Ive been shopping around for appliances for a while and I feel I got the best deal from them. He took a lot of time and made sure I got everything I wanted and even threw in a couple of things. I would definitely buy more appliances from them they have new and slightly used

I don’t like doing negative reviews. I like to give the business the opportunity to make it right. And here we are. They are always “booked” when I’m trying to schedule them to come and look at my refrigerator AGAIN! I have a warranty company that sent them to my house to look at my refrigerator. The technician walked in did absolutely nothing and said the line is froze. He told me to unplug the refrigerator for a few days. We were planning our wedding and my wife was preparing all the food so unplugging it at that time was not an option. We bought another refrigerator for the garage and after the wedding were able to unplug it for a few days. And it still doesn’t work. Now I’m told I have to pay them again to come back out since it’s been over 30 days and yet they’re to busy. Pick another place. They don’t stand behind their work and are to “busy” to come out and look at your appliance.

Knowledgeable, honest, helpful. They helped me diagnose an issue with my refrigerator over the phone (on a weekend), talked me through how to fix it, and didn’t charge me anything. No other company was even answering phones. They’ll be my first call for repairs and my first stop for purchases from now on.

The owner Tim Thomas was extremely helpful. He taught me how to fix my appliance myself for free!I just moved into a house and realized that the oven door was not shutting completely (see before photo). Out of luck, I went on Frigidaires website and looked for local repair services, and called Appliance Solutions. Tim listened to my situation and explained that this usually happens if someone had sat on the oven door in the past and dislocated the hinge. He told me to try putting a 3/4 inch rigid tool above the hinge and slowly closing the door. I definitely sounded hesitant, because I know Im not (yet) a handy person. Tim asked me to send him a few photos of the oven door being half-opened. Later on, he followed up with a very detailed instruction and some example photos. I am so grateful and I feel much less intimidated by trying to fix things on my own. Thank you Tim!

Best service yet! Weve had nothing but issues with our bravos washer since purchasing it new 4yrs ago. They set us up with a used washer and same day delivery, install and haul away. Thats a big deal for a family of 6! And all for under $600.We finally found our go to appliance company, after 5yrs of trying new places every time.

I’ve been having a lot of problems getting my dryer to work (partially because of an electricity issue) at my house, and the crew (especially Tim & Levi) at Appliance Solutions have been extremely helpful. We called Tim on a holiday weekend with a refrigerator problem. We have small children and had already lost the whole freezer full of food. No one would help us...but Tim did. He went above and beyond in order for us to have a working fridge by days end. I would recommend this company highly and will use for all future appliance needs!

This company was selected as the contractor for a home warranty claim. The issue we faced was a freezer handle that had been loose since we had been in the home finally breaking free and coming off of the unit.The technician came out, looked at the problem and identified it as a broken bracket inside the handle. I later found out that the technician indicated that the broken handle was due to misuse or mistreatment.Our claim was denied, and we still have no handle. The technician had no prior knowledge of why or how the handle was broken, and it had been a problem since day one, yet they still indicated mistreatment. Very disappointing.

Our clothes washer stopped working. Friends told me it could be an easy fix but we decided to have a pro check it out. I called three appliance repair companies and not only did they not answer their phone, I could not even leave a message.Appliance Solutions was the 4th I call a made. A very pleasant lady answered the phone and asked all the right questions. Tech named Levi showed up on time and was great. He had the washer fixed in barely 15 minutes and he took a few minutes to check out the the dryer and the oven.Now that I have seen the process I could have fixed the washer myself but that is not the point. We wanted a pro to check it out.I highly recommend Appliance Solutions. Great service.

I have high remarks for this company as I called late in the day looking to have a compressor replaced in my panel ready refrigerator. Tim took the time to ask me how I knew the compressor was faulty. I told him I had another company from Rogers that had come out that morning to diagnose a click and hum condition and the tech said it was definitely a bad compressor. Tim asked if we had ruled out a bad relay and that technician had said it definitely was a bad compressor. Tim said he would replace the compressor if I really needed it but based upon the description of the problem, he suggested that I replace the relay and start capacitor first for $30.00 to ensure that it was not that causing the condition as he had seen this several times in the past. He put one aside for me and I picked it up and went home to install it. I called up Tim on the phone and he gave me insight on where the new wires were to go since the compressor pins were not labeled. In a few minutes I was up and running with no more click and hum. Tim is awesome and I highly recommend his services to anyone needing help!

They only will give you a 15 minute warning they will be at your house. They give a 4 hour window. I had a rental unit so I am suppose to sit there for 4 hours? They absolutely refused to give more then a 15 minute warning they would be there. The appliance repair man Levi was very rude about this subject. There is people out there who would be glad to get my business.

Needed to purchase a washer and were able to answer any questions we had. Also were able to deliver same day, which was perfect. This was the 2nd purchase that we had great service!

My refrigerator went out on Saturday, called and spoke with Tim. Described to him the problem said he would be right out that morning. Needed a part and came back out that same evening with a repaired part (he could not locate the new part) but did not work. Came back out on Monday (he offered to come back on Sunday) morning with the new part and installed it. Refrigerator working perfectly. Could not ask for better service or communication. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Now the best for last. The cost of the repair was for less then what he quoted me over the phone. Great company and honest people to deal with. My dryer is now going and guess who I am going to call. . .

Bought a used replacement motherboard for a Kenmore washer and after installation had more problems than we did before. Never replace parts with olde or used....always by new.

Our home insurance sent multiple service companies out to our house. We were VERY impressed with Levi from Appliance Solutions. He was punctual, wore a mask every time, explained the malfunction in detail, and offered a realistic timeline of when repairs would be made. When our warranty expires we will continue to call Appliance Solutions.

Called them and to ask about upright freezer inventory and the guy told me that they don’t have any freezers and no one is seeing it due to all the freezers being sent back to Mexico. He also said if you look hard enough you may be able to find some.Strange. Called another seller and they have freezers for sale. I don’t know what going on.

The worst service experience ever. Hands-down. Technician came out first time to look at my refrigerator and replaced a fuse. After the issue did not go away it was constant phone calls and arguing just to get them to come back out and look at the problem again. When the owner himself came back out he mis-diagnosed the problem telling me that it’s a completely different issue and that I need to contact the manufacture for a certified tech to come out. The LG tech came out and said that they replaced the wrong fuse and mis-diagnosed the problem twice. It was a completely different issue that could’ve been resolved the first time the guy came out. Absolutely terrible. I’ve been without a refrigerator for over a month now because of these guys.

Phenomenal service! I purchased the dryer on Monday evening and they delivered it Tuesday afternoon. Prices are very reasonable and service is second to none! They set up my new dryer and hauled away the old one. Great company, I highly recommend!!!

Great customer service! Got a service appointment lined up straight away (after it had taken 48+ hours and had not heard back from three other places). The technician Levi was great! Fixed the problem, helped me understand what the problem was, and was super respectful of my home. As a first time homeowner who had just moved in to a house with a number of appliance problems, it was great to get them resolved quickly, professionally, and at a fair price!

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a joke. We waited 10 days for LEVI to show up, and he showed up at the very end of his arrival window complaining EXTREMELY unprofessionally about what a long day he had had, so he wasnt going to spend any time working on our dishwasher, he was just going to take a part and have someone else figure it out. He touched just about everything he could possibly touch in my kitchen, DURING COVID, including a bag that clearly had food in it. Then, he apparently decided it was too hard to take just the part that he said he was going to take, and instead loaded up the entire dishwasher. I have a crawling baby, so this has created a NEEDLESS hazard. He said that we would be receiving updates throughout the process, and that we could have our dishwasher back in as little as two business days, or as many as ten. It has now been five; my husband texted this company yesterday asking for an update (because we have gotten zero) and they said they were working through our warranty company to order a part. Now we just heard that that was complete BS, because they apparently could not replicate the error, so theyre just going to bring it back un-repaired.The error was a leak sensor. It obviously dried up in the ten days it took them to come out. So weve been without a dishwasher for over two weeks for nothing.Save your time and sanity. If you cant find anyone to fix your dishwasher right now, go buy a new one. These people are worthless.

I love my new fridge! My husband and I were satisfied with the service provided by Appliance Solutions... until it came time for them to deliver our fridge. When the technician arrived, he walked into our home and says, “Oh... you have stares...” When we asked if that would be a problem, as our kitchen is upstairs, he continues to say, “Did you bring extra manpower? It took three of us guys to load this fridge into the vehicle.” This left us wondering then: if it took three men to load this fridge into the car, why wouldn’t three men be sent to install it? Two men came to install our oven... When we let him know we would have provided “extra manpower” if we were told to, he proceeded to simply put the fridge in our garage and drive away. My husband and I were left trying to find able bodies to help us install our new fridge ourselves as well as move our old fridge out. If we knew this was going to happen, we would’ve picked up the fridge from the store instead of waiting for 1 technician to tell us this was a 3 PERSON OR MORE job. Like I said, I love our new fridge, but I am unsure we will be shopping at appliance solutions again.

I had the best experience with Appliance Solutions today! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of hiring a company that matches you with a pro so you dont truly know what you are getting. After over paying (a lot) and having their pro come out twice we still couldnt use our dryer so I turned to Appliance Solutions for help. It was the best decision I couldve made! Tim was eager to find the solution even helping me troubleshoot over the phone (how awesome right!). When I ran into a road block and couldnt do anymore myself he put me on the schedule for the very next day, talk about service! Levi come out and had our dryer up and running in no time! Theres something to be said about knowing the job is done correctly and at a fair cost. I HIGHLY advise you to choose Appliance Solutions for any and all of your appliances needs, you wont be disappointed you did.

I believe Tim helped me today, got me a new oven igniter right away. He wasnt sure if the one I had was for sure bad, but tested it for me to make sure. Fast easy and affordable experience. He even took the time to explain the key points of reinstalling it with out trying to sell me stuff I didnt need.

Their services are excellent! They have gone out of their way to fix my problem dryer. You rarely see this type of above and beyond service now a days. I also bought a used washer that I just love. There aren’t enough stars for the service I received! My home warranty company sent out a technician from another company who basically told me I’d have to get all new plumbing done in order for my dishwasher to work. Levi, from appliance solutions came out and actually ran the dishwasher, pulled it out from under the cabinet and was able to quickly figure out the problem. Turns out a quick part replacement was all I needed. Levi also recommended great products to aid in getting my dishwasher to clean like new! Thank you appliance solutions and Levi! I have had an issue with my gas oven not burning properly. Tim at Appliance Solutions is incredibly knowledgable. He methodically asked questions and pretty much found problem over the phone. Went to rent a UHaul trailer. No one seemed to know the rates of Uhaul but said they would rent their trailer to me. I later realized the price they charged was double UHauls rates. Had I realized that sooner, I would have driven a few miles to a location that had actual UHaul trailers. I wont be back to do business with a place with that level of integrity.

I had them come out for a service call on my upright freezer because it had a air leak and was frosting up. There fix was they told me to put a bungee cord around the handle to close it tighter and charged me $50. I still had the same problem so I called Steve’s appliance they fixed the problem in 2 minutes.

Weve had very bad experience with this business. We dropped off an upright freezer at their shop Monday for a noise while running. Asked for rough guess on $ for repairs, told probably $150 - $250. Asked to be called when they knew what was wrong. Texted them later that day to ask that we get an estimate before repairing. Was told 2-3 days for repairs. Texted back Wednesday morning because we hadnt heard anything, they replied was done and ready for pickup. Texted back asking for price of repairs, was told they hadnt totalled it yet. Where was any estimate? The repairs ended up being a little over $282 - all done without prior approval. Picked it up, brought it home, plugged it in, was getting cold so put some ice cream in. Came out this morning (Thursday) and wasnt running, was warm inside. Tried it on multiple outlets/circuits, nothing. When I went to their store to talk to them they said I needed to bring it back in. So went home, loaded it up, brought it back in. When I dropped it off the second time he told me he should have told me when I picked it up the first time to let it sit 24 hours before plugging it in, but knew I was in a hurry???? Hemmed and hawed when asked if there would be more cost to get it going again. Poor communication, worst Ive had to deal with. Ran an auto repair for 35 years, wouldnt have dreamed of handling any repair that way.

The installer that was contracted from the store I bought it from couldnt work with me on a time frame that I needed to be around. Steve is a very knowledgeable guy. Ive been doing business with Tim for over 30 years. He is very personable and very fair, he stands behind the products he sells. We need more business owners out there like him.

My washing machine quit working and Sears said it would take 3 weeks to send out a tech. I called these guys next and I really could not be more satisfied. On the phone they explained what the issue might be, and gave me a few price estimates based on the possible repairs required. They sent out a tech within 2 days, he was very polite, and helpful. He fixed the machine in less then 10 minutes, then proceeded to explain exactly what happened and how to prevent similar issues in the future. On top of the great service I received, I was very happy with the final cost, as it was significantly less than the estimate. In the end, these guys are professional, very prompt, and fair in pricing. I doubt you would find a better deal.

Even though my washing machine was magically working when the repair tech came out to diagnose the issue, I was very impressed with the customer service given by the rep on the phone and the tech himself. I had them come out to hook up my new gas dryer and they were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend you giving them a call for anything appliance related. Great experience.

Installed a dishwasher improperly which caused a significant water leak through our basement ceiling. They did quickly respond, apologize and correct their error. However, they did not complete the re-installation. The dishwasher is not anchored so it moves every time the door is closed and they left a black rubber flap hanging from the lower front - claiming that was the dishwasher design- and then they left. A quick look at the install guide and the leftover parts proved them wrong. We were refunded for the install cost and then they just walked away leaving us with a partially installed dishwasher and a ruined ceiling. We now have to find an installer to complete their job as well as find a sheetrock/ceiling company to repair our ceiling and hope to heck somebody reimburses us - of course there will be no reimbursement for our time and inconvenience.It has been a very disappointing and ridiculous experience. We would never recommend Appliance Solutions.

Great service with a smile! I bought a washing machine from Tim a while back. Recently it started beeping at me every time I start it. Called Tim, he remembered me! He asked me to take video if the washer doing the beeping and send it to him. He assured me he will help me figure it out. He is such a hardworking, helpful person.I dont know whats up with these super negative reviews. whats more, reviews from people who have only taken the time to submit ONE review (when they are angry) dont carry weight with me. You never had any good experiences anywhere? Or you expect superb service as a regular thing? One time things are easy to get over. just do not use that service again and move on. Everyone makes mistakes, its a home town operation.
