Our garage door wasnt functioning. I was referred to Aker Doors. And we are happy we were! I spoke with Leslie on the phone and before they sent a tech to help us, she mentioned a few things we could try on our own to see if we could fix the problem. We could not. Our tech came out quickly and fixed the problem for a fair price. We will be recommending Aker Doors to any friends/family that ask!

My husband and I called Aker Door for an estimate on replacing our garage door. We promptly received a call back. They came the next day took measurements and gave us 2 catalogs to choose our new garage door. From this point on customer service was non-existent. We called and gave the representative our choice of a garage door and was told we would receive our estimate by the end of the day or by the next day. No one ever called. We tried 2 additional times to get a call back with an estimate. No call was received so we went with a different company. We have a beautiful new garage door and received top notch service from a different company. To this day (over a month layer) we have still never received a call back from Aker Door.

Love this company! We have worked with Aker for over 20 years since they installed our garage door in 1999. Leslie is always very helpful to troubleshoot from home. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great service today. Deb in the business office was friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend to anyone, anytime!

I called around and this place was by far the most reasonable for pricing. They came out the same day and replaced my springs. The technician was extremely friendly and informative. He suggested things I could to for good maintenance. He showed me how I could do it myself, or offered to do it for me. He was in and out within a half an hour. Highly recommend!!

They installed 2 top of the line openers in our new house 3 years ago, still working great. They were great to communicate with, showed up on time, got the work done efficiently, and the fees were reasonable. I always recommend them to friends.

Kind staff and fast unloading. Get there before the morning local truck rush hour starts and youll get empty quickly. Right around 8am the parking lot gets busy with local truck and pick up traffic. Overall great experience delivering!

Home depot had the same garage door for $600 more and a 5 week waiting period.. Aker door installed next day.... Customer service was great and options were vast. We really feel our dollar has value with this purchase. Thank u!

Super friendly, fast service! Weve used them several times for our business and theyve done a great job getting out to our place quickly and getting issues resolved without costly extra expenses.

Not a great experience. I had set an appointment to have an opener installed. The initial time was Thursday morning. They called me again and said it would be between 2 and 4. I took the day off of work so I would be there. I called them at 4:45 when no one had shown up yet. The receptionist put me through to the service manager and it went to voicemail. I called back again and was connected to the service manager. I asked why no one was there yet. He said the technician was there but a boat was in the way. Mind you, he was an hour early and did not call or ring my doorbell. I asked the manager why he didnt try to contact me, because I was home. He said, lets not keeping looking at the past, lets look to the future for how we can install your garage door at a later date. My future will be with another company.
