Tony and the guys definitely know what their doing when it comes to bikes, just had two of my bikes fixed and I cant complain about anything! Took my Honda Cbr in for an issue I knew nothing about, Tony the manager was able to diagnose the problem before I even took the bike of the trailer. Got the part I needed and repaired my bike in less three hours. Later to find out my battery was also not holding a charge, Tony drove me to auto zone in his own vehicle to help me get the right battery. These guys showed great customer service and good professionalism. I definitely recommend and definitely we be taking my bike there for any other maintenance issues I run into

Bike was there for 4 months, didnt even touch it except for borrowing parts for other bikes. Lucky called it quits just in time to only be missing minor items i ended up buying myself. Wish some one warned me before i went there.

We were on our way back from Leesburg Bikefest traveling to south florida and one of our bikes lost throttle twice on the ride. We happened to break down directly across the street from this shop. What amazing luck! They accommodated us within just a few minutes, hooked us up to a Harley diagnostic scan tool, and continued to trouble shoot until they found the issue and made the repair. Smart guys, great mechanics, and reasonably priced. We were VERY impressed and made it home safely! Truly a great experience. Thanks guys!

Brought my bike in because I was having alot of problems and I just couldnt fix it. Luckily these guys know their stuff! In no time my bike stopped leaking coolant and oil had the carbs cleaned up and tuned had brand new tires slapped on and they even brought it to me because my hands where full and they had the time! All the guys are great and friendly. They brought my bike back to life and at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Great service and very knowledgeable. When tuning my bike on the dyno Tony actually took the time to explain what he was doing and why as its my first time having a full tune done to the bike. Highly recommend his services if youre seeking knowledgeable work done to your bike.

First I want to let people know that not matter whats your motorcycle, Tony treat me the same way always, I own a scooter 250, cc and my only mechanic nd Im proud to say is Tony, he never treated me different because of my ride, very professional on his work and explained everything to details, Im not agreed with a review posted here about a guys saying because he is not Hispanic or own a big bike, I know Tonys work and he never judge nobody for what is the ride, hes only concern is about safety and make sure my bike is at the dot ! Best mechanic ever . Highly recommended !

Ive had a few things done with these guys. The last time I needed a muffler replaced. He suggested a better one than I originally had and found it half off. The workmanship is excellent. These people really care about bikes.

My wife’s motorcycle started acting up and cutting in and out, before finally coasting to a stop. Luckily for us, we were very close to Twisted 27. We had never heard of the shop, but decided to limp over there. Luis greeted us, and immediately had several ideas about what might be wrong. We left the bike there for repair. Luis diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He kept us informed of the process and costs the whole way. When we picked up the bike, he came out with us and showed us all the work he had done, and gave us some great tips on how to keep it in top shape. His price was surprisingly low, considering all he had done, and the bike purrs like a kitten now! Luis even followed up with a phone call a few days later to ensure we were satisfied with the job. I will not hesitate to go to Twisted 27 next time I need something for our motorcycles, and recommend them to others as well.

I took my first bike here a few years back for a leaking gas tank and thats it. When I arrive to pick up the bike and pay, they told me they did other work like flush my fluids and a few other things, all without informing me ahead of time, they just did it without my knowledge. This guy then jotted my receipt down on a note pad in an improvised manner. I felt like I was over charged, and because I was really young at the time, I feel like they had taken advantage of me. The work they performed was good, but the improvised receipt, and doing work without asking me or telling me ahead of time, bad business.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company, while on vacation in Florida I broke the chain on my Hayabusa causing significant damage. I immediately posted the problem on a Hayabusa Facebook page... Within like an hour Anthony from performance 27 contacted me, I sent him pictures of the damage that I thought was going to be pretty much be ending my fun time here, he told me if I can get the bike to him the next day he would have it done by the weekend which was incredible... I was a little over two hours away, took him the bike the next day and believe it or not in three days my bike was torn apart and completely put back together including having parts shipped in ! The shop was pretty impressive with a showroom of race bikes, and they even had their own Dyno and tuning capabilities...these guys are building serious stuff out of this place... Our first conversation Anthony sent me multiple photos of work they have done...Professional drag racing they were involved with etc etc.... I quickly learned that this is one of the top shops in Florida... These guys are serious about their work and serious about their racing... It turns out theyre well-known throughout Florida as one of the fastest racing shops ..not only did they get my bike done fast but Anthony also explained everything to me in learneddetail..I. so much in my time there... Even during the build he sent me photos letting you know how it was going excetera... There were no surprises, the work was done as described and the price was very reasonable..is something needed custom welded he had a guy immediately do it if something needed custom machine he had a guy immediately do it...Im strongly considering coming back to Florida to buy my next bike and having these guys do the custom work to it before I take it North... That speaks volumes...thanks guys !!!

Excellent service and price, had both my front and rear tire on my sports bike replaced same day. Only complaints I have is A. Got my bike back and had a problem with speed wobbles, thought it was the tires but turned out to be the rear tire being misaligned very noticeably, and B. when I called to find out if my bike was ready for pick up no one would answer the phone. (Called and let it ring twice)

They have good men and all are ready to fix any bike. Even my old Honda Helix

This is nothing but an High End Harley Davidson Detail Shop...and they cant even do that right. They advertise themselves as HD Motorcycle Mechanics, which they are not. Coming from another state, I trusted them. HUGE MISTAKE. Took my bike in because it failed to crank after being set up for a few months. Simple problem back home, but not here. They fixed anything that was easy and charged me $1000.00. Had to tow the damn thing home. Come to find out it needed bushings in the starter motor. Cost: less than 50 Bucks. One thousand dollars and still can not crank my bike. BEWARE. Go to anybody but them. I would give a zero or less star if I could.
