Staff are nice and respectful. Makes sure to give you all details that you need. Clean and secure place. Definitely would recommend this place for someone looking to store some stuff. Prices are reasonable as well.

Was easy to work with Megan at North Metro. She met me there with a lock to buy and a keychain with my account access. Unit was great. Plenty of pallets. Used it for 4 months during a move. Put my camper there for a couple months too. Really took the stress out of moving and super convenient access to 65.

Very easy process from start to finish. I was able to set up my unit online, had very easy access, and once I cleaned up and went to close out, they beat me to the call. Excellent service and very convenient!!!

I had rented an indoor storage unit there for several months due to in middle of transition of my moving from one place to another. The indoor storage units that they have there are nice sizes available and are clean. The manager, Megan, does provide a professional and friendly service. With confidence, I give it a five stars for my own customers experience and satisfaction. I agree that you will, too!

I moved my belongings to North Metro Storage years ago due to their remarkably much better rates than other storages in the area. I have been very pleased with the office staff. They are very helpful and pleasant to work with. The location is great and I have never had any problems with the security at this storage. I feel confident that my belongings are safely stored. I highly recommend this storage to anyone looking for a reputable storage facility in the area with great rates. The facility is kept up nicely and the hours you can access your storage are wonderful.

Dont trust them! They just let some thief drive right in and then drive right off with $30,000 worth of snowmobiles and trailer. They did nothing to try to stop them!
