North Metro Glass has the best customer service in town! The tech was very helpful, quick, informative and knowledgeable. Such a nice guy! I paid for the service out of pocket but Allison was such a help in the office and getting my broken window comped as I have 100% glass coverage. She was great to work with and much more knowledgeable and helpful than my insurance company. If it wasnt for Allison I would still be out $500. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Thank you to the friendly customer service. The receptionist is the BOMB here. She even catered to my needs after she left work. Giving me all the details and being so kind. Not to mention, they were the cheapest to replace my windshield around!

Online submission & no response. Phone call no response. Got a text & they scheduled but then didnt show. Said it was bc of insurance. I called insurance & they had no communication from NMG. I guess they have so much business that they didnt need mine.

My sliding glass door just up and shattered (most likely due to weather). I called around to see when I could get an estimate done, and other places were over a week out! Steve was able to come out the following morning. The price to replace the glass was more than competitive, so I was happy to have them do the install. Steve said it would take a couple of weeks for the glass to come in, but it arrived only one week later - so way ahead of schedule! He was able to come install it the same day! I couldnt be happier! Excellent & professional service, quick turn around time, great prices and friendly people! If you need glass replaced, definitely go with North Metro Glass!

Attitude on the phone when asked about procedure removing old windshield, stated I have more year experience than you. When I picked up the windshield it looked great until I inspected it closer at home and noticed the outer gasket they used was actually suppose to be the inner gasket. Outer gasket not suppose to have a seam. I actually supplied inner and outer gasket that they did not use. They never installed a inner gasket and left the sharp metal frame showing. Not as knowledgeable as he claimed to be. I went with the price and it bit me. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to deal with attitude.

I had the best experience with North Metro Auto glass!My sunroof exploded on the freeway - not sure if it got hit or just shifted, but it was completely shattered. I sent out a couple emails that night asking for quotes. North Metro Auto was the quickest response and the best price. I agreed to move forward and they ordered the part that day. I got a call later the same day saying they had obtained the glass and could come do it right away. Tom drove to my work and replaced my sunroof in the parking lot, while I was able to go back to work! He texted me to let me know it was done and was patient while I finished a call I was on. Tom even took the time to wipe off the residue from the tape I had used to cover the hole. Now it looks great and I dont have to worry about not having a sunroof! Im so glad I chose to work with Tom & North Metro Glass - hes very professional, honest and helpful. Hes also done work for my family in the past, so I trust the quality of service.

Wanted to do work with local company. Steve replaced the back window on my wives SUV. After replacing the glass. The back hatch would not work she took it to him to re-clean out glass pieces. A couple weeks later the glass just shattered. Steve sent a nice young man out to fix it said no charge. This time the auto close would not work was told to get it fix they would pay for it.After talking to Tom, North Metro stands behind there work and I would definitely recommend them for all your glass repair needs.Shop Local!!

I had a upstairs window that was cracked and needed to be replaced. I called two other places and left messages with no return calls. Was driving on Hwy 64 and saw North Metro Glass and called them. In addition to the window, my wifes Audi had a cracked windshield so I had them replace as well. Quick, excellent customer service and they did a fantastic job on the window and windshield. Would HIGHLY recommend North Metro Glass! Will go back to them in the future!

They did a fantastic job installing a rear window in my 1970 Monte Carlo. The trim fit perfectly and the process they used will definitely seal better and be stronger than factory. Cant say enough good things about the service and product I got.

Came out and replaced my work truck windshield. They were on time, clean and courteous.I would highly recommend.

So we met Tom from north metro thru our nightmare saga we have going on with u car connect in eden prairie. We got a car from U car connect and they sold it. To us with all types of stuff wrong. One of the things wrong with the car was a chipped windshield. They used this company to replace it.. the car place refused to fix the rear view mirror that just kept falling off. The u car refused to fix anything g but Tom at north metro not only fixed it. They drove to our house after a full day of calls to make sure the problem was taken care of. Awesome company great customer service.
