Wow, I was so impressed with the service of 651 carpets. Ryan was really easy to work with, friendly, accommodating, and an overall really helpful personality. He was also able to provide an extremely fast installation which helped me list my house by the projected date. I absolutely love the color Gingerbread and the two men that came to install the carpet were very friendly and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Ryan and 651 Carpets and in fact, I hope to call back soon when I move in to my new home. Thanks again for everything!

Great service, 10/10 recommend! Ozzy was great! He came to the house, brought carpet samples including remnant samples, and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and informative. We were able to get the carpet put in at our earliest convenience which was 2 days after the estimate. Amazing service and high quality carpet at a great price.
Paul was an excellent salesman. Gave a courtesy call prior to arrival and showed up on time. He took his time explaining, answering questions, and didn’t use pressure sales tactics. We felt the price was reasonable based on other estimates and plan to go ahead with the purchase.
We just had carpet installed from 651Carpets. Ozzie, our salesman, was professional and listened to our needs and recommended the best product for our home with multiple pets. The installation happened a week later and they were friendly and fast. We will definitely use them again for our two rooms we didn’t do this time.
We had to pay installation cash before installing. The installers did not bring enough carpet for the two bedroom closets, and I was present when Ryan the sales associate measured the room and closets. Not a big deal as anyone can make a mistake. We were supposed to have installers bring the remaining carpet and install it the next morning between 9:00-10:00. No one showed. We called 4 times throughout the day to find out when they would be here. No one returned our calls. At 4:00, we were told an installer went home sick and didn’t notify the office. The office woman said she would contact her manager to schedule the remaining install this morning. Again no show. I called this morning and all she could tell me was it would be today. I called at 1:00 and a new office person said he couldn’t get a hold of his manager. I asked to speak to a manager and was connected to managers extension. No answer. My husband called the man who installed partially on Wednesday and was able to speak with Amanda in receiving. She said the schedule showed we were scheduled for first install this morning and didn’t know why no one showed up. She would try to get a manager to call the installers for answers and call us back. She said all the managers were gone for the day because they had their schedules done. So far we have not been called back with information about installToday is Friday of Labor Day weekend. We have company coming this weekend with no where to stay. We are trying to list our house to sell and this delays us. This was scheduled to be completed before my husbands surgery and now it conflicts. Communication is definitely a problem between the office and us (the customer), and also evidently between the installers and the office, and between the managers and the office. The managers are not available to help satisfy the customer. So we have paid for carpet and installation and do not have the total carpet installed. And no resolution. This is unprofessional and I would not recommend this company!
They were absolutely great! The carpets were installed quickly and looked fantastic after. Ozzy was also great to work with. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be going with Ozzy and 651 carpets for my next carpet install.
I want to give a big thank you to Paul. Thanks for everything that you did for us. The carpets look fantastic and the installation crew did a wonderful job. Before we went with 651, we had two other companies come in and bid out our job. These companies did have quality carpet, but they were also several thousand dollars more expensive. We still have a few rooms to finish off, and when that time comes, 651 will be getting our business.
We heard about them from a friend, we called, the salesman came with samples, we asked questions, all was good. He measured, gave estimate, for family room, we signed on. Office called next day & scheduled the in- stall next week! It was so great, we had them back to do stairs, & 3 bedrooms, & hallway. We could not be more satisfied.

We had a big box store come out to quote prior to 651. They were more expensive and were booked out 3 weeks. Ozzy came in, measured and could have had it installed next day but picked a few days later.Install went great but had an issue an hour after the installers left. I called 651 and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service!
Sergio and his partner were friendly, attentive, helpful, and professional. They did a fantastic job on the carpet and flooring. I wish they had more of a selection, but what they did have turned out to be very nice.

Paul Ofallon at 651 carpets sold us our flooring a little over a year ago. The salesman are wonderful and give great prices. Installers werent as great but did a decent job putting the floors in and we love them. Hiring them again for another project.
Had 3 rooms carpeted recently, very straightforward pretty simple job but they did a nice job and they were able to install within a couple days of ordering. Salesperson was very easy to deal with. Id use them again.

We used 651 for the house that we sold and had a great experience. The sales rep was awesome as well as the installer did a good job. Due to that experience, we used 651 carpets again for the house we bought a couple of months later. The installers did NOT do a good job and even rolled the carpet outside on the very dirty driveway. Because they rolled it out outside, some of the seams were cut short and I did not notice when I first looked while they were still out there (although communication was tough anyways). They also did not vacuum afterwards so when I did later that day it sucked up so much dirt. It is so disappointing because we had a great experience the first time.
From start to finish very professional insulation was fast looks beautiful I highly recommend it
Everything went great except not all vents were cut out. I had to cut them out myself and it doesn’t look as good as the way the carpet layers did it
We closed on our townhouse and had to move in within a week. I called 651 Carpets to see how long it would take to get carpets. Chad was extremely responsive, friendly, professional, and punctual. He came out to our townhouse and guaranteed carpets within the next two days. Because of his flexibility, Chad saved us from moving into an unfinished basement. And he saved us a lot of stress.
Ozzy was the best sales person, he took care of us even when on vacation. We had an issue and he was quick to solve it.
Theres a reason this company requested to be paid in full upfront.. there service is horrible.. or you can pay by a bank check .. this was a huge red flag for me.. let my mistake save you weeks of misery. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy

Initial sales person was on time and very friendly. Brought a ton of samples and installation will be a breeze. The only concern I have is when given a quote there was no break down in pricing (carpet cost, materials, labor, etc.) Would be nice to see that to ensure the costing matches competition.

Called 651 Carpets based on a reference. We were impressed with the salesman and pricing. I questioned the installation as I believe there are too many seams (which will begin to show as the carpet ages). I called three times with little to no response other than take some pictures and we will look at it. I just want ask some questions from a manager or someone that can let me know if the installation is done correctly or not.

I had a great experience with 651 Carpets! They were more up front and more willing to work with me than other bigger corporate players in the space like Empire. The installers were efficient, clean, and the end product looks awesome.
All in all will be going back again for the price and the people it was worth it. Few nicks here and there and had 3 other follow up calls stating they were on there was to install the carpet when it was already completed. Human errors that are understandable. Would recommend.

We had an excellent experience with the person giving us the quote and both of our install teams. We were particularly impressed with our install teams. They were respectful of us and our home, professional, quick, and did excellent work. We already have had multiple people ask us where we got our work done and were very glad to give them 651s info.
EDIT Kristen reached out to me and got everything solved. The counter tops were fixed and they even refunded some money. Kristen is a great customer service rep for the company! This company is a absolute joke. First off the install job was done so bad and my sink does not sit flush to the counter tops, called to have them fix it and they sent out someone who said the sink was bent and that they didn’t do anything wrong. The sink was new and installed on my old counters so before they touched it it was perfectly fine. I then called again to get it fix and the installer said he was gonna show up the next day at 8:30 and nothing. Then they called and ask if they could come right that minute in the middle of the day during the work week. I said no because I was at work. Been a week and haven’t heard a single thing. This company is a absolute joke DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE

I just moved into a townhome last year and had several rooms that needed new carpet. I had contracted with Home Depot to do my living room and then 651 Carpets to do my bedroom, and by far 651 was the best in all respects. So much so that I called them again this spring to replace and put new carpeting on my stairs and two other rooms. I would definitely recommend 651 to anyone.
651 Carpets did my install and I got my carpet from them. I am so impressed that I am looking for a reason to buy more carpet for another property. They were on time, courteous, and above all, did an amazing job. I am not easily impressed. These guys blew me away with the quality of job they did. As far as the sale, it couldnt have been easier. I highly recommend them for all your flooring requirements.
I used 651 three years ago for carpet and they did a wonderful job and the carpet still looks brand new. I decided to use them again for 4 bedrooms last week and they did not disappoint. I also wanted granite counter tops so I thought I would give them a try. Salesman (Will ) came out with samples and measured everything up. Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. He set me up with granite and carpet 24 months no interest cant beat that. In one weeks time it was all completed. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and installers were great ! They finished on Saturday evening and Josh their plumber guy was at my door Sunday morning at 8:00am to hook up the sink. Pretty much A+ for me so I have no issues recommending 651 Carpets...

It worked for us....buti probably wouldnt use them again..Ozzy did a great job with the bid but when we paid the half down and asked for a receipt, radio silence. After doing some digging and saw the BBB report (how can you have an F and still be in business) I thought wed been taken for$7k. 2 weeks later we did get a call that the installers would be there in the morning but we had to pay cash or credit card (plus 3% upcharge) before they would start. Guys did a great job and carpet is decent quality but very poor communication and policies. I just hope we dont have an issues down the road because Im sure were on our own from here on out.

To say my family is extremely disappointed in our floors and this company would be a massive understatement. We’ve had to have the entire floor redone multiple times and need them redone again. Our floors are literally separating and breaking apart plank by plank (we had vinyl plank installed a year and a half ago). It is a safety hazard to not only myself and my husband, but much more importantly to our two very young children and puppy as well. We were told they would send their “biggest and best” crew last time. Instead they sent two guys who asked me what they were supposed to do. There was no work order for them to go off of, no directions from management and no way to communicate with us. Please save yourself the headache and inconveniences that 651 carpets will undoubtedly cause you and do not ever use this company.
DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THEM. 651 Carpets was able to come out and install new carpet quickly, but were unwilling to take the old carpet despite the salesman informing me they would. The installer informed me that it was wet and theyd have to come back later for it and then never showed up. Ive since called 4 different times and was told we dont know who told you wed take it, you should talk to them despite those 2 employees working for this company. Had I known this, I would have gone with a different carpet company.
Everything started off great with our sales person (Ozzie). He was kind, courteous, and professional. But after he sold us and scheduled the install we never heard from him again after reporting our issues. Our smaller issue was that the installers really marked up our baseboard trim. To the point where we had to repaint it (white). I understand a certain amount of marking due to stretching the carpet (especially with white trim) but this was every few inches. Our main issue was that several electrical outlets in the room no longer worked after they left. The installers used some piece of equipment that shorted out certain outlets. I even noticed they used an outlet in another room towards the end of the install which I thought was strange. I called the main office to voice my concern and answered their post install survey negatively. I received one call back from the main office and he told me to reset the breaker (which of course I already tried). After resetting every breaker again, I left another voicemail and never heard back from anyone, even after I received another email that stated I would be contacted by someone in response to my survey. I tried contacting our sales person several times as well, no luck. We ended up hiring an electrician to fix our outlets which we ate the cost for. I felt like we got “sold” by 651 Carpets and left out to dry after the install was complete. We own numerous properties throughout Minneapolis and I will never use or recommend this company again.

Stay away from this company at all costs. The quality of the work is poor and when they mess up they do everything they can to pass blame onto the consumer. In order to get the problem fixed I had to use another company and I was forced to sue 651carpets. I won a judgement against them twice and after my wins they have done everything possible to avoid paying me for their horrible qork. The owner claims in multiple ads that he is all about quality work and making sure he backs up what he says. Two lawsuits later I can tell you he will not stand by his work and he will do everything possible to blame his companies failures on you his customer. All I can do is warn you and pray you are smart enough not to be made 651carpets next vuctim.
I have used 651 Carpets twice now, both for granite countertops. Both times they did an excellent job.The main selling point for me was price. It doesnt cost an arm and a leg to get beautiful granite countertops.Seriously, compare their prices to Home Depot. These guys are about half the price, with a better product!The Installation team went above and beyond at my mothers house. She has an older home with uneven countertops, they fixed everything and even adjusted the oven before they left.I will use them again and recommend them to anyone I hear who needs quartz or granite countertops.

Our salesman was great- Matthew. He made all this happen for us.We had to call the office multiple times. We just wanted an update on which day they would be here bit it was like pulling teeth. We werent contacted. When we did contact the office they said we didnt have an account set with them. Even after they cashed our check for $2300+. They werent responsive until we started to make a big deal about it. The installers came and did a wonderful job. Some scuffs on the trim but it looks great. Ill give this comp 3 stars. I think they should do a better job keeping their customers updated when they say they will. Most likely we wont go back...
A slight hiccup on the install date....I called to confirm the date on the contract... wasnt scheduled for the day. They called me back and got me set up for install on contract date. Got a call from the installers, very prompt on arrival. Moved furniture, and verified correct product. Very efficient installers. Had me check out final product. Checked baseboards, paint, etc. Overall very happy. Installers were very friendly. Negative reviews are bound to happen, as with anything, but as for my experience, very happy with final product and install.
I am extremely happy about the service I received from 651 carpets. The guys were very professional at installing my carpet. The sales rep was very good at explaining about the products and installation.
Loved them at first. They got the job done well and quickly. We paid off the first job and had them come out for a second. We were trying to contact the finance center to pay off it all. They did not answer, staff didn’t know when anyone would be available, left messages without response. We tried for weeks. Instead of getting it paid off we ended up having to pay $300 in interest because THEY refused to let us contact them. Not worth it!!!
I’ve used 651 Carpets for both granite in our kitchen and bathrooms as well as carpet and tile flooring. The experience for both was seamless- received quotes very promptly, crews were timely and communicated well. The finished product turned out excellent! One of the faucets that was installed in our bathroom was loose and the plumber came out to fix it within 2 days. I would definitely recommend this company!

I went with 651 carpets because they are local and I thought I would get a professional installation. I was willing to spend more but man I made a mistake. The carpet and padding is very solid. The install and dealing with them after was a pain. Seams showing up and no resolution. They say the will come out and the day goes by without any communication. Do yourself a favor. Dont spend the extra money with them because it isnt worth it. BTW, I waited 4 weeks before this review to give them a chance to fix it. Nothing!!!!
The carpet choices given us during the estimate were minimal. The price was good but the payment terms questionable. We paid 50% down and then balance was required when the installers came, but before they would start. We had to call the office with a CC# or a cashiers check. This upset my husband very much. The installers were nice but I had to point out that different padding was required for the lower level. They had the wrong padding and had to wait for the other to be brought to us. I will not use them again. I will pay more for a higher level of trust in the outcome.
I contracted 651 carpets to install a rental home that I was going to sell. They were prompt, detailed, and gave competetive pricing. 1 week before they scheduled to start I had a stroke of luck and had a buyer that wanted the house as is. JR was able to get me a full refund which came through promptly. I would highly recommend them even though I didnt utlize their services this go around.

Im really disappointed in 651 Carpets. We had our lower level redone two weeks ago tomorrow, and there were several issues. I waited an extra week to post just in case they showed any intention of resolving them. First, the quality of the sample carpet and pad they showed us is better than the installed product. We even paid for the upgraded pad and better carpet, not the cheapest solution. Secondly, when you walk around the very perimeter of the room you can actually feel the tack strip on your feet through the carpet. Most importantly, despite the fact we removed almost all of our own furniture, the installers chose to take a recently restored mid-century dresser and not only stuff it into a tiny bathroom, but stack all of the closet doors on it. Imagine my surprise coming home to a $2,000 mahogany dresser full of scratches and a good ding in the face.I called my sales rep right away and left him a very patient and polite voicemail to figure out what could be done. Unfortunately, now two weeks have passed and zero attempt to even return my call, even if to tell me sorry or that Im our of luck. The only things I am thankful for are that we ended up deciding on only the lower level at this time, and that I found the discarded staples on the garage floor before my wife got them in her tires.
We had carpet replaced and installed in our basement and upstairs and were very happy with the competitive rates, responsiveness and professionalism. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Stay away from this company. Low integrity, deceitful and not willing to own up to its shortfalls.Heres my experience.....bought granite counter top off of an ad they placed in Dollars and Sense. Sales person seemed knowledgeable however did not mention anything about seams or granite flowing in different directions. Of course you pre-pay so you find this all out when the job is done. Juan the installer should have Dave the mgrs job as he knows how to solve a customer problem. Dave the inside mgr all but called me a liar that his best salesman didnt mention anything about seams or different direction of granite? NO he said nothing. Dave said well did you ask? Really? Ive not had granite before why wouldnt the best salesman be the best consultant? Because he only wants the sale and hes done! I had granite flowing in multiple directions in my kitchen, and the installer came back on his own time to fix the only spot he could to make it somewhat decent. Even after sending Dave pictures of the install and the copy of my work order vs the installers work order which was obviously manipulated after I got m copy....Dave continued to basically defend his best salesman and offered nothing! He only cares about the bottom line for his own paycheck so please do not give this crocked man any more of your hard earned money! See pics

The consultation was great with Tony. The carpet is great, got what we paid for. The installers did a great job installing, but this is where the greatness ends. Terrible communication about installation time, we were not told until 30mn before they arrived. When the installers did arrive they called the store and told them we had an abundance of furniture that needed moving. This was not entirely accurate, we had 4 bedrooms and a loft that was being carpeted. We had all furniture out of 2 bedrooms ready to go and we had 4 family members ready to move the furniture when those 2 rooms were completed. (This was exactly what Tony and I discussed at our consultation) It was incredibly difficult that our carpet layers didn’t speak English, as we could not communicate this with them. Aaron took the call from the installer then communicated with us and was EXTREMELY RUDE, telling us we would need to reschedule. Anybody that has replaced carpet understands this is a big project and cannot simply be rescheduled. We all took work off this particular day to do this. The conversation was quite volatile, I could not believe I was being treated like this as the paying customer. I certainly replied in the same manner I was spoken too, how he spoke to me was entirely unacceptable. Aaron was yelling at me telling me to read my contract...well I did, and no where in the contract does it state all furniture must be removed from all areas being carpeted. I told him we were not rescheduling and we were totally available to move our furniture as they moved through the rooms. His response? “If they are standing around for more than 5 minutes they are leaving”. Again, incredibly unprofessional and rude! Carpet layers were there for about 6 hours and with the exception of their own 30mn break they didn’t stop moving. It ended up working out exactly as Tony and I had originally discussed, so I’m not sure why all the drama. I wanted to speak with a manger about this situation, but as of today (almost a month later) I never got a call back. I would not recommend nor use them again in the future.
Long delays in getting a refund. This company is nice up-front, but when you need them to do something, they drag their feet, lack follow-up, and never complete the request. They never answer phone calls or text messages, and when you call the office, the receptionists are masters at deflecting that person isnt here right now or well call you back later yet I never get called back. I have to keep calling them. 3 months to process a refund is absolutely ridiculous!
My wife and I just moved into our new home, needless to say, the carpet needed some serious help. We had 651 Carpets out to give us a quote, and the salesman was already acting like he didnt want to be there the second he walked through the door. He then started making comments about the home and making assumptions about us that were false and being very rude. We asked about the high grade option he presented, and he said that even with their only pay for one room deal! Going it, that it would be $6,000. For roughly 600 sqft worth of area. We then asked about the lowest possible grade and he said $4,000. Now I write estimates for insurance companies and knew that something was off with that, there is NO WAY, the cheapest possible carpet was $4,000 for only 600 sqft. We then went elsewhere, and got carpet that was average grade, so still loads better then the low grade carpet they offered for $4,000, and got it installed for $2,200.After the experience we had, I would never, ever suggest this company to anyone. Crazy overpriced, and they always run deals to make it sound like youre getting a better offer then you actually are. Poor staff that belittle you (maybe we just got the one bad one, but I highly doubt it reading other reviews). Please listen to the reviews and just skip this company altogether.
Scheduling was easy I called and had next day appointment for an estimate. The guy called in the morning (afternoon appointment) to let me know he will update me as the day goes on due to inclement weather. Never heard from him again. I called their office to let them know he never showed and the ditzy customer service rep said he should of been there and had no answer on why he didnt show. I will not be doing business if they cant even show up for a scheduled appointment or let me know what is going on as promised.
Installation guys were quick and finished their job on time. They were professional with their job. Cheapest granite installtion service. They had decent choices of granites. I would highly recommend them if you are planning to get granite installed.
If I could give them a ZERO I would. They have been the WORST company and customer service I have ever dealt with. Promised a one day install in August 2020 and did not complete until November of 2020. First did not even schedule a installation date AFTER we had already got the financing and paid them. Next said they didnt have the product and had to order, and when called ordered the wrong product to find the had had in in stock the entire time. 2 months later installed Carpet but only sent 2 people out who were not in masks under MN Mask Mandate. The sales rep in August was also not wearing a mask with the MN Mandate in Place. Then said again they needed to order the vinyl flooring and had to schedule a month later for the rest of the house. Found out again they had this product in stock. Sent again only 2 people to complete the job not wearing masks AGAIN and took them 12 hours to complete a vinyl flooring project. They left saw dust all over entire house and had the wrong transitions which were SILVER which at the sales level was told they are the same color as the vinyl flooring. Had to order transitions and a month later, finally came out and finished. Called multiple times and wanted to speak to the owner of the company about all the problems and to be compensated for all the inconvenience her company had caused to me and my family, especially working from home and my daughter distance learning from school. Cherry and Brett Cournoyer owners offered $300 but that I would need to sign a waiver that I would report and put bad reviews. I turned her down. I have filed a complaint with Keith Ellisons office as well as other agencies. Please do so to if you have had the same experience.
Scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate, got an email the day before reminding me that I have an appointment, and then they never showed up. No call or email. Highly unprofessional. Look how many one star reviews this company has. It’s shameful.
I was looking to replace the carpet to the entire upstairs level of my home. I called 651-Carpets to get a free estimate. The Estimator that came out was very knowledgeable, friendly and was an Installer prior. After taking some measurements he showed me a wide variety of carpet swatches. The carpet quality and color selections were vastly superior with 651-Carpets than the other 2 companies I had also called out for free estimates.I decided to go with 651-Carpets because I was getting more bang for my buck. The next day, the installers came, were on time and professional. They moved all of my furniture and didn’t leave any marks on my walls. They did an excellent job installing the carpet and cleaned up after themselves. I’m extremely satisfied with the high quality carpet and pad I had purchased. It’s so soft on the feet and it really transformed my home!I’m looking forward to working with this company again when I decide to replace the carpet in the basement.

Before you use this company. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Dont look at their testimonials on their webpage, look at the Better Business Bureau, look at Yelp. Theyre not as good as they seem. Highly unprofessional, will tell you anything you want to hear and then not deliver on their promises. I was promised a large crew to do the job in my house 3 guys show up. Then Im told Im in breech of contact because the house isnt ready to what the call bulk furniture Also what ever they have to take apart they will not put back together. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else.
The installers actually did a decent job installing the new carpet but, as other reviews have stated, the communication is non-existent. When we did our quote and they did all the measurements we had the movement of furniture included. We were told they would move everything except for electronics which we thought was awesome because we didnt want to have to try to move everything ourselves and we thought it was a pretty great deal. Fast forward to the day of install and we were told they can only move four pieces of furniture....... My husband, my oldest son, and I now had to very quickly clear our three bedrooms worth of furniture. If we would have known that before we would have started moving stuff a few days prior.
They only completed half of the work that was paid for. I had to hire someone else to finish the job and now they refuse to give me my money back. I call them all the time and they just won’t come to the phone anymore. It’s sad. Looks like I’m going to have to sue for the money
651carpets installed carpet in my entire house in one day. I wish theyd have taken more time. The installers did a lot of work but they left black hand prints on my white doors, damaged my walls, scratched up the baseboards, ripped the top off my movable bar cabinet, left a window screen and some trash on the lawn and scratched my car which was in the driveway by their van. The carpet is nice but there are visible seams and there is crinkling under the carpet in one room. To top it off, this occurred October 11th. Ive spoken and texted with Amanda. Ive also spoken with Cecilia who took a very detailed message. That is when I have been able to reach a person. Many unanswered calls. Ive not had a return call from anyone. Very disappointed in the installation and the lack of customer service. I do not recommend this company and will not purchase from them again.
Day 2 after countertop installation and we still don’t have a working kitchen sink. We were not properly communicated to that they would not hook up the sink plumbing as a part of the installation. Since it’s the weekend we have not been able to find a plumber that will do this work bc isn’t an “emergency”. We will be without a kitchen sink until sometime on Monday. When we called 651 Carpets they were not helpful, they did not care that we had this issue and offered no apologies for the inconvenience. Our salesman is nowhere to be found, not calling us back or responding to texts. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I can remember. It’s truly unfortunate because all they needed to do was be very clear upfront about the sink installation needs but instead we have to go without a functioning kitchen for 4 days. It’s a horrible feeling spending thousands of dollars with a company and getting incomplete service. We have a lot of other flooring projects coming soon, we will not be using 651 Carpets ever again.
We had a great experience with 651 Carpets from start to finish. JR was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and made making a decision really easy. We were very happy with pricing and how quick everything was done. The 2 guys who installed were so friendly and did a great job. We will definitely be using 651 carpets for our next project.
Called a few weeks ago and scheduled an in home estimate for today. No call, no show. Its hard to earn peoples business when you waste their time and dont bother to show up.
Communication does not happen. If you expect it, be prepared. After the initial meeting with the salesperson, we discussed the most important part to us was speed and efficiency. The salesperson Matt did a great job selling that once we choose the granite for the counter tops, the luxury vinyl flooring and the carpeting, it should be only a couple weeks. We stressed that we do not want this to take a month since we have other projects needing to be completed and scheduling. This is a pretty decent size order, carpeting in 5 rooms, vinyl flooring in two rooms and granite counter tops which we could have gotten done cheaper, but again speed and efficiency was what we were sold on. 3 weeks ago we had everything signed with a decent down payment given. 2 and half weeks ago, we had the professional measurement done on the counter tops. Today after hearing no communication from anyone, I called our salesperson. He basically said that they are going to start the manufacturing of the countertops soon, the vinyl is in and the carpet will be here soon. When I asked about the time frame it is taking, the salesperson said that he did his job process properly and entered the order, after that it becomes the operations managers responsibility. So if you want follow up after the order from your salesperson, I guess that is not in their process. So I still at this time have no idea when things are going to happen. I asked to get a phone call from operations manager. The salesperson, Matt, said he would send him an email. 4 hours later, nothing. If you want to be over-promised and under-delivered, this is the place. They do a good job selling, but not so good after the sale. I would really appreciate a phone call please.* UPDATE - after working with the Operational manager, we were able to get everything done. Looks great and with all the work that was done, some scratches on walls, one chunk of sheet rock cracked and 1 broken shelve. Not too bad for all they did. Thank you for getting it done.
