Called for a quote left a message and never received a reply

Called five times over the course of a week. Left two voice-mail messages days apart all during business hours. Does anyone actually operate or screen calls? Confused how this works when the message says leave us a message and we will return your call.

Outstanding company w/professional & courteous employees. We called on Thursday to have a spring replaced in our garage door, Andy called us back within an hour to schedule appt. & send proposal. Tuesday morning @9am Nathan & another gentleman showed up to do the work. They did a fantastic job, were done in less than an hour:) We highly recommend Accurate Insulation of Hagerstown.

Too bad noone ever returns messages via phone or website. You came highly recommended but I assume you are out of business or swamped.
