The 2 staff working did an AWESOME job taking care of the RUSH of customers, mostly parents picking up breakfast for their kids on the way to school (what ever happened to oatmeal or cereal for breakfast at home even when youre in a hurry?). We only waited 10 or so minutes for our latte & mocha, but they were both perfect and served with a smile and have a good day! Mega Kudos to these 2 young ladies who kept things going and with smiles on their faces and an excellent attitude. Starbucks, you owe these 2 a bonus 😊

Ordered two grande blonde roasts. Had to wait for pour overs. No big deal. However, it took nearly 15 minutes with nobody waiting in the store, and we ended up getting tall coffees and being told sorry, pour overs take a long time as though Im ignorant enough to not know how to make a pour over or how long it takes. I just set my coffee back down at the bar and left. What an embarrassment...

Awesome employees! I’m a fellow partner at a different store, and they were all so nice and fun to talk to. Great customer connections, and they made my drink perfectly :)

Standard starbucks in a strip mall. Small but they have seating outside which is nice. Understaffed so tables are dirty as staff dont have time to wipe them.

Nice quick stop to grab a bite. A lot of food sold out though

This was my first time at this location. There was a little wait and whip cream was added to my daughters drink in error. Other than that the drinks were good 👍🏽🙂

I like it a lot, but they need more staff, all the kids look very stressed, plus now with the pick up service, Ive been waiting for a coffee for 20 min.

Sadly I keep coming to this store with the hope that there would be an improvement with the lattes that they serve. They have slowly gone from okay to mediocre and now sadly, this morning, unpalatable. The temperature was perfect but the espresso tasted like used coffee grinds. Im glad if this hasnt been anyone elses experience but this is a major disappointment to pay so much for a treat that makes gas station coffee seem like gormet.

I understand everything is slower with COVID 19. However, ordered one simple drink and only 6 people waiting for drinks, 25 minutes later i asked for my money back and left. There were a couple employees working but, not much getting done.

I visited this store on 5/26/20 and I placed an online order from the Starbucks app. I went to pick up my order and the door was locked. I saw employees sitting there so I waved at them to open the door. They just sat there and pointed to a sign that said it was closed.The order went to another store because this store was closed. I did not realize this when I placed the order. So, this was why I wanted them to open the door to let me know how I can cancel this order I placed or give me a phone number to call. They just sat there and kept on pointing at the close sign. This is such poor customer service. There are plenty of other coffee shops out there, so you should be better at good customer service. I will never go to Starbucks again.

Worst service... we walked in where three employees were behind the counter and not one single one said hello, or ill be with you in a minute or bothered to even make eye contact. Stood there with no one else in line in front of us... Another customer came up and made conversation with us... and the baustistas did not. Even when we got our coffees, when ready, that server didnt thank us, say hello or anything. Basically get your drink & get out... Should have searched out a local non franchise shop. Rude. At least the coffee was good....

OMG! Horrible drinks. Ive came here at least a dozen times and while the coffee at this location was never that good, today, July 2, 2021 about 10am it was absolutely horrible. I should have taken it back. When I got a little more than halfway in my coffee there was chunks in it of something Im not sure what it was but it wasnt good. It definitely wasnt part of the ingredients used in the drink I know that.

This is a great location! The staff there is top notch. The place is always kept clean and neat. Being a small town community they always know the regulars by name and drink.

The hubz just picked up a mobile order. My grande is not even half full.... not to mention they left out the espresso. So they gave me half a cup of foam, soymilk and mocha sauce, sans coffee...... glad i just paid over $5 for that. Not sure how the most important part of a drink order gets left out

This is another inefficient Starbucks. Three employees, no urgency in their effort whatsoever. My husband and I both had time to go to the restroom (there was only one), and still had to wait for simple peach iced teas. There was one table of people already there with all their drinks and no one in front of us. Another Starbucks in the toilet.

Three associates in the store and only one out front making drinks. He was fast thank goodness.

The drinks are great.....service is slow. But, thats only because it was peak time. Definitely pre-order on the app. On a Saturday morning, do it 15 minutes un advance.

Barista was super helpful & very friendly when I couldnt find my typical beverage on the menu. He was patient (as was the other barista) in figuring out what we wanted & making it to order for us. Quick, friendly service - well go back when were out that way again.

Absolutely love this location. They have the best workers. Drinks are well made, and although they can be understaffed at times, they do great under such circumstances. One thing I hate, is the tourists that are completely rude.When there are rushes, they think that the world revolves around them and get upset when the staff cant restock the bathroom. I dont know if those people can see the line of drinks the baristas have to make, but those tourists need to reconsider their attitudes and behavior. Just kindly let the staff know and it will get done when the rush has died down a bit.But yes as for the performance of the staff, they are very kind and awesome workers.I recommend this location.

6 people behind the counter and not one of them could greet us, as we stood looking and waiting to be served at their convenience. (Not one single order was being made, nor anyone else in line when we walked in.) The one person that could take our order (Matt) just stood there talking to his friend, who clearly did not work there, or just wasnt on shift at that time. When the barista finally did point out that he should take our order, he gave her attitude and was very put out by us being there. Thank God Im not from around here, as I would hate having to deal with that all the time....

We got a Chestnut Praline Latte and a Holiday Spice Flat White. The barista didnt ask if I wanted whipped cream in the latte and they put some in. I didnt say anything because they usually ask if you want it. Despite that, the staff was friendly and the drinks were good.

Nice location in a sometimes gridlocked parking lot ... Watch the bathroom lock, it doesnt really work, walked in on a woman, luckily just washing her hands. The barista said thats just how that lock is didnt seem to care to get it fixed. Otherwise would be a five star review.

One of the few places that is open later in town. I was happy with my drink and service.

The service wasnt that good. They also gave me the wrong size for my drink. They seem like they need more people.

I ordered a venti latte then they gave me a grade one. Okay, I got a venti finally. However, the cup and the lid don’t hold each other well, which caused the latte spill on my shirt.

I have been drinking Starbucks since they ooened their first store in Seattles Pike Place Market. Coffee you can count on.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I am from modesto and all of our Starbucks are extremely clean how ever your store was so dirty. Counters were so dirty with coffee everywhere. Also sugar packets all over the ground. I couldnt even find a clean table to enjoy my coffee :(

Pretty standard Starbucks. The service was much slower than usual. I ordered an iced coffee and waited over 5 minutes.

Can get quite crowded as its small, but all around its a decent Starbucks with nice baristas.

How do you describe Starbucks, it is a place that sells coffee, often with ridiculous amounts of sugar in it. The cold brew will kick you in the face though.

I love the people who work here-such great/kind kids....they work really hard. My caramel machiatto with xxxx caramel and two add shots rocks every time. I agree though, the tourist are very rude and tend to bark orders to the staff. Get some manners, tourists!!!

Small and cozy I always seen to find an empty seat somehow even though the place can get packed. I suggest ordering through the mobile app to avoid long waits. The workers do there best and you cant go wrong with the locale. Weekday mornings are jammed with customers trying to get there caffine fix. Diverse crowd of all ages and races. There is a Subway and McDonalds right next door with a Safeway and cvs as neighbors also. 4 plug in outlets along the booth seats adding to the 10 powermat recharge stations you can find at the lone counter top table.

Serves quicker than lot of other SBs. Taste not consistent with other ones in the Bay (atleast for my cascara latte). Crowded. Smaller than other SBs. No comfy seats. All tables are two person tables.

Morning rush seems to overwhelm staff. Three of us gave up and went to another coffee shop as the line did not appear to be moving. The layout seems backwards as customers waiting to order have to line up though the tables.

Such an efficient operation here, and so helpful too!

HMB Starbucks was unbelievably slow. There were 4 people waiting for beverages when I placed my order and it took 30 minutes to get me an Americano and a cup of iced tea.
