Returning package at FedEx Oakridge, Hagerstown and the Gentleman was Awesome taking my package. Seller sent me wrong information And He helped me get the proper documents to return my products. Extra large box, helped me get it out of the truck and placing label. 👍🏻

This facility must hire some of the dumbest drivers in America. I am told that my package has been delivered when in fact it has not been delivered. When you call FedEx they ask you to go check your neighbors doorways. I did not know that I was paying FedEx to deliver my package to my neighbors house. What kind of moronic company thanks but after they are paid to deliver a package to someone’s house that person should have to go to different houses looking for their package? Is this what our country has turned to? Perhaps FedEx should know longer be in business. Obviously their supervisors are substandard just like their drivers.

Have had package stuck in endless loop for the last few days. No contact from FedEx I had to initiate contact. After waiting for 10 minutes to get to a real human, I come to find out that the package is now broken, and that they are in contact with the shipper, all while I havent been told. Abysmal practice with regressive action from employees marking alerts incorrectly and requiring information from me without contacting me to ask. The whole process has been infuriating and I am certainly going to avoid using FedEx and especially this shipping center from now on.

The clerk made me buy bubble wrap when all he had to do was tape it up.

Constantly delivering packages to wrong addresses and then its the drivers word against yours when they arent delivered correctly. Happens quite frequently in my town.

Whats the problem FedEx? Are your delivery drivers unable to read and comprehend words and numbers? Are they confused? Need glasses? Perhaps an old fashioned compass to go along with whatever GPS they use? A guide dog to help the drivers on the delivery routes? This is the second time within a one week period that FedEx has delivered my item to the wrong address. The first time, the resident of the wrong address was nice enough to do FedExs job and leave it on my porch later that night. I dont know if Ill be lucky this time. Pay attention to the street name and house number before delivering an item that someone paid for. FedEx needs to hold their delivery drivers to a higher standard. If I could select my choice of delivery carrier for my online orders, I would always avoid FedEx. I usually have delivery issues with FedEx. Thanks a lot for delivering a Christmas gift at the wrong house. Why dont you outdo yourselves next time FedEx - instead of the driver delivering the package at the wrong house, just have the driver toss it in the garbage somewhere and mark the item delivered. It would be all the same to me.

Probably the worst experience trying to get something delivered. Noticed I am not the only one complaining, maybe it’s time for corporate to adjust this location.

I have been watching the tracking on my package...they have had ot on a delivery truck 3 days in a row and still havent managed to deliver it! I would happily go pick it up of they would give me that option!!! Customer service assured me it would be delivered today between 10:30 and 12:30...NO PACKAGE!!!!!

For the past 5 days I’ve been trying to receive a replacement part for my PC that the shipper labeled Direct Signature. No problem there. Except for the fact that the past 2 days I’ve been sitting by the front door of my apartment to receive the package. No knocks, no door tags, but somehow the delivery was Exceptioned BOTH TIMES! Customer service is useless. And there is no way to contact the distribution center directly by phone. FedEx gives 0 Fs about the receivers of the packages.

After an investigation, FedEx admitted the driver delivered my package to the wrong house and after going back couldnt retrieve the package. Told me I had to contact the seller to start the lost package claim. They were no help in getting the claim started for a refund or new package.

Every day my package for the last 3 days my package is placed on a truck then after being bumped around all day it’s returned to the facility. I still don’t have it. 😞

If I could I would do zero stars. My package was suppose to be delivered on Thursday. It didn’t come Thursday but instead delivered on Friday. I missed Friday that was my fault. But they left the note on my front door cool I telework Monday I’ll get it Monday. Nope driver left the note on my main door instead of walking up a flight of steps. Fed ex is the worst company ever! Been sitting at home all morning. Leasing office has been open all morning. FedEx claims that they tried to deliver my package.... nope. No one knocked on my door (front door is literally in my living room where Ive been the wole time). I went to the leasing office to see if the driver went there... again, nope. Manager said shes been there the whole time and no one has come in. So FedEx lied about trying to deliver the package- they didnt even attempt it. Then they marked it as if I werent home. MY fault. Really messed up if you ask me.

The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful but Im not a real big fan of having anything shipped in general because this was one of the few times I had no choice and had to have something shipped to me and of course I paid extra to get it sooner and it ended up not shipping when it was supposed to and not arriving when it was supposed to. In terms of the customer service within this specific building I had a good experience but driving 45 minutes to get to the building I was told it was held in only to find out that it was on a truck heading out was extremely inconvenient.

I was concerned about an expensive package being delivered to the wrong address and I called FedEx to provide additional delivery information. They contacted this center, and I received a call from a very helpful individual.She took my info, passed it along to the driver, and then called back the next day with a delivery ETA. Additionally, she called again after the package was delivered to ensure that everything was OK. GREAT example of customer service.

My package was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday by 8 pm waited till 8 and nothing it said it was in route as soon as 8 came it said it would be first thing Wednesday morning but Wednesday came and went no package now the are saying Thursday before 8 this is far from overnight it has been in Hagerstown since 11 am Tuesday this store needs to replace there manager immediately post office would be a way better choice

I got a call stating they couldnt deliver my package. The address was correct on the package. The lady stated the delivery guy tried 3 times. I get every other package from them. I had to rush from work before they closed to get my package. I barely made it. I think the delivery person just didnt try.

Dont understand how fed ex is still in business with companies like amazon prime.. there customer service is absolutely terrible.. they have a shipment of mine that has said out for delivery 5 times.. then every day it says not delivered.. I call in there and sit ok n hold for an hour just to have someone tell me it will be here tomorrow.. still havnt gotten my shipment.

The shipping center is actually really good. I can only give three stars though because the drivers are real jerks. They cut me off, run red lights, and pulled out in front of me regularly. Youd think that theyd be more courteous when driving near the shipping center.

I stayed home all day waiting for my package to come at 8pm. Then I check the order tracking page and it says they attempted to deliver my package but no one was home, yet no one rang my apartment number or knocked on the door.

Staff was very polite and helpful, going out of their way to fix a shipping issue that was clearly a systemic failure rather than an individual or staff issue. If you must use FedEx, these are the people you want to talk to.

Why does it take over 12 hours for my package to be sorted and shipped back out? Manassas, va does in within an hour. Whats your excuse? Lazy? You all should be fired

This is the worst delivery station Ive ever dealt with. Today they managed to deliver a $2,000 65 television to a nonexistent address. I am left dealing with corporate FedEx and my missing package. And this isnt the first time they have delivered one of my packages to the wrong address. 1 star is too good of a rating for this location

Three packages left out in the rain, totally soaked, calling customer service is impossible, they basically hang up. Never want packages to be delivered by this group.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I placed an order, paid extra for next day delivery with signature. I received the following - Left at front door. Package delivered to recipient address - release authorized. I needed this for an event this weekend. 5 calls to FedEx got me the same answer - we wont have an answer for you for 48 hours, but our driver said they dropped it off, so they must have. I called the merchandiser and explained the situation. They were wonderful. Credited me the shipping and if my merchandise does not come in tonight by 6:00 they will refund my entire money and issue a return. UPS has my business from now on.

Atrocious delivery system. This is the THIRD TIME Ive had problems with priority overnight shipping. Ive had to ride 45min to Hagerstown to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to me overnight. It took four days and they still didnt show up. Today, I received another fly by night delivery where miraculously, i wasnt home when they stopped by. I was home but they didnt bother to leave the package or even notify me they were there. This happens all the time in my neighborhood. I avoid using FedEx at all costs and the only reason Im forced to use them is because my company does.

Finally, its the holidays and my package is finally supposed to be delivered to my house. The delivery person left the paper saying that I needed to pick it up at this location in Hagerstown (40 minutes from my house). But when I get there exactly 1 minute after they close (i cant believe they close @ 7:15 in December), the receptionist abruptly informed me that they were closed and couldnt help me. First off, I have a FedEx two blocks away from my house, and secondly they should be a little more lenient during such a busy season (especially if theyre going to make you drive 40 minutes to get to the dang store). UPS is a much better choice for deliveries.

Every time I have a package come through this location there is ALWAYS a problem with my shipment. Poor management! I received 3 out of 4 of my packages (they were originally scheduled for Saturday delivery and didnt arrive until Monday) and was told that it was due to a weather delay. Please explain how a weather delay only effects 1 package out of 4 that left from the same location?! Now I had to file an investigation to find my package because they cant even tell me where my package is! Need to shut this useless location down!

The Worst. Drivers do not attempt to deliver packages and then lie about doing so. I took 2 entire days off waiting for a package and never was delivered. Had to waste gas to drive across town to pick up the package. Claimed to have called me but didnt.This is to me the worst FedEx depot in the entire company.I will never use them to deliver any of my packages to bad i have to have this company deliver to me oh wait that would explain why i never get any of my packages the drivers dont deliver.

When I walked in no one was at the front desk. I waited a few minutes, still n o one. I was able to see a lady sitting in the back at a desk and a man that looked like he was working back there, still no one came to the front. So I went and pushed the front door again so it could make the bell noise, then a woman said she will be right with me. Turns out she was sitting right in the next room from the front door. Why she could not see me is a mystery, I thought cameras where everywhere or she heard me come into the door.

Delivery guy looks for any reason not come down my .1 mile gravel driveway. Not very motivated at all... I work from home and am constantly driving an hour and a half round trip because the driver looks for ways around doing his job... I received my packages from the others today.

Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. A delivery was scheduled from 5 pm to 8 pm. PAID delivery time interval, not just my best wishes :). I drove 40 miles from work thru heavy traffic...just to know that these....persons came at 4 pm out of the blue and cancelled delivery so that I need to wait them next morning. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. AVOID these miserables. Must be renamed to FED UP EX.AND THEY ARE HERE AGAIN!!!!! Numerous times I got packages from Chewy left near front door, but of course NOT THIS HAGERSTOWN time. Debils...

Worst experience in my life! The driver never knocked on my door or rung my door bell, put a paper on my door and I was right upstairs the moment I got down because I saw the truck he was gone I called right away to see if they could re deliever and they said no. Then they said they couldnt give me to the package because my ID didnt match(I just moved so dont have a new ID) even tho I had the paper from my door and the email with the number and my name on it plus they told they dont know if the driver will be back by the time they close. Ridiculous never in my life ever had to deal with this!

Worst experience ever. Always my package looses tracking from this location not once or twice always. Happened just now too. It was supposed to arrive yesterday and now no idea where it is and the tracking says I will only get it next week. I will have to request all shippers not to use fedex anymore for me.

The worst shipping service Hub in the organization. Had a delivery scheduled for Dec 23, 2015. Package shipped on Dec 14, arrived at the Hagerstown FedEx Hub on Dec 20. It has literally sat their facility for 3 days now. I am in Severn,MD which is 2 hours away. I contacted this location and was told it was in their warehouse, and not placed on a truck yet. I asked why hasnt it been shipped and why has it been there for 3 days, the operator told me I dont know, Im not a driver and I dont work in the warehouse. I inquired will it be placed on a truck today and delivered tomorrow since he confirmed it was still there he replied I dont know. I will NEVER use FedEx again which means I will not be ordering anything through Toys R US again. This was a bike for my 4 yr old daughter for Christmas.

Shipment was supposed to arrive yesterday. I called everything was scheduled for the delivery to arrive between 330 and 8 PM. I left work early was home by 330 and sat here until 9:30 PM with no delivery. Every time I call I get customer service for my foreigner. I am very frustrated and they will not call the Hagerstown distribution center to get a personal note to the driver. If they attempted to deliver again today and I am at work, the shipment will be sent back to the company. I have called the Hagerstown distribution center in the past with great success however customer service will not allow or give the phone number out. God, I could not be more frustrated and I called yesterday morning at 5 AM and again

Terrible drivers, theyve delivered to the wrong house on multiple occasions (my address is right on the mailbox on the road). The woman running the ship center is extremely rude. The only reason Im posting this today is because this is the 2nd time the drivers from FedEx have torn up my yard while making a delivery. Ive contacted corporate after this incident.

I choose UPS from now on, if fed ex is sending me information about my shipping time and current status of the package I believe them I will NEVER do that again I was told my package was scheduled for delivery by 10:30 am its 3:38 NO package.THIRD TIME !!!!!

I place order with express 2 days shipping, they arrived on friday on my address and left door tag they couldnt find me, with message that will back on Saturday! I sign the tag left on door and they dint come on Saturday but in Sunday they came back and left one more door tag without first package! I call them and find out that they send back my first package to the sender without trying to deliver to my address! I spent 2 hours talking with all different Menagers because all of them were saying that I just have one door tag not 2 of them and they never came to my address before Sunday! All this headache just because they are totally unprofessional and they dont care about costumers! I hate that I below to this store for expres delivery and wish that I can change that! I wish to do not give them even one star!!!!

Absolutely terrible!! My package has been sitting at their hub since Dec 21 2015 and was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd. It has had NO movement and this was a Christmas gift. Now while all the other hubs are open this one is closed for some reason!! And the fed ex customer service doesnt know why they are closed. It is now the 26th and apparently they wont reopen until the 28th so STILL no package.

The employees here really hate their jobs. Lost packages are a very common problem at this terminal. Horrible place to do business with.

Terrible company, I wish I couldve chosen the carrier as I wouldve used UPS, this people lie and leave the packages stuck and dont update the system. Had a package stuck from Hagerstown to Germantown for 3 days although is a 40 mins drive. They lie and say the packages were delivered, I dont trust them, if you have the chance to chose the carrier dont use fedex for nothing, I wouldnt use them even if is free. This is not the first time I had problems with them, it prompt me to write this review. Horrible company....

This location hold the worst FedEx staff and driver to date. I had a driver once before rang my door bell only once and at the same time was working on writing a mis delivery notice before I could even get to the door. Than again today, did the same thing and I was debating if I wanted to drive 45 minutes to pick the package but I know how terrible the staff are so now Im stuck waiting for the package a second time around. I dont understand why you want to be a delivery driver but dont have the patience to wait for the customer to open the door.
