Have used Weiss Bros many times for individual event supplies, like cups and paper products (Weiss Bros also is a regular business supplier). Ordering is always easy and if I need something really quickly (like within hours), I have the option to pick up my order instead of waiting for delivery, which makes it super convenient for me!

Visited Weiss Bros of Hagerstown to purchase a large amount of cleaning supplies and was disgusted by the customer service. Myself and another minority associate walked into the store only to find no one at the counter to greet us. There was a man on the phone behind the counter and he clearly saw us. We waited patiently and then proceeded to ring the bell. No one showed up. The man looked at us and carried on with his conversation on the telephone. Another customer entered the store (he happened to be Caucasian). He had asked us if anyone was taking care of us in which I replied No. The man on the phone in the back proceeded to get off the phone and proceeded to attend to the Caucasian and totally ignored myself and my employee. The man never looked at us. Never acknowledged us. Never said a word to us. I proceeded to put the items in my hand back on the shelf and instructed my employee to do the same. This type of service is unacceptable. As a minority business owner as well as a United States military member, I feel that this level of racism should have been eradicated; especially in a place of business. I will never step foot in this facility or any facility associated with this company.
