I had high hopes for performance collision due to the fact that they are Honda certified collision specialists. The office staff all around was excellent and friendly no issues there, I was able to get in and get an estimate quickly and efficiently, they handled everything getting over to the insurance company and had my vehicle repairs completed before the promise date which was a nice surprise.I will note that this is not the first time my vehicle has been to a body shop for repairs, this is the third time, but the first time at a Honda certified shop. My expectations were pretty plain and simple, but I did notice two imperfections with my vehicle after I received it. Once realized I notified the staff and they were able to get me in promptly for repairs without hesitation. The problem here is after I took my vehicle in for rework I still ended up having to do some of the work myself because it was still missed. It was my fault for missing it the second time around because I was busy on a telephone call and had to leave the shop fast, however the fact that after physically showing the staff the two issues, and only one being repaired just left me wondering why.Like I said, I have had my vehicle repaired twice before, no issues. The items that needed repaired after leaving the shop were not broken/missing when I first took my vehicle there to begin with, so why would it be broken/missing now.In a nutshell, if you need repairs they can probably do it and get it done for you by their promise date... but I dont think I should have to take my car back for any follow-up work after it leaves the shop. I didnt feel like going back to them a third time to have their second mistake fixed so I just ordered the parts online myself and took care of it. I feel like there should be some sort of an inspection process to make sure all of the work that was completed looks good before customer pickup.
Good to talk over the phone, but not so welcoming if you go there. Even if this is Honda Authorized collision center, the work they are doing is not so great, Just Average. Please always go where your insurance recommends
I had the BEST experience ever here. Someone hit my one year old Odyssey and dealing with their insurance company was-surprise-a long drawn out nightmare. Once I handed their estimate to Performance Collision, they handled EVERYTHING. Matt was amazing. He updated me on the status and it was ready exactly when he said. But the best part-I had a small scratch on it from a shopping cart unrelated to the accident. I asked them to look at it. He fixed it FREE of charge and you absolutely cannot tell it was ever there. My mind was blown. I hope my car doesn’t ever need work, but if/when it does, I’m FOR sure bringing it here to Matt!

Took my Lexus there for collision repair. Terrible experience.Put a large ding in my driver side door and did not care When I confronted them about it.Took my car to White Castle to pick up lunch. I found receipts in the center console.Dealer had to top off air conditioning Freon And engine coolant. Had my car there three times and they were unable to fill it properly.Poor quality workmanship. Front grill looks like garbage on my car.
Car repair was done well but lack of communication during the process was irritating. Front Desk staff is rude and unprofessional.
Ive had to take my car here several times over the last few years and Ive had a good experience every time. While I dont go to the dealerships since Ive had bad experiences there, this collision center has been excellent.
Friendly and informative staff. Went with another company simply bc my insurance company had a preferred provider with lower negotiated prices.
The staff is friendly and the work was faster than estimated, but my back end is now crooked. I would prefer first time right to faster turn around on service. I was unable to leave a message on the machine so I am going to call as soon as I can in the morning. I picked my vehicle up at the end of the establishments hours so I was unable to give my vehicle a proper look until I got home. The individual that did the work brought my car around and left immediately so they did not review the work with me. Later or earlier business hours would be much appreciated as basically any customer would have to take time off work to get the vehicle and review the work with hours matching every 1st shift job. If the warranty is as stated and the back end gets fixed I will review this post and rating.This is a follow up:I was able to get the car sorted out in under an hour the next business day with minimal issues. The Collision Center took care of the rental and I was on my way.I bumped the rating up to four stars since it took two visits but all around I would still say my experience was above average!Thank you to the Performance Collision team for taking my issue seriously and executing a quick turn around to the follow up bumper adjustment.
I would not let any other body shop touch my car. When I need bodywork on my car I get in touch with Matt. He is an outstanding employee. He understands customer service and makes sure the job is done right. I am so impressed with their work that I am going to have them detail my 2016 Lexus 350RX. Matt and everyone I have worked with at Performance have been spectacular.
Well. Performance collision has actually exceed my expectations on the negative. Already listed a mediocre reviews. They went above and beyond to confirm their reviews status. Lesson learn and Shame on me for not having done better research to where I should have had my vehicle serviced. I will spare everyone with the details and reasoning behind my one star rating. It was way too much work for little results. I will for sure never go back to shop for any service needs.
I recently bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey that had pinstripes down the side of the vehicle. I called to see if these could be removed. Matt told me to come in so he could take a quick look at it and give me his opinion. I went in, Matt came out and showed me how to remove it, and said I could do it at home and save my money. I appreciated his honesty and integrity and once I got home, was able to remove the pinstripes which made me even more happy. Thank you so much Matt! You are awesome.
After many calls and conversations with Matt, he continues to give me the run around and cannot answer my question as to why the shop had my vehicle for an extra week longer than initially quoted. Because of his complete disregard, he literally told me Not right now, Im too busy, the insurance company would not cover the cost of the rental vehicle since it was rented for a week longer than on the price quoted by Matt. Matt has blatantly ignored my and the insurance companys multiple request and because of this has cost me over $1000 in rental fees. Highly suggest you take your vehicle somewhere else where they will respond to you and treat you respectfully.

Great service! My wife took her vehicle there after it had been in a pretty major accident. We recieved it back and it drives smoother than it did to begin with, and looks great! Working with the team at Performance Collision was a pleasure and they were able to answer all our questions allong the way. Thank you for getting us back on the road quickly.
Absolutely disappointed with their lack of communication and care for my vehicle. I took my car to Performance Collision after I was rear-ended. They never called to update me about the status of my vehicle. When I called to get updates, they never knew anything. A week later, I got a call and they said my car was ready. When they worked on my car they took everything out of my trunk and just threw it in my back seat. They never bothered to put it back. Additionally, at pick up they handed me a paper and said here you go. Not even taking the time to explain what the repairs were. So I had to ask, and then they proceeded to explain in a very rushed tone.
Had my new car towed here after it was hit, there was some pretty bad damage and after 6 weeks only because of the other drivers insurance adjuster, i finally got my car back looking brand new! Thank you to the awesome people at performance collision center! Would definitely recommend anyone that needs repairs done to trust them! Special shout out to Steve who made countless calls to the insurance company and my husband updating us on our car throughout the whole process!
I just picked my vehicle up after 3 weeks. I am sure I was pain to deal with but the staff was very kind to me. The repair work they did on my car is excellent. You cant tell it was ever damaged. My car was clean and looked wonderful. It was definitely worth the wait. Thank you Performance Collision.

Had my Lexus fixed at this place because it is part of the best Lexus dealership in Cincinnati - but is there a difference between the customer service at the two establishments! The repairs were OK but the staff really needs to be trained in people skills. Made me feel that they were doing me a favor fixing my car, especially the manager! Wish I had read the other Google reviews - I would have gone somewhere else.

I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. I am very disappointed with the work. I wish I would have researched this place before taking my car to them. They do not treat customers like customers, but more like you are a hassle to them. The work was NEVER completed and corners were cut in any way that they could cut a corner to make the job more profitable to them. I am very disappointed and wish I would have known the type of work they do. The staff is very rude and again they do not treat you like a customer. I felt like I was treated horrible because the damages were still very visible after they told me my car was completed. My car was just buffed out and not painted even though it was in the estimate, after complaining they did paint the car. However, I was treated horrible for asking for the actuals repairs to be completed like the estimate stated. All I can say is I hope others do not have the same experience I did. Not a professional establishment.

I have had several vehicles worked on at Performance, and I have never had an issue. The repairs are done right the first time, which is important to me. Recently I used another major collision center in Cincinnati to repair my vehicle, and I had to take it back several times. I will only go to Performance from here forward!

All I have to say is... CHIP!!!!! He is the man I had my car in there and evaluated by one of the body shop techs. After having it checked by another place and them informing me there is no way of getting that part anymore. Bringing me to why I said CHIP!! He found it and said it would be no problem! I was happy and relieved so much it was amazing. Chip for president!!! Plz!!!!! Let chip know and also give him some sort of award for his award winning attitude and effort in satisfying a FOR SURE RETURNING CUSTOMER!!! THANX CHIP!!!!!!!
I hate to give anyone a poor rating but these guys deserve it. I had past experience with this body shop and they were fine. So when I had another accident I sent my vehicle there. Little did I know it would sit there for three weeks without even being touched. When I called on the estimated completion date they confessed the car had not been touched yet. Their excuse.... Well were really busy and since your car was towed in there was no official appointment. So your car will not be fixed ahead of those who made an appointment. I came in the day after the accident and signed a release authorizing them to begin work. There was no mention of an appointment. Three weeks later my car was still untouched and I had 2 weeks of rental car coverage left on my policy. I had to have the car towed to a real body shop at my expense. Bottom line.... I will never give Performance Collision Center any of my business again.

I can relate to what most customer experiences have shared. I wish I would have researched this place before taking my car to them also. Everything from a rude recepionists who cuts you off while your talking to wrong parts ordered which delay repairs for weeks. All I need is a freaking mirror fix and its going on the third week. I was just told today I will have to wait till next week for the correct mirror to come in. No since of urgency and just like the others state-its like they can care less about your feelings and as if we should settle for less. I will never come back to this place.
Id give them 0 stars or -5 if it was possible. Do not and I repeat DO NOT let that A**h***e Matt be in charge of your cars repair. He is rude, unprofessional and cant take any criticism from a customer. He and his team did such a poor job installing the molding that I had to take my car back to get install properly. To my misfortune when they were reinstalling the molding, someone wasnt careful enough and hit my door causing a portion of the paint to come off. When I confront him about it, he said it was caused by a rock chip. However my car wasnt like that when I dropped it off. His exact words were we are done. Please dont ever take your vehicles to this body shop.
Had my Avalon fixed at this place because Ive always taken my car to Toyota Performance on Route 4. I was under the impression that the dealer location and collision location were connected. However, the customer service at the Collision location needs A LOT of attention. The repairs were OK - although it took 3.5 weeks to re-order a part after they replaced my damaged part with another damaged part. That was a bit frustrating because I thought the work would be of quality. The staff really needs to be trained in people skills. They made me feel that they were doing me a favor by fixing my car and having the insurance company pay them to fix it.
Everyone there was really nice and very professional. I highly recommend Performance Collision Center.
Friendly, quick, cheap, does great work
I am writing this review to inform people of what to expect if you go to Performance Collision. If I could give them negative stars as a review I would. First, my car was rear ended and after calling multiple shops Performance said they could do all of the work needed (i.e., body, paint, exhuast) so I had my car towed to them. Upon first arriving I noticed one of the reps (younger with a beard) arguing with a customer about a dent in his door and telling the customer the car came to them like that, to which the customer told him that dent wasnt there before and the younger rep telling him it was and that they did more work than was authorized on the car to make him feel bad I am assuming. Same day, another rep was outside wet sanding a quarter panel because a customer was displeased with the paint job. A rep is not a painter so I have no idea what he is doing this for and then he tells the customer that it will look better in a few weeks after a few car washes lmao. Now, two weeks into my car being there the estimate still wasnt complete and they said their estimator was on a 4-day weekend, so who only has one person able to do an estimate in a shop that big? Week three, after never hearing from the shop I called them for an update and was told my car would be totaled. Now I am pissed and calling the insurance company for updates. I leave for military training for 10 days and return to find out that nothing has been done to my car, nor did they bother to tell me that around day 14 the insurance company approved the work to be done on my car. I go into the shop and the rep tells me that they do not know where to get parts for my car. Yes, no BS thats what he said. So I email him all of the links on where to get parts from and contact info for my vehicles parts. The insurance adjuster calls them for a status update and they tell him that they are unable to get parts for the car and the insurance adjuster is livid. Keep in mind we are at day 36 now and I am still in a rental car being paid for by the insurance company. So, after figuring out that they are not only lazy, unprofessional, and are now lying to not only me but the insurance adjuster as well, the car was towed to a real shop to do the work. When my car gets to the new shop I go check it out and there is stuff all over my back seats, keep in mind my seats cost $4000. Once again, its just another reason to be displeased with Performance Collision. Not to mention that the rep from Performance Collision told me that there was no Exhaust damage and at the new shop the technician tells me that they must have been blind because it is obvious that an Exhaust hanger is broken and the Exhaust is hanging at an angle. Never, ever go to this shop if you want your car fixed in a timely manner, expect professionalism, and integrity.

Performed work beyond initial estimate which I did not authorize. Finished product does not look good. Claims its the insurance companies fault for a bad repair.
One star is too many. Lousy paint job, forgot to connect radiator hose. To justify the poor work they went and criticized the rest of the vehicle.
These people surely needs to be closed down, and business license identity suspended indefinitely! With so much errors, installed incorrect mirror, serious inappropriate responding, disrespectful attitude, manners, and corner cutting with the job. After talking to them their errors, the response was the correct mirror is back order will take 2 years I couldnt believe that theyve stated. I will NEVER recommend anyone towards this body shop location, it is VERY sucks!!!
