They are horrible and they are charging my insurance company for something I bought. That’s insurance fraud. And they hang up on me every time I call. I will be turning them in for this.

Truly awful customer service. I would avoid at all costs!!! They are rude and want to do as little as possible. Lots of other options, so keep looking and avoid the frustration.

No customer service. They talk in circles. Basically they want to do as little as possible to get your money. Erica was especially rude. Talked with their staff three times. The only one who seems compitent or caring was Louis. Also during covid you would think dealing with respiratory product theyd wear masks, but youd be mistaken. Not a single person wearing a mask.

This company needs to re-evaluate their procedures especially with them dealing with supplies that people so desperately need and is medically necessary for them to have to survive. They need to be more compassionate and helpful to 80 plus year old people that call them for help with they oxygen needs, especially when it has to do with faulty equipment that this company supplied. Not tell the person in need they can not help them that day or that they need to drive over to pick up the oxygen they need, especially when the 80 plus year old person is telling them, they dont drive.Then that same day within an hour later that 80 plus year old person passes away, waiting on this company to quote see what they can do.For a company like this who has a persons necessary need for life in their hands needs to change their way they do business or re-train their people who handle accounts and customer service, because how many others have died waiting on this company to help, make a delivery or check faulty equipment when a person is telling them they are in need.I really hope all from this company reads this and while they are enjoying the holidays with their families, the thought of my grandmother who called them for help will not be with us!!! Stays with them. This is horrible and could have been avoided by someone in that company caring for the people they supply.This company deserves NO STARS, I had to give a star to have this posted. It is all a negative rating.

Pros - Office personnel were friendly and helpful.Cons - Inventory and time management is below standard. Appointment that was set up for 1030 didn’t start until 1105. They did not have the mask in stock and I am still waiting to receive it.

Great customer service. My neighbor downstairs needed oxygen and they helped communicate with his doctor and got my neighbor oxygen in a timely manner.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I work for a home health agency and my patients have received terrible service and customer service from this company. Its clear when you deal with them that their concern is money, not the customer.

Both the staff in Hagerstown and Hanover were beyond rude! No one knew where my mothers paperwork was and its clear neither one talks to the other. My mother was lured in by being told they could get a portable oxygen concentrator for her when clearly they cant! Unbelievable!

Absolutely screwed up company! Customer service protocol is bizarre! Will never buy from this company again! Spent 47 minutes on the phone trying to clarify that 2 invoices had been paid by my insurance company and I did not owe them any money!

My husband gets his machine from this company and they are wonderful. Right down to the person setting up the appointment to the man that showed my husband how to use the machine. When he was having issues with the bipap machine mask the man helped him until he found one that worked for him. When i went to oder my husbands supplies she noticed an error and is taking care of it so my husband can get all his supplies. We have worked with another cpap company and it was a nightmare and LINCARE is a dream come true when it comes to my husband and his sleeping diorder. Thank you so very much Hagerstown staff of LINCARE

Ive only dealt with them one time so far, I went to the store to have machine checked. They man I spoke with lives in the same town I do and said instead of coming up here Ill drop off you supplies to you on my way home. I couldnt ask for better C/S than that.
