I really love this store! Not only do they have good products for gardeners and small homesteaders, their staff is very resourceful and helpful. Their prices are comparable to the other home stores. We discovered that sometimes they offer a better quality product for the same price or better price than their competitors. We have had quite a few strokes of luck at this store. Also, be sure to check out their sales and clearance items. The prices are many times unbeatable!👍👍

They have a wonderful store full of anything that you may need! Really a one stop shop for most of you home or farm needs.I have bought some trees from here in the springtime, they always have good prices. They have a nice selection of animal products as well. I usually get my pine bedding here because they have fine medium and large flake sizes and the fine bedding works best for my chickens. They have a nice selection of local canned goods too which is always fun to browse.

The Hagerstown,MD Store is fantastic. Never walk out empty handed. Real mens clothing, and I wish I had farm animals. This store going beyond the next step with customer service. The entire sales force follows the lead of Scott, the store manager who is unbelievable in great customer service. I was in Sales for over 40yrs. I know GREAT SERVICE!!!

They have their own brand of grain free healthy dog food at half the price of Blue Buffalo. My dogs love it and are thriving on it.Nice staff...very courteous and helpful!

Was excited to see this come into our area but its not what I expected. Dirt and trash under the clothes on the floor. No products were in the right place. The employees were standing around in a group at the back desk discussing the groomers personal life. Not professional.

I’ve been a customer since day one. It’s convenient to where I live. Great variety. However, today I needed dog food and needed help carrying my buy one get one free. Gentlemen helped to check out and said I’ll help you to car mam as I clearly am in a walking cast . He disappeared . Disappointed .

My family and I were just in this store for the first time just to look around and see what the had as we didn’t even know the store was there. Once we walked to our vehicle, the female employee followed us outside and stared at us almost to imply we did something wrong. My husband was filling his vape up so we sat in the parking lot for a minute while this employee stared the entire time. As soon as he was finished and we went to leave she walked right back inside. Definitely an uncomfortable experience for the first time and will never be back.

I dont hate this place but I am disappointed that my backyard finches wont eat the Nyger thistle seed I bought there. Ive talked to the checkout person the two times since then that Ive shopped there and neither time did they offer to have me bring it back, replace it or refund my money.

Staff is not very knowledgeable about when or whether they have stuff in stock, or if theyll ever get it shipped to store again. God forbid any item you want to purchase doesnt have a SKU # or price sticker on it, because you will wait in line, for up to an half an hour, while they fumble around trying to figure it out! They actually gave me a rain check for something that was discontinued and never again to be ordered, but of course I didnt find that out til a month later, after asking repeatedly, when the item would be in! Staff is so slow! They just seem so disorganized, in spite of the fact that the store seems to have a lot of stuff for your homestead. I doubt I will be going back, just because I find them so frustrating.
