Pay-Less Oil is disorganized, rude, and manipulative. First, I ordered oil and they went to the wrong house and still charged us. They assured us that our oil tank was full even though it was clearly empty. The owner came by a week later and confirmed the tank was empty. He began filling our tank, but their truck ran out of oil after 131 gallons. They proceeded to over-charge us because of their 150 minimum gallon policy because THEY made a mistake. Finally, another week later they finished filling up our tank and charged us more. We realized we were being over charged so we called them and they admitted to delivering to the wrong house and that we should not have been charged that much. They refused to give us back what they over charged and said that we have to use it for in-store credit next time. They treated us with complete disrespect, and acted as if we were the problem. They even said that they had been Dealing with us for several weeks while we were just trying to navigate through their many mistakes. Pay-Less Oil scammed us, and we will clearly be taking our business elsewhere.We would like to address some of the statements made by Pay-Less Oil in response to our review:Pay-Less Oil: “After determining we delivered to the wrong house we came out and made your delivery”-You forgot to mention that I had to call several times over several days saying you delivered to the wrong house and it was only when the receptionist Jessica became “tired of the back and forth” that the owner was sent.Pay-Less Oil: “There was a mistake in our system that we apologized for, where we didnt include the 150 gallon minimum charge that was already processed, resulting in an overcharge that we made you aware of and letting you know we will apply it to your next delivery.”-You did not make me aware of anything. I called you to tell you I was charged too much. And even then you would not admit to it until we called a second time.Pay-Less Oil: “we always make our customers aware of what is being delivered to their house and charged to their credit card.”-That’s an outright lie. I was told a receipt would be left in our mailbox after delivery and that didn’t happen either time. We had no idea how much oil was delivered or how much we were being charged. I had to call to get the receipts by email and I’m still waiting for the receipt from the second delivery.-My roommates and I were screamed at and treated disrespectfully by Jessica over and over again. We did nothing wrong. It’s November and we only wanted oil so we could turn on the heat in the house we’re renting until June. All the mistakes were caused by the rampant unprofessionalism at Pay-Less Oil and the least they could do is return the money we were overcharged so we never have to deal with them again (and so Jessica won’t have to deal with us either).

Best oil delivery company around. Office staff was professional and friendly and was very accommodating to my needs. Delivery was quick and easy. Best rates around too.

Some of these reviews are very unfortunate considering Ive never had any problems with this company. Ive been using them for many years and even moved to another town and made sure they serviced my new area and they do! I love that they offer automatic deliveries so I never have to worry and there are no hidden fees for that service like some other companies might have. The people who answer the phone are always pleasant to speak with and they have excellent drivers if I ever happen to be home I notice they make my delivery quickly and professionally. I refer payless to my family and friends all the time.

I have been using Pay-less Oil for a little over a year now. When I called I was greeted by friendly office staff. As a new customer I had a lot of questions. I was happy to know that the company has been in business for over 20 years. I was also happy to know that they offer a budget plan! These three things sold me right away! I will forever be a customer of Pay-less!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I spoke with their staff today and they were able to put me on a budget plan with automatic delivery! Love payless! Been using them for years and never had any problems like some of these reviews state. Everytime I call, they are very pleasant to speak to when placing an order and I always get my delivery on time.

Up until today i have had no complaints about this company. Friday December 29 at around 1130 am i requested and paid an extra 50 dollars to have an emergency (same day) oil delivery. Here it is almost 24 hours later and we gotten nothing! It is now very cold in my home as we had to turn our heat down and then off to save the little bit we had left as we don’t not want it to run out completely. That would cost us even more money! Despite their emergency policy, they have not delivered and i am not happy. They also do not have an emergency number to call, so it seems i cannot get anyone on the phone.I have two small children and an elderly mother and to be in a cold house with just space heaters is completely unacceptable. I don’t think i will be using this company again.

Payless has been nothing but amazing to me the past few years Ive used them. They always deliver promptly and have the best service. Their prices are reasonable and I have never had a problem with them. The secretary is so nice and understanding and takes the time to help me get the best pricing and amount of oil. I highly reccommend Payless Oil!

Excellent company. was shopping around about a month ago and came across payless and they were very accomodading especially because i needed the oil same day as i just moved into my home and they came out no problem.

Ordered oil, they said it would be delivered Jan 3rd, they took my money, they never delivered, I have no heat, no oil, and no money to call anyone else because they took my oil money. They have no emergency number to call and said they would be open for service again on January 5th. Who does that??? Now I have to call for service to bleed the line before I can even get the heat going and cant do that until they deliver my oil!!! NOT HAPPY, not paying for service to bleed line. They will have to pay for the bleed service. There is a blizzard outside and I have no heat
