We absolutely do not sell used toys.. the toys come packaged with protective powders to protect the toys. Also we have an absolute no return policy. We will help everyone with their manufacturing warranties and also help to get replacement with cords. We always check the toys before leaving our store.. The manager was not rude to the customer. She spoke with him and explained if the credit was not placed back on his card in 3 business days he would need to file a dispute with the bank. She also offered her services to help with filing the dispute as she has done in the past for credits that did not make it back to the customers accounts.

WHY WOULD U LIE WHEN U ON SEVERAL PHONE CALLS CAMERAS SICK AND SAD! ALSO HAGERSTOWN POLICE THEY ARE SELLING AGENT CALLED POPPERS RIGHT BEHIND COUNTER ILL TAKE U IN TO SEE MONDAY!

Manager has a smart mouth because she fails to train her employees correctly to process transactions please be careful with your funds people! And dont ever tell my husband what to not or do tell ME ... because I heard you HE WANTS HIS REFUND! LETS FOCUS PUT ENERGY ON THE TRAINING!

Awful customer service, and they sell used products so be careful with what you buy. Your better off ordering it online as its much cheaper anyway.

Dont ever buy from this store. Purchased a defective product that was missing a charger. Had to purchase a charger and still didnt work and they did nothing about it. Wouldnt exchange or return. Terrible.

Spent $160 and one item was a toy for my husband. Came home after 2 hours of buying product to try it out and product DOESNT EVEN WORK. Called store to do an exchange for the same item and all I was told is to call the manufacturers company. We wont ever be buying from these guys again... Worst customer service ever!!

Not LGBTQIA+ Friendly. Great selection, but the lady behind the desk, while talkative, is biggoted. Locked door in Martinsburg is so much better. Dont waist your time.

When the first thing out of the clerks mouth when you walk in is “we’ve got plus size just so you know” you already know it’s not gonna be a great experience. We didn’t even get a hello out of her. Sure, yes I’m curvy, but seriously? What if someone already has a damaged self esteem or suffers from a health issue that makes them overweight? Not cool. She was on Facebook and yelling loudly the entire time we were there. Save your time and money and go down the street to the locked door where the employees are awesome and helpful and actually act like professionals.

PLACE IS REALLY OVERPRICED AND SALES PERSON WAS HORRENDOUSLY PUSHY!!!As I walked in the door the clerk followed me into the store from the vape shop next door. She asked me what I was looking for and wouldnt let me browse. I told her I was looking for a specific item and price so she led me toward back of store. On the way started pointing out other item and tried selling me stuff that wasnt even closely related to what I was looking for! Then I saw the prices of what I was looking for... It was an item I saw on line for A QUARTER the price!!! She tried to get me to buy a similar item that was STILL more than double the cost at other place and LITERALLY followed me out the door trying to hard sell me!!
