My first experience with Autozone was disappointing. I found better prices at OReilly, and more convenient locations.

About a week ago, my son was scheduled to take his driving test. I picked him up from high school and thought - we should check all the lights before arriving at the location for his test. To our surprise, a break light was out! We had limited time and knew it had to be changed quickly. AutoZone in Ham Lake was on our way to the testing site so we called to ask if they could help and it turned out they could. When we arrived, they had the part pulled, were ready to check us out and help replace the bulb. Logan helped us this day and not only was he friendly, courteous and a life saver but he also took the time to explain how to change this bulb while replacing it for us. We are so grateful for the assistance from AutoZone and for the great service provided! Thank you!!!!(note: my son didnt pass his test that day but did at another location a week later. Also, the light is still working fine to-date.)

This AutoZone is always extremely helpful and and always help me to get what I need to get the job done right. This location (Ham lake) in particular helped to correct a mistake made by the Blaine AutoZone when Blaine got me the wrong part. Staff is 10/10.
