I run a business and have limited time to shop for supplies around town. I decided to stay local and shop with PH. Twice, they havent been open at 10am as the operating hours state. This has made it very hard logistically to pick up my special orders, which werent even ready for pickup when they finally opened up the door. I get it, hydro shop, phish phans, Im not expecting Amazon efficiency. I will still support them, this isnt easy, but I challenge them to operate with a little more business acumen.

After making a purchase i asked some questions. the counter person apparently didnt have the time or knowledge to answer. instead of saying that, he intimated i was asking questions to demonstrate my knowledge and suggested i go outside or something because i was overthinking it. There were other patrons there, making it an awkward and embarrassing experience.One water quality test later revealed significant contamination issue requiring immediate attention for the health and safety of my family.
