I came for PM service and CEL(low scr perf) that I had before, when I am idling it pop up and it disappear after regen or driving. Charged 2144$ for DEF heating valve or wire(10 days to repair). When I took the truck out I had 3 more codes, VGT, 6th injector and thermostat. Cause was broken valve(damaged piston too). I took truck to another repair shop 2 miles from them. They were doing my overhauling and total repairs were 28000$. Also they found that my oil in transmission were not changed at this dealership. Arrived at 10:49 am this morning. Only to sit in line with 10 other truckers outside on the road. It is now 14:11 and still not checked in or at a dock. A boatload of us drivers talking about this. 7 dock bays and 5 have dropped trailers in them and other 2 are what theyre working with. Wasting time. This now goes in my notes as a do not accept a liad to here notebook. Tick Tock Volvo.

Had PM done on new 680. First come first serve. That was 8 hrs. Ridiculous. Then the bill... $552 !! Are you nuts?! My last one for this truck was $394! That was at a dealer. Next one sure wont be here!!!Response: Actual times according to E Log. Arrived at 1042 and checked in within a few minutes. I stayed on site the whole time and was at the desk when the tech pulled the truck around. No time wasted. I left immediately after the tech cleared an engine code that was generated during the service. (It happens on these new ones) That was 1857. That is 8 hrs 15 mins. I dont know where you come up with your times, but they are incorrect. I certainly was not informed about it being second shift until it could get in. And I get what first come, first serve means and it is what it is. If I was told about the second shift deal, I may or may not have changed my mind about doing it some other time. Its not the biggest complaint. That was the sticker shock! And no, you wont justify that to me. There is some emotion in my review, sure. But most of all the facts.

Oil change and lube tractor only 582.31 you have got to be kidding right!!!! What a rip-off!!! I’ve been a owner operator 40 years, I’ve even bought 2 trucks from these robbers. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you just got to much money that you don’t know what to do with.one oil filter, two fuel filters and maybe 1/2 tube of grease. 11 gallons of oil 582.31. What a ripoff!!!!

Great service reps they understand the problem that I had with my truck and they let me know how things were going with my truck when I called to check they help me to understand how much time it would take to get my truck fixed even though it took a month to fix cause I was in an accident and had to go to the body shop for repairs I thank them so much for their hard work to get me back up and running and if I need any more work done to my truck I will definitely come back to this place keep up the good work wish that other dealerships would be like this one they can really be a role model for other dealerships thanks again for your service and hard work

Worst place ever. We will never purchase anything from this place again. Also we will never purchase a new Volvo. It has given us nothing but problems since the first week we owned it. Our dream of owning a new Volvo has turned into a nightmare.

I came for transmission replacement, the price we agreed on was $7,060. The repair took two weeks to get completed. When I came to pick up the truck, they told me the price changed due to them needing another transmission instead of the one we originally agreed upon, which would cost me $8,600 total. They did not inform me beforehand of the price change, luckily, I managed to negotiate the price down to $7,600. I drove the truck for one week and realized that the transmission was actually leaking fluid. I returned the truck for repairs which took 3 days. Turns out the truck was still not fixed after this time, so I returned it again for another 2 days. Still, the truck was not fixed so I returned it once again for another 5 days. They finally found out this time that the yoke was not good. From here, I took the truck to another company to repair as I was tired of Truck Enterprises games, the other company fixed the issue within 4 hours. Overall: Do not come to this shop, they will waste your time and up charge you.

Great place, a real class act by design. Took a long time to get in, but it was a holiday weekend and a long line. Sean from service was awesome. The office manager was a bit of a gutless punk when he said there wasnt any coffee. Great hospitality, but Sean walked me past the office punk straight to the staff Keurig which requests donations. No free coffee or drinks even for staff!? Classy, real classy.

Rebuilt our rear end on our Kw and got it put under warranty. We broke down wed week before Thanksgiving they had it ready to go the next Wed costing us a little over $300. We were real happy with time it took and service. Kept us informed all the way through. I would recommend this place. Top that off decent hotel next door.

Very nice new facility, lots of driver comforts. 👍This facility should be a 24/7 dealership given the workload... **desperately** needs a after hours drop lot so you dont have to block the street until the gate opens in the morning.

This place is Rip off. I towed my truck there to change belts and a/c compressor got billed $1500 for fan belts and ac belt also charged me about 300$ for test i did tell them do not test it but they did it any way i got charged for that i asked for refund they tefused it also they tell u good parts not working u need to change so my advise just find another place

So far this place has the worst communication ever. I have a 2014 Kenworth just sitting waiting for to be serviced/checked out. It was towed 30 miles under a full truck load into Truck Enterprises on Monday 8/26 around 1 pm at the suggestion of a mobile mechanic who belonged to another shop because they didnt deal with warranties, ugghh. Now mind you, I understand that service repair shops/dealerships are and can be busy, so you have to play the waiting game; But waiting for an extended period of time without proper communication and information that is needed to make informed and educated decisions, is in my opinion, really is the worst kind of disrespect, for a driver who relys on his truck running to earn a living. The driver checked on truck status daily, only to be told yesterday (when it should of been finally next in line to be at least looked at for assessment) that because of the type of engine it has it can only be worked on by certain mechanics at the shop.Was told they are short handed, that those specific mechanic(s) have called out and they have training, wont be in till 2nd shift.... etc, etc etc. Now why wasnt that said about the engine/ mechanic situation when it was brought in initially. So basically, as we are waiting, we have been skipped over with no regard of anything and when you call you get the same old Im sorry responses and its nothing can be done please dont be/get upset (really dont be upset). Oh and dont call on their 2nd shift because no one answers the phone.The lack of respect for a drivers time and equipment is at a all time high and its like this every where you go unfortunately. You are at the mercy of these people who know they are going to make money off you regardless, because they just dont build these trucks like they use to anymore. So here we are paying money daily for hotel, car rental, meals playing the waiting game......Following up from my initial review......Although we started off bad here at Truck Enterprise, I felt it was necessary to come back and at least give my honest assessment of our experience.... We were down for 10 days here in Hagerstown.(not happy about that in the least) but what kept me hopeful was speaking with the service manager Lee Mellot, he works day shift. Once I got a hold of him, my service and experience got better, He did his best to keep in touch with me whether by phone or via email. He listened to me gripe and complain on what I felt was wrong and he took into consideration what I was saying. In turn I felt his sincerity on my issues and appreciated his attempts to make it better. Believe me when I say, by the time the truck was done, I knew practically everyone by name as they knew mine(lLOL).Truck was picked up last Friday morning.Happy Happy Joy Joy to say the least. Will I go to them again? Yes, because I can appreciate a business that is willing to rectify a bad situation/experience rater than make excuses for it. Thank you again Lee Mellott and your crew!

Overpriced oil change(like way over what you can get it done for) and was told I had a light out and then asked if I wanted it fixed. I told them specifically that if it would be charged on an hourly rate that I would fix it myself. Got the bill and wouldnt you know...light was charged as a seperate job and billed for a half hour. $80 to put a light in! I wont go back.

I took my truck in this dealership because check engine sign was appeared. They charge me $560 US dollar. When I left this place after 70 miles driving the check engine sign appear again. I call them back and they said they are not responsible for this check engine light. They said they gona charge me another $150 for hour again.

Would like to thank Chris one of the service writers for being very professional and accertive for getting me in the shop in timely manner. Hes a type guy that really empathizes and understands how much your equipments means to you. Also, Dan a hell of a tech that they had working on my truck. For taking as much pride in his job as you would yours. You can tell how tedious he is, insuring you quality and trustworthy work ethics to make sure you dont have to keep coming back for same repairs. The both of them made sure to communicate any concerns. Wish they had gotten me ready for the bill though (lol), but whenever electrical work is done it can be a little pricey. And with me just having work done at Richmond TCI a few days prior for same issue thought I could have gotten a little help on bill. Especially when I already got billed and was told problem fixed.
