Friendly staff. Large store. Regular promotions. Almost always leave with something. Parking is currently limited due to some parking lot construction, so you may have to walk a little further. Easy donation drive up/drop off.

The customer service is good, and the prices are fair. Its a pretty large goodwill, too, which is nice. Recently, they switched to plastic-free so there are only reusable bags for sale (99 cents) or free boxes to take stuff in. I like it, Ive been there multiple times and never had any problems.

Great selection. Great prices. Floors are filthy so anything you set down in the fitting room is doomed. They do not have plastic bags anymore but sell reusable totes for $0.99.

Nice selection of clothes, books and toys. Few bags and accessories selection, they also have cheap frames and other decors. Very friendly cashier.Update April: I got a big discount at Mon-Sat 50%, for selected items. Check out if they still offer it, I got lot of great deals when I went there.

The cleanest Goodwill in Hagerstown. Always greet me when I enter and wish me a nice day when I leave, even if I havent made a purchase. Quick check out. Random pricing. Some stuff I got cheaper at Dollar Tree in same plaza on same day and other items were priced so low I had to do double take. Not sure what their standard is. Overall good experiences each time Ive shopped.

I BEEN COMING TO THE GOODWILL FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BUYING SOMETHING UNTIL NOW!!! THERE WAS A FUTON COVER ON A REALLY OLD COUCH THAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE.( GOT MANAGER AND WAS TOLD IT CAME WITH FURNITURE, COULDNT SELL IT BECAUSE OF THE STAIN S ON IT. IT NEEDS TO BE COVERED in order to sell it! Why sell it and hide the main details 🤔 Upset 😡 Thats not the GOODWILL im use too

Im a big fan of this Goodwill and hav been going about once a week for years. Always has a good selection of books and usually DVDs. It used to have a bigger and better selection of toys but nowadays it seems local Goodwills actively try and keep the toys up and away from children which is a shame since the toys make it fun for the kids to come along.

I tried to return something I didnt want they refused to take the item back. Its not like anytime pass, I walked out and realized I was charged too much. Upon returning the cashier was confused about what to do. The manager came right over and informed me that Goodwill has a NO Return policy. She pointed to some signage above my head. Looking at my receipt I said nowhere does it say that. Youd think that they would post that policy on their front door.Ill not shop there anymore, the clincher as I was leaving she (manager) sarcastically said have a nice day.

Put in an application thy never called me back on the application when was told I hear back in just a few days.

Prices have skyrocket lately for used goods. This is usually my last stop of their stores because others in the area are cheaper. I do, however, like the half price tags now.

Nice place to get some things cheap. The staff is nice and friendly, and will help you if you need something.

This store used to be my favorite Goodwill. Now its disorganized, the clothes are all mixed up according to sixes, racks are empty, shelves sparsely stocked.Prices have increased across the board.What is there is junky, broken, not priced. Sadly, Im not going back. Its not worth the trip!

This location never has anything good so if you are looking to buy junk its perfect for that. More than likely just like all of the other locations the employees get first pick of all the best stuff, take it for themselves to keep or flip it on Ebay. Thrifting isnt what it used to be and its really a shame.

Dirty and over priced.

My visit was great. Got a couch and loveseat for $35. Not a bad deal at all. Cashier was friendly and very helpful. Keep up the good work guys! Nice clean store.

Wonderful customer service

Beware !!!!!!!!, I bough a pair of suit and lately found out that it cant be dry clean it due to small holes found. So I try to return or exchange but infortunately they have no return and exhange policy. I never had this issue with other branch as they want to please the customer for repeat business. So, lesson learned to ask for return policy.

Very welcoming environment and nice employees. As a collector, great selection of VHS Tapes. Store always neat, stocked and well organized.

Great customer service, sweet staff. My only complaint is the permanent crayon they use to price things doesnt always come off and sometimes they write on the top or front of things. Prices lowered on July 1st which is good, they were getting a little carried away.

These location had alot of housewares items. I like purchasing electronics and dvds. very little selection of what Im looking for.

Was told to put my mask up. I was having trouble breathing with my asthma. I told her its not mandatory if you have breathing issues. She yelled at me and said it was. The mask police needs to read the order again!!
