I was linked into this company for ALS products. When I placed the order it was 3 weeks before the date I needed it. 4 days before the event I was hosting for my Brother: who passed away from ALS 18 years ago, I called this company and told them I wanted to cancel my order if it wasnt on its way. Marina told me that she would check to see if they could get it to me before the event. Marina called me back and said, Yes we can get it there by Saturday, I said thanks so much! Saturday the item (1) arrived and it was just the Sweat shirt. I ordered 1 Sweat shirt, 1 sweat pants, 2 facemask. My order totaled $97!!!!!!!!! So I called Marina today and asked what happened with the rest of the order? She informed me that it has not shipped yet and that I needed to pay the invoice before I could receive the rest of my order. I did not receive or approve any invoice for Expedited Shipping. I do not understand how a company can take my money and do what they want with it !!!!!! without my approval!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am furious and not going to stand for this treatment. Stay away from 3rd party orders!!!!!!! SO Much for a sweat Shirt costing me $97

As HSA president, the job can be overwhelming. Ordering clothing from Craig at All-Stars in Hamburg for our school was the easiest thing I have done all year. Communication was great, quality of clothing is excellent, and prices were reasonable. He went above and beyond and became a sponsor for our Gala and donated some school apparel for our silent auction. My children are wearing their new school gear now and are so happy- and they look great too. I highly recommend this company for all your apparel needs.

He is patient when we work through changes. His email response is always very timely, often within minutes, but always within the same day. Steve has actually responded on Sunday a few times, to emails that were expected to be to him on Monday! It has been evident to us through the years that Steve cares about us as customers and the overall product that he produces for our school. Needed a rush for a running event that I had planned, but was late getting my sizes and shirts from the runners. All-Stars Embroidery turned it around in 4 days. Gave them the final sizes and types of shirts on Monday and the 20 shirts were in my driveway by Thursday afternoon. Everyone loved the shirts.
