I was helped by Allen and he was great! Very efficient and knowledgeable. I upgraded to a new iphone in about 1/2 hour. Great to have this store in HMB!

This store is a joke, and so are the people in there. Employees more concerned with watching TV than actually doing their jobs. Literally did as little as possible before telling me finally that they can’t help me without a photo ID even though I provided a Social Security number and the pin number they had me set up weeks before, save yourself the trouble and switch phone carriers.

The best customer service, when help is needed Kyle is the way to go.
