good ice cream

Very rude service. every time i went into that store, the employees were rude with a bad attitude. There was one time I went in there and one of the employees was complaining to customers that they didnt about other employees. The only time i got the service i wanted was when the mix boy with the all the bracelets was there. Udf needs more employees like him. shame, shame on you udf.

Good friendly people great service go there all the time

Went there for air and gas. I didnt stick around for the gas. The air was more expensive than other places, and it doesnt even have one of those built in gauges. What really got my goat, however, was that it wouldnt push any more air in one of my tires in spite of it being really low, as in just over 20 psi low! I left and got air and gas somewhere else.

The employees are the rudest people ive ever met. They also dont offer a public restroom.

I mean its a udf they are typically run down but this one more so than most, tiny lot, 2 gas hoses and the only udf Ive ever been in that doesnt offer a bathroom to its customers

Three trainees and one overwhelmed shift leader. 5 minute transaction took 15.

They have become super slow and they are more concerned with talking to each other than customer service.

Worst service ever asked for a regular orange cream malt had to ask for it six times as the kept asking me what flavor until i finally had to holler the only one with orange and vanilla in it and the one lady being rude as shes taking my order in riddles
