There new location is big, the store looks really nice

At a new location near the mall. Love the new store! Very bright and spacious. This store seemed very organized. This store is so much better than the old location. Picture needs to be updated, but I didnt take one.

1st time in their new store. It was wonderful.. People there were very friendly and helpful . Would recommend going there for good bargains. The prices are right.

Deals and more deals. After my wife filled up our cart I was sure Id need to sell a kidney to pay for it all. But Ollie didnt do us dirty. Well be back for sure. The new location is amazing and they always have coupons on deck. OLLIES WE HAVE THE MEATS.

The new store is great! Its very clean (for now at least), well organized and fully stocked. I went in to check out the garden and outdoor department and found what I was looking for half the price at any other store.

I wanted to give Ashley, one of the cashiers a shout out, while the other cashier were sitting there talking to each other, she raced to help us out and was very engaged in making sure we found everything we needed, giving her 5 stars!

I will be shopping more at this Ollies. I walk in and I was very surprised how clean and friendly the associates were to help me find everything I was looking for. All the products were very organized. I recommend this place to anyone.

New location is nice, but still a bit out of the way. Tucked back where Toys R Us used to be is not a high traffic area. However, the store is much nicer than the old one.

The new store is so much brighter and bigger and cleaner. The staff remain polite and helpful as always. I didnt give it 5 stars because there were some things that they used to carry that I couldnt find. The biggest disappointment is that they have decreased the amounts and types of books that they carry. That has always been my favorite section of the store. I will update this when I have the time to explore the entire store, this time I stuck to the book and room rugs areas.

Love Ollies. Always have to stop in and see what new deals they have. You do have to be careful though, some deals arent really deals. Also their others prices arent always very accurate.

The last time I was at Ollies it was over by the Kmart the old Kmart and how it aint there anymore and now always has moved over where the toy store used to be at the mall really different easier to find stuff

Showed up 20 min before they closed so I didnt get to really look around. But the customer service was great.

Always leave with a cart full, if youre in the market for coffee k cups, you should stop in. Way lower prices than even grocery store generics.

I just went to Ollies the other day. The new Ollies is in halfway Blvd. Its so nice inside and the employees are very helpful.

Most Ollies Ive been in have been well-organized for the goal I perceive them having: selling rotating product that changes every month but remains consistent enough to be relatively dependable. Beyond that, this Ollies had more manned registers open than a local Walmart usually does.

Always find great prices, but if you are claustrophobic in anyway, enter with caution. Its very hard to maneuver through the isles at times. We get our dog food there always but this past time was very disappointing. There was hardly anything and what was there were the very small bags which are impractical with our two dogs. Was also disappointed that the 15.99 coffee pods that were advertised were not there at all.

I really like going to Ollies in Hagerstown! There are different items than in Baltimore. Great buys on toys! Im always in an Ollies somewhere!

Lots of stuff for holiday shopping but isles so packed you can barely get a cart through. Not good for social distancing. Was badgered into signing up for their rewards card as I was told that my purchases qualified me for a coupon I have yet to get.
