Staff is very helpful and friendly but theyre not taking this virus seriously and practicing social distancing. Ive spent $1,000+ in the past couple of weeks there as I would like to support our local Ham Lake business. I will take my business elsewhere during this pandemic if they dont start taking public safety seriously by social distancing and wearing masks. Russ is extemely helpful and friendly but hes getting way too close for comfort.

Went to several big box stores looking for a specific hitch pin, didnt carry what I needed. Went to Hardware Hank, walked in, told what I needed... Sure thing, how many do you want? 😊 Great & friendly service!

Best staff ever!! Super friendly small town feeling...surprisingly good selection. A+They also kick @$$ at fixing chainsaws, generators and other little toys. Provide great advice when I moved to MN from TN. I had no idea what non/oxy fuel was.

Ran in to buy some mud for dry-walling. Got there about 15 mins before close. The young man (20s) working there put the old guy to shame. Young guy was friendly and helpful. Old guy was unfriendly and obvious about how he regarded being bothered.

Love this place. They often carry things big box stores dont stock cause they dont sell enough. They also carry many small engine parts .

I have nothing but good things to say about this store. Employees are friendly and very helpful. I appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions and I like that I can get in and out within a couple minutes. Selection is on the smaller side, but they always seem to have exactly what I need.

They fixed my chain saw have not started it yet but assume it will work. otherwise I think they are ok

The previous review was obviously made by a person having a bad day because I have been coming here for the last 15 years and this store has saved my bacon countless times. From chainsaws to screen door repairs to all kinds of nuts bolts and pipe fittings, they always have what I need. Al, Glenn, Brian. and the rest of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and everyone always asks if I need help. They deserve more stars than I can give. I feel at home here everytime i visit.You won’t be disappointed either.

My first go-to spot for hardware. Its 17 miles in any direction from here for a big box solution...so its always worth a check at this neighborhood resource first.

They had just what I needed friendly to easy to get in and out lots of parking

I love this place. They have all the litter bits and pieces I need to fix my old junk. I broke the clutch pedal on my jeep and the dealer told me a new assembly was 220 bucks. I went to hanks and purchased some washers e-clips and some plastic hose and wammo. Fixed for 3 bucks. You saved the day again hank. See you next weekend.

5:50PM on 6/27/18 I walked in and asked where the wood stain is. I was told your getting close well I found it, but nobody ever came over. Both employees were standing behind the paint counter in the back, talking about planting tomatoes.After not getting any help I took a guess on which brush would be best to use for the stain, they were both still standing behind the paint counter.Went over to the Stihl section, got the oil, stood by the front counter ready to check out.Both employees were so busy staring at the computer and in there own conversation they didnt even notice me.so I walked over to their paint counter in back to check out. Was told, you cant checkout here. only the front counter OK thats enough...Left my $70 worth of stuff there, and went home and ordered it all online from another company.Nobody NEEDS to shop at hardware hank, the only reason to go there is if you have questions or need help ... you can order everything they sell online.well, since the service sucks so bad, I will stop going there, you didnt loose a $70 order, you lost a customer that spends $1000s a year for the next 30 years .. never again .

Extremely rude employees. Asked about our snow blower and the man was a smart a#s and rude. Another time bought the chunk charcoal. Asked where they kept it and was told I dunno look around. Will never go back there.

Great little store with a surprisingly large selection. Prices are slightly higher than what you will find in Blaine and Cambridge but the time savings more than make up for it.

I had an old obscure key that I needed a copy of. The young man had no problem finding a key blank and made a perfect copy.

Toke my snow blower in for tune up. NOT DONE they even pirated bolts off mine for some thing else, I really cant give them a 1 star rating. 125.00+ all they adjusted was the discharge chute
