Adequate parking. Store is clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly. Always up to date on seasonal offerings. Toy section is no more. Fairly priced for the most part, good quality items.

Had to get a wreath and ribbons for work decorations and the selection was overwhelming. Blew Hobby Lobby and Michaels out of the water. I have always enjoyed going in here for things and havent been in awhile. Will go back again soo

Not what you would think when you see the name of the store. Reminded me of a dollar general in or oldies store. Not a Christmas Tree Shop. Lol

I have never been in this store when there wasnt a ridiculously long line, and the cashiers are slow when ringing people up. I like their merchandise, but I dont even bother going in anymore because of the long lines.

Love going to this store! There is so much to see. Lots of seasonal items in stocks. I love kitchen gadgets and the selection is always great. For checkout, there is now a queue. Associate calls you over. Before you picked a line and I always chose the wrong one!

So many things available here and I think that I could find them all. I probably get more things than I need. My main objective was suet for my backyard bird feeding area. I came home with a lot more than that. My daughters dogs will be happy too. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

This used to be one of my favorite stores. Definitely not a fan of the new design. The beauty section always had a huge selection. Theres no cosmetics or good hair care. Its just a bigger version of the dollar store now.

Yes you do have to be careful not to come home with a ton of stuff you dont need because the place has just a huge assortment of off the wall stuff you only find here. Love this store. Must shop here when in Hagerstown. Id rather shop here than the Outlets any day. Better parking, prices and overall shopping atmosphere and experience.

Awesome store that sells just about anything you need. Vaseline cost about $1.46 there and at CVS its near $2.19. Nice furniture pieces too.

I visited this store a week ago and found that I left one of my bags there. I called and spoke to Amy who got Kristen involved. After explaining that I live an hour away, they decided they could mail it to me! I received it today, and cannot thank them enough... they went above and beyond.! Great customer service and I will be visiting there again and again. Also, telling all my friends and family.

I enjoy seeing all the assortment of items in this store, however, I think they are a little overpriced

I just want to say HUGE thank you to Stephanie and everyone at this store. There was a certain bowl we were looking to replace and Stephanie and her team went way above and beyond to help us out. We live in Texas and happen to see this store as we were driving home for the holidays they didnt have the bowl in stock in the store but she was able to track it down and send it to us. Ive wanted to visit this store for years but decided against it since I wasnt putting up a tree. Boy did I miss out. They have all kinds of stuff. I was able to complete my fall decor without breaking the bank. I will be back for winter decor and Christmas ornaments (wink).

I think if youre looking for holiday decorations, youll like this store. However, I give it a 4/5 because I was looking for ginger bread houses and they had zero. I couldnt find anywhere in the store where they sold ginger bread houses.

The only place that doesnt clear out summer items after the 4th of July. Wanted some outdoor stem where for my bar cart and nobody else had summer items out. Also, i always find interesting items there. All but the margarita glasses were from the Christmas Tree Shops.

We are from new england so we usually visit here a couple times a year to get unique, rustic decorating ideas. Their grocery/toiletry section is usually cheaper than target next door too.

This place is A mess of Chinese Junk. They specialize in low end household and yard stuff. My biggest problem is they never have enough help at the registers. And seem to find the most rude employees around.

This store helps you find just about anything you need at a lower price. I stop by periodically to replenish the supplies for my travel bag. I do feel that this store is very organized, but no one around to guide you. I spent ten minutes searching for batteries (they hang by the register for some mysterious reason) and then a few minutes looking for someone to ask where they were. Overall, a great store.

Always not only find things we came in for plus more get me a cart.

Lots of stuff here beyond Christmas and for lower prices than some other stores. I even got a nice rolling kitchen island here today!

Loved the variety of items. When its not Christmas time its all household, health and beauty. Visited from out of town and when I visit again I will go back. Had my girlfriend take me there twice on the short trip.

I came here to get some items for my bathroom at my house. As I was at the checkout line, this woman was very rude meaning the way she said “Here you go. You’re welcome thank you” right between there on out I thanked her, she needs to be nicer to the customers, either be nice to the customers or lose your f**king job, it’s that simple.

They are doing a great job to help people keep the proper distance and have even rearranged the store. They have a disinfectant station set up also.

Its ok lacked fully stocked shelves in 1/4 of the store.

Used to sell more outlet-type seconds etc but now its new, cheap junk. They do have some good food products though, and pretty plates. Thats about it

BUYER BEWARE PRICE SCAMS!!!My Family and I went here today just too look around and found stuff with price tags and marked on the shelves at a low price we got a few things and went to check out lady didnt tell us our price. After returning home too look at the receipt too see that the price of every item was changed too a higher price the receipt said item price 1.29 our price 4.99 So why advertise the low price on the item and on your shelves just too lie and charge a different price altogether! I always shop here every year and now I will not be returning ever! and I will be letting everyone know.

Friendly and helpful employees that go above and beyond to help you. The product that I was looking for was not on the shelf so I asked Stephanie, an employee who seemed to be about six or seven months pregnant at the time if there was any in the back because she was in that aisle stocking shelves. She proceeded to tell me that they should have it in the back. That the truck just came in that morning. To me that day she went above and beyond. Most places I have went to will tell you to come back later after the truck is unloaded.

Love this store. Always walk out with stuff I dont need but hey, its fun. Clean and organized. Lots of great deals.

There is always something interesting at the Christmas Tree Shop. Today the summer items were on sale and they were setting out the fall decorations! I love looking around and shopping here.

The store and staff are nice. I have to admin, its geared towards women so I was along for the ride. Wife found the items she was looking for.

Liked this place very much. I had the taco salad and it was very good. The salsa was so good. Liked that it had lots of cilantro. The place was very busy and couldnt accommodate our group of 8. Had to sit at separate booths. Not enough chair seating. No handicap parking that I was aware of. Had to park too far away. Didnt visit the restroom. Place was clean and server was very friendly.

The best year-round Christmas store that have everything on Christmas items and accessories. They also have other items and accessories for other holiday seasons.
