Cashier Karen.. .oh my goodness she was sooo kind, careful, caring. I rarely experience a cashier like her. She was just as sweet to the customer in front of me. Target hired a real GEM!

I love Target - prices are great and employees are great!

I had pulled into a pick up spot and was trying to find my email. There was a young man finishing up with another customers order. He came up to the window and asked if I was picking up. I said yes but I cant find the email with the bar code. He asked my name, found the order and was back in a flash. WAY TO GO!!!!

The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly and the self check outs are always stocked with bags and the attendants are always quick to help with ID checks/price help, carts are always lined up in ways to show which have been sanitized, the bathrooms are always tidy and all departments are organized accurately, there’s always plenty of parking, the floors are always free of clutter from workers stocking and you can find just about anything you’re looking for. It’s respectfully one of the best Targets in the area.

I usually shop here and I love it but today I bought books for myself to read. Clarisse at bridgewater falls was the absolute nicest cashier I have met. She showed me the app and took time to show me how to get a coupon to save money on the books I buy. I’m so thankful for her doing that because I spend a lot of money here and she just made my day.

We used Target Drive-Up Pickup for the first time and it was super easy! The order was easy to place online. I was notified that the order was ready in less than an hour. Once we got there and checked in, the employee was out in no time with our purchase. He was courteous and helpful. I will definitely use Drive-Up again!

I went to Target today looking for a pop-it for my grandson. Not seeing any on shelf, I asked the gentleman stocking the shelves if they had any. He said he had not gotten that far into stock yet, but probably had some in back. He went back and brought me some of each color. He was beyond helpful and polite! Not what is typical of most stores. It was so nice to have such service!

The management was very nice. Asia and some other employee were very helpful going over some new rules that involved trading cards.

I stop by Target quite a bit. Its cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing than the local Walmart and offers higher quality for a decent price. On one visit in particular, I was on the hunt for those little ice bar things to put in my lunchbox that I take to work. A previous search while grocery shopping at the massive Kroger marketplace had left me frustrated and empty-handed. At Target, however, I was able to quickly find what I was looking for right next to the lunchboxes, just as God intended. Scooped up several of these and now my snacks stay fresh and tasty throughout the long work day. Thank you, Target.

The sekection from food to foit wear us decent and has cheaoer pricing than other footwear locarions. The service is better than any other chain like Walmart, etc. As soon as they saw lines bacjed up, they went fir rescue. Saved half on these water shoes than other footwaer places. The only reaon it is nit a higher rating is that it is not mire grocery and cheaoer grocery stores.

Target is my favorite store. Employees are always personable and professional. The girl who brought my order out put the things in back of my SUV. She offered her condolences when she found out I had a friend who passed away from the Covid-19 Virus. I will definitely order curbside again from Target.

Very decent service! My favorite store!

The online order took over 30 minutes to pickup an item. I could have gone back and gotten the item off the shelf and gone through a regular line faster. Also while standing in line a worker in the self scan area, which was right next to the line for Guest Services, asked the person behind me if she needed help then serviced her, while me and my wife and two children waited in line for a cashier.

I adore target. Their online order ahead was fabulous. It still had some efficiency kinks to work out during pickup but its new so thats to be expected. Once that runs smoother i will give 5 stars.

Friendliness of store employees and willingness to help with questions makes this a great store. . This Target is always organized and arranged to find items easily.

Everyone is so Friendly. Always asking if you need something. I like that. Ive never had a problem with price matching here. They were always so quick to change the price or whatever it was. I think they put the Guest First. Its not a super Target, I would like to see more Produce options. But overall Great Experience.

Never reviewed a retail store before, never felt the need. Having said that, I had a stellar customer service experience here. Dan, the manager, took empathy of my situation and turned a wrong into a right. In doing so, he has perpetuated my choice to continue shopping Target stores. I drove two hours to get an item I was told was there(after calling many stores starting in Indiana). Because the item was discontinued, my only option was to pay a premium online or drive two hours to this location. I called three times that day before, and during my familys commute to this store. When I arrived I found the item was opened and used. Dan understood this inconvenience and did all he could to rectify this issue, and he did so in spades. I didnt drive two hours one way to buy a used item and Dan understood that. The empathy he showed, coupled with the efforts he made to right this mishap surprised me and my wife. He said that Target aims to please its customers in any way they can and the dedication Dan showed reflected this business model. To me, it had a great positive impact on my view of the Target brand as a whole. Dan, thanks for being you and thanks to Target for the decision to be responsible and promote that forward thinking perspective upon your employees.

While convenient, they failed to tell me an item I was purchasing was not in stock until I went to pick the order up. It was available at my selected store according to the website but it I was informed that there was none of that item in stock. I even searched for that item myself.

This is an amazing service! I had one last gift to buy, first I couldn’t find it anywhere but target and then I pulled in the lot, the app knew I was there and it was literally less than ONE minute and a target associate was walking out to my car! Around 7:30pm on the Saturday before Christmas!

I had a great experience at checkout today, Linda helped my boyfriend and me in the customer service line as we picked up an item we ordered online as well as checking us out for the items we found in store. She is so friendly and positive and we look forward to seeing her on our next trip.

Most of my friends do not live in this area. They live closer to another Target about 10 miles away. But this is a great store to Shop.

Nice store, if youre not in a hurry. If youre lucky, theyll have two registers open. Its usually less. This store is nice and clean, with friendly staff. However, never go here for more than one or two items. Youll most likely be in line ten times longer than you took shopping.

This Target is one of my favorites in the greater Cincinnati area! Store is always clean, always presentable and very knowledgeable and helpful employees!

This Target is relatively big with a decent grocery section as well as the normal Target departments (clothes, home goods, etc.). The store seems to be busy at all times but you never feel it is understaffed. The store is neat and clean in appearance. Parking is a bit so-so, but not too bad.There is a Starbucks inside along with a small cafe. I have been to both and they are not too bad.Overall, it is what you should expect from a well run establishment.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found most of my needs here.

Usually I am very pleased with this store, however this complaint is specific to Jana. There were approx 7 people waiting in the customer service line where one lonely representative was working. He asked Jana for help and she flat out said “No”. Meanwhile she walked around the checkout area doing absolutely nothing while the rest of us stood in line for over 25 min. I am appalled by the lack of respect for customer service.

Of all the Targets in all the world, this is my favorite. They even have a Starbucks at this location and Starbucks should be appreciated more for all the help theyve given to veterans over the last few years. I just wish this Target would add support for Android pay.

Closes before 10!! If you go in 15 minutes before 10 you will not be served!! Dont post your hours that your open until 10 and then close early! Especially during the holiday season when everyone is out shopping. Im really disappointed in Starbucks!

My items were just thrown in the bag, not folded, just shoved in like trash. Very disappointing.

I went in at 830 on a Tuesday to purchase a $200+ phone. Because the mobile people went home at 8pm, I was told by aj in customer service that no one was allowed to touch the phones unless it was the mobile department or a manager. I went to best buy instead where they price matched the target price and was happy to help me even though it was 15 minutes till closing.Normally I love target but the fact that they sent me away vs finding someone who could help me was incredibly frustrating for what I wanted to spend there on a phone.

It would get 5 stars if I didnt occasionally find expired food on their shelves & I am not talking about a day late either. I found an herb that had expired over a year ago still on their shelves & I have found cottage cheese that expired over a week ago still on their shelves.

The email I sent to target regarding bad customer service while Christmas shopping they were just terrible........My fiancé and I went in to find a few gifts for an infant (going on 10 months) for Christmas and happened to see an end cap with buy one get one 50% off ALL infant toy sign, we then proceeded to the toy section to see what else might have been included in this sale considering I didnt see a list of exclusions on the sale sign and included on the end cap was a fisher price toy for ages 1-36 months. We made a few selections in the toy section for around the ages 9 months and up and both I believe were Fisher Price and asked a gentleman (using this term loosely) in the electronics section if the selections we made were included in the sale, I believe his name was Jason. He informed us they were not. Upon further contemplation I decided to take another quick glance at the sign to see if there was something I missed. There wasnt, after second look and again verifying I didnt see any exclusions where it would have said doesnt include fisher price or something like some sales do I decided to ask another employee about the sale and why it wouldnt have listed exclusions. She wanted to be helpful but it wasnt her department or area of expertise or a manager but she was very nice and happened to call over Jason the guy we had just asked prior to her. Well Jason came over again and tried to brush us off saying they werent on sale and he couldnt honor the sign because I didnt pull them from the end cap with the sign on it. The nicer young lady asked if they should call I guess was the store manager at the time and Jason insisted that he got this. Meanwhile while walking him to section where I made our selection I here on the radio that Jasons lunch has arrived, more on that later. I show him where I got our toys from and there wasnt a sign there to indicate buy one get on 50% off but it was a bunch of toys that were Infant toys ranging from 0 months to probably 2 years old. I then politely asked Jason why a 9 month toy wouldnt be included in an infant toy sale when the toy on the endocarp that was also fisher price for the ages of 1month to 36 months is included. Jason had no answer. Jason then proceeded too make a valiant attempt to prove me wrong by going up front to grab an ad, all while his lunch that arrived 5 minutes ago must be growing cold. He shows back up with the ad to no avail, ad also listed no exclusion or brands that werent included in this sale. He proceeds to tell us he cant give us the price and I ask what is an infant then and why 36 months is an infant and 9+ months is not, and forgot to mention that some of the toys on the sale endocarp were also included the isle in which we made our selection. Your employee just couldnt wrap his head around why I was confused about the signage and the sale. Eventually he gave up with frustration said and I quote Fine have it and quite literally STORMED off. Must have been hungry! Moral of the story is why didnt ALL mean all infant toys, why were there toys that werent on sale on the end cap and why were their infant toys supposedly not included in the sale, and why did I get treated like a crook and a criminal for trying to save a few bucks. This guy literally went through every obstacle and additional effort not to give me the sale when your sign clearly said ALL. We took a picture Please follow up and ask for it if you need it?

It was a pretty good trip right up until it was time to check out. Slowest checkout Ive ever experienced. Worse than Wal-Mart!

I am obsessed with Target and am probably there at least 3 times a week. But I will drive as far as necessary to avoid Bridgewater Target at all costs. The staff is unhelpful, in most cases unfriendly (Obviously doesnt apply to all) And please, do not ever even attempt a return at this location. I had a receipt. With the three items on it that were incorrect sizes. He told me he could only put two of them back on my card and that I would get a gift card for the third. Which one- makes no sense because I have my receipt. And two- I only EVER use my Redcard, and you can use the card to process a return. This happened on SEVERAL occasions. Were returns were a hassle and the same few people never knew what they were doing. I drive to West Chester Target anytime I need anything done. They never have anything in stock. Theyre always out of everything! Empty shelves and racks when Im there. Its super frustrating.
