I am a 62 year old lady from upstate NY. Three years ago Circumstance brought me to a place where I needed to supplement my income, so I decided to start a small business making essential oil products. It was very important to me to do it right the first time. I researched many essential oil brands and found a few that met my standards. I also had to keep cost into my considerations. I needed a quality oil and one that when my products were on the shelf, the customer could still afford. I chose my oil brand and have had really good luck with it, for the most part. I went to Amazon to order some bottles and chose vinevida . there was a slight glitch in the order and i sent a note off to the company. To my surprise, I received a very nice email from the customer service department. ( i believe his name was jake) Well, he actually listened, and fixed my problem immediately. When i sent another email off to him to thank him, He asked me to check out vinevida oils, He sang their praises and, with customer service like this, i figured, why not, I will buy a small bottle of lavender and compare that. The price was comparable and according to Jake, vinevida oil was excellent quality . It arrived very quickly and it was wrapped like fort knox. it came in a heavy secure box and in the cool bubble wrap sleeve that looks like a fancy air cast. I received an email from jake, just to check on my satisfaction level. I love the oil, it is everything that he promised me and more. I have over 200 oils in my inventory now and when i am re ordering, I always check to see if vinevida is selling that particular oil. Jake and i are now on a first name basis, and I bug him constantly to add this oil or that one. He adds them to their inventory if at all possible. So in closing let me say that you will be very happy with any oil that you buy from this company. You can rest assured that it will arrive in tact, all wrapped up like a precious baby, and if you are not satisfied, you have my permission to BUG JAKE. He is the best customer service guy that i have ever dealt with. Secretly, i hope that he never gets a promotion, I will miss him if he leaves customer service.

I recently decided to make my own soaps and eventually start a small soap business, so I began searching for a wholesaler of good quality essential oils. VINEVIDA had so many 5 star reviews I decided to give them a try.I started with two large bottles: Bulgarian Lavender and Bergamot. The Lavender is wonderful! My home smelled so nice after making my soap and leaving all the soap batter covered equipment in the sink; the Lavender scent wafted through my home for days. I am still enjoying the scent from the soaps in my drawer. My Lavender Soap recipe is a keeper, it smells so divine. I loved both the Lavender and the Bergamot so much I decided to purchase more oils from VINEVIDA, Im up to thirteen, and will add more in time.The customer service has been great. And the orders are packed so well. I just wish the bottles could have a better way of pouring. I have yet to catch on to the chopstick trick that Ive seen other soap makers use when pouring the oil, so I bought a long glass pipette which works. When first opening the 2 lb bottle I suggest having it firmly grounded on a non slip surface or have someone help hold it firmly on a table, because when I pulled the tab I ended up splashing the precious oil all over.Tip, if you want an inexpensive oil for an ant problem get their Cedarwood Himalyan, but I wouldnt recommend this particular oil for soap, it has a very strong scent that overpowers the other essential oils. My daughter told me the scent reminds her of PineSol.Anyway, I highly recommend Vinvida. For your essential oils. They also have a great website, easy to navigate and great information about the uses and benefits of each oil.

I love Vivenda oils so much! My current favorites are their Rose Geranium, Lavender, and Lemon. I use them all over my house, and theyre so relaxing. Ill never get my essential oils anywhere else again. I plan on getting some carrier oils next so I can use the oils topically.
