As soon as I filled out an online form, I was contacted by one of their representatives. She was very pleasant and professional helping me set up an appointment to have my car picked up and completing the process to get texts from them with updates when a driver was getting close to me.The driver showed up in a timely manner. In exchange for the car title, I was handed a check by him for an agreed upon amount done over the phone and online a couple of days earlier. He was friendly, professional and understanding when I started taking photos of my totaled beloved car being hauled away. He stopped, allowing me to take as many photos as I wanted. I really appreciated his kind gesture.

The QR code virtual line system is dysfunctional. For some reason, theres not a different code for each location. Theoretically you had a good idea, I guess, but why is there a confusing list of locations off one code? You should sort that out, not expect me to know the details of your business. See, the reason it could work is that the user cant go wrong if you set it up correctly. But then you went and did it completely wrong. And Im sure by now you know that it doesnt work. Do you get some perverse excitement out of your clients having trouble navigating your lousy design?Laughably poor design. Annoying, Counterproductive. Inadequate. Unprofessional.

Very easy process. The tow truck driver was awesome, so kind and professional. Called with ETA and quickly got the car on the tow truck.

Canceled twice. Third time asked to reschedule. Had to call in several times due to no follow up. Glad the vehicle is finally gone.

Just like everyone else they offer you a cheap price to give you and turn around the vehicle to sell it 10x as much when they fix it. Like house flipping. But they did pay higher then the rest, considering.
