Scammers, lied to me on phone about fees after asking them a hundred times, he tried to get $500 non refundable deposit, then surprise me with all these liar fees. Autoline in Hallandale Beach is a shiesty operation - $3000 of bait and switch financing and I wasted hours driving to the unprofessional operation- beware… dont bother!

DO NOT buy from Autoline. I bought a BMW from them, all their car’s carfaxes look clean but most of their cars are crashed or lemons. Almost days after purchasing the BMW a whole array of problems started to arise. Fuel pumps went, Valve cover was cracked, all seals were basically broken, car constantly went into limp mode. Most of their cars are definitely lemons, at least mine definitely was.

We came to see a car.We arrived and Sebastián JR treated us very well, he showed us the car very kindly.Then going in to talk to Jerry Gonzalez, the manager, it was a pretty unpleasant situation.He didnt even answer the greeting first, while we talked to him all the time looking at the computer, he never looked at our faces and answered our questions with a bad attitude.In short, a very unpleasant experience.We would never return here.

If giving a negative star was an option would give it. When arriving at this dump the original car we were interested in would not turn on. So, we asked to look at another vehicle and were told the car was in good condition. We thought we were purchasing a good car but was sold a LEMON. Not even two days later after purchasing the vehicle, it couldnt even move from the parking spot. Called the dealership and told them what was going on they said they would fix the car if we tow it back to them. This was not an option because we live more than two hours away. Had a respectable mechanic look at the vehicle. The vehicle has significant issues. WHOLE ENTIRE BRAKE SYSTEM is completely gone, the electrical system is shot, the front end (steering) is bad, and to make matters just better the VIN was run, and the car is a flood vehicle. In the state of Florida, it is illegal to sell a vehicle that has been in a flood without notifying or letting the customer know. The mechanic recommended not even fixing this trash vehicle. This place deserves a -1000000/-1000000 stars. They are disgusting individuals and typical Miami dealership people who stop at nothing to sell a car. You cant keep doing dirty work and expect it not to catch up to you. They will surely reap what they continue to sow.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Roberto sold us a BMW that needed a new engine and did not disclose that to us. We had the car shipped to us and as soon as we turned the car on, you could tell it had an issue. The dealership is refusing to do anything about it even though we have proof from a mechanic the issue happened before the car was sold, and text messages from Roberto saying the car was running as it should be. We have filed multiple complaints and will continue filing more. Junk cars and horrible customer service.

Roberto is a kind kid trying to educate himself with the business. Jerry from the finance department is a complete con artist. As I was sitting in the waiting area, I can over hear him on the phone building false hope with a recent buyer on the phone then laughed with the owner in the glass room and say thats too bad they signed on the dotted line and also said not his car, not his problem. I left immediately. I could not believe how proud he was to have sold a vehicle with existing issues then had the nerves to not care after selling it.

Autoline is a scam company. They sold me a truck with tons of problems they hid from me. The 4x4 did not work all the vacuum lines were missing. The brakes booster stopped working the next day. Oil cooler was bad had a bunch of oil in my coolant. Bad injectors, blow head gasket. A/c stopped working two days after buying it. Truck has a electrical issue that throws alarms and codes. Back window leaks bad. The transmission is bad. Do not buy from this dealer. Also sold me a flood vehicle without telling and I asked them about it before buying it.

The owner of this used car dealership was very helpful, he didn’t pressure us into buying a car, and is the most honest car salesman I’ve ever met. He gave us his honest opinion on some of the cars we were interested in getting which helped us a lot. I 100% recommend.

Please dont come here. More headache than what it is worth.I purchased a 10 Mini Cooper S. The car is gorgeous and I do love it- but I had driven 2 weeks before the clutch went (from wear and tear). You would think they inspect the cara before selling. Anyway, the full warranty I had purchased did not cover it...$2000 in the hole.Also, the paperwork submitted to the bank and what was given to me in person does not match. I ended up paying $10 more a month than what I agreed to.I have to admit the lady that I dealt with and sold me the car has always been very kind and helpful and always, always was attentive to my concerns.

Don’t bother showing up. I have been searching for a car for about 2 weeks now and I found one I liked at auto line. We agreed on a price and salesman, Sebastian, accepted someone else in the middle of our deal and allowed them to buy the car. He then proceeded to ignore all of my calls and messages, I had to reach out 6 times for him to tell me that he sold the car. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE! The only reason I gave a one star is because you need it to make a google review. I was contemplating whether to write a review or not due to this happening months ago but I cannot let these people think they won. My boyfriend went to this dealership TWICE, the first time it was GREAT, felt right at home and Jose was great honestly. The second time whoever (months after the first time) my boyfriend was looking for a car and since we had spoken to Jose before he trusted the company, plus he found something he really liked. When we get there turns out the car was sold he then sees a RED 370 and fell in love. He had down payment money we start doing the paperwork the checked his credit and unfortunately did not have the qualifications needed, now my credit is worse than my boyfriends but they checked mine too and because I had been paying off a credit card they said I had a better chance. Carlos (the guy who does the financing and paperwork) asked me for MY INFORMATION3 TIMES to verify it. They tell us that we are all good to go and they have to check the car out and my boyfriend will be able to pick it up the following day... the following day comes around and Carlos calls my boyfriend and says he put my social under his name and that he never ran my credit and he got confused and messed up (probably cause they were drinking) well my boyfriend rightfully so gets upset and asked how is that possible, they get into an argument and Carlos even brought up my mother in law (if you’re Hispanic you know what I mean).. Jose calls my boyfriend back and says yes that a mistake was made. How a mistake was made if I repeated MY INFORMATION FOR VERIFICATION 3 TIMES?! I have no idea. Just not good business.

Repairs that needed to be completed starting 1 month after i bought the car:1) Software update $16002) Oil filter housing replacement $15003) Engine replacement (engine blew at 93,000 miles) $12,000 ($7000 paid from warranty) but I had to pay another $4,000 to have the engine torn down that the warranty did not cover so they gave me $3000 and I paid the remaining $8,000 out of pocket.4) Tie rods ($500)5) Discs and brakes ($800)6) All new tires ($1200)7) Both front CV axles ($2300)8) Steering Box ($3500)9) AC unit ($3000)10) Blower ($1600)And the cost of the car $15,000. These guys are at the top of scam artists in Florida. They are the scumbags you read about on a daily basis.

I bought an great looking Audi 3 2015 from Carlos(great sales person). Knowing my credit situation, he still helped as if i had perfect credit, to try to get me what i needed as a car. He helped me out with price and financing until he got it done for me. The only thing the car had not working was the radio(which they promised they will take care of), and surprisingly for a used car dealership, they did take care of it... It took us some weeks to get it done, but they didn’t stop til we got the problem situated. Sales guy was nice and patient until we signed on the dotted line and the deal was done. As we drove off the lot middle mirror fell off. Went right back and someone put it back on but seemed to be well aware that the mirror frame was broken. Since we discovered after the sale there is nothing he could do. Thought was not a big deal until I checked at a service place how much it would be; $275!!! Found a few other things that were clearly not included in certified inspection by the dealer like small hole in the windshield, an oil leak and an open recall on the airbags. Went back to Autoline and was told they will fix the mirror. The other things I understand can happen when you buy a used car. Went to pick up the plates and now they cant fix the mirror since according to Florida State law they would agree to a lifetime warranty of the car. Asked if they would pay for the part and were told that the owner who was unavailable would need to give his blessing but they for sure would give us a call. Phone has yet to ring.When signing the deal we were also told that registration was already included when I asked how much it was which then turned out to be $421, granted the registration was $220 and but some magical fee was added. Hope they put that in a piggy bank since with this kind of service they will need it soon. Word travels fast!

I recently purchased a 2010 370z through this dealership. The salesman named Joseph helped me throughout the whole sales process and trading in the vehicle I owned. It was a bit of a process mostly because my bank took a while to send and process the documents. The car needs a little TLC which is expected of an almost 9 year old car which I was going to customize the car anyway so that didnt bother me. As far as the sales, Joseph was very friendly and welcoming.

Sebastian was great. I was coming from out of state looking for a work vehicle and he was efficient. He had someone pick me up at the airport. Brought me to the bank and just a great salesman that cared about my wants.

Worst car dealership. Have no sympathy for their customers. Got my car. Was told that it was a “CLEAN TITLE” multiple times and it has frame damage. Was told if I wanted to return the vehicle, I had to pay $995 “restocking fee”, $60 a day I had the car and 60 cents a mile which added up to about $3,000. I REPEAT AND WILL CONSISTENTLY REPEAT IT “ DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP”

******BUYER BEWARE!! ******Read all paper work and fees in your documents! CRIS (sales guy) tried to charge all this hidden fees that we found in a paper they tried not to attach to the documents that needed to be signed. Make sure you read and sign each page by page number! Page number 1 was missing with all the rate details (a higher rate than discussed) Chris gave me the documents starting at page two. I thought that was a mistake until so many other things happen, claiming there was a second vehicle to the car and after signing said they could not locate it, saying that the title transfer would cost less than it did.It is suggested to handle the change of title and plate through the DMV yourself as they charge double to do it in-house. I paid $431.65 to get my new tags, license and registration. We got tired of constantly arguing with them (Chris and Owner) about every thing from this transaction so we paid it and are moving on. I do not recommend going to this place! If you do PLEASE read all documents in great lengths. These people are crooks and sharks, they do not own up to their mistakes and their lies even when they are caught in the middle of it.I never buy used cars and for this reason is why I always stood away!!
