Seems like good quality, clearance section small. Fun camping section. Furniture nice. Pet section was very one sided in favor of the dogs. Bright, clean, well lit store. Nice cashiers. Havent been to a Big Lots in years because it wasnt always this good. Will return.

Other than furniture I dont find much in here. I give it 4 stars though because it was a great date place when me and my boyfriend started dating during the pandemic. We sat in a big chair for about an hour and no one kicked us out 😊

Disappointing visit. Was hoping to buy some furniture, instead I got not in stock on most furniture items, but can be delivered. For the shipping cost they charge, Ill keep looking. Other than that it isnt to bad of a store. Not a store near the top of my shopping list 😒

I wish I could give 0 stars! The big lots I usually go to in Chambersburg is 10x better as far as customer service goes! I ordered a sectional online but the only store that had it in stock was Hagerstown. Long story short the store manager keeps saying she never received my order and there’s nothing she can do. I called the bank just for them to confirm that big lots had received my order. Kara the store manager was extremely rude, not helpful at all, & even hung up on me when I asked her how I could get my refund!!!! 800$ & lots of phones later I’m receiving my money back from the bank. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

This store is nice, but it isnt what it used to be. We used to but patio furniture and holiday decorations there, but the selection has dwindled and we do not shop there as much as we used to.

They have rearranged the place since Christmas and it looks wonderful. Nice and clean and inviting I thought.

Three stars to the store only due to the fact that we have been there twice now for furniture and both times they have not had what we were looking for in stock. However one of their associates Sandy deserves 5 Stars for sure. She had a good attitude and assisted us by contacting the Chambersburg store. She found out that they had what we were looking for and had them hold it for us.

Went there to just browse around for things to buy for my house. They had a lot of things that I would buy for my home. Great atmosphere and friendly workers.

The store does not have much to select from. The prices other than furniture is over priced and no self check outs

Great alternative to Target or Walmart if size doesnt matter as much to you as others. Bigger than a convenience store & stocked with better brands and products than one, Big Lots is a go-to for certain items.

The salesperson was very helpful. But the item we wanted is out of stock. They will not sell us the display. And weve been looking for this item and calling them for one month to see if they get it in period

This Big Lots was very clean and well organized. I was shopping for a plant stand and they had a nice selection, reasonably priced. The sales associate at the checkout counter was very courteous.

I was looking for a simple wall mount paper towel holder. Something you would think most stores would stock. I looked at several different stores in my area including Big Lots. No one had them very disappointing.

When looking for bargains, this is the place to go. From candy to groceries to furniture to appliances, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, some things for autos to. Also things for Christmas. You can find just about all your needs here. Stop in youll be glad you did.

You cant buy display furniture or patio furniture and you cant order it

Got my outdoor furniture cushions here for a great price. Cheaper than a new furniture set for sure. And are holding up well. Staff is helpful too.

They are letting people in without masks even after i told the mgr they just looked at me. They even rang the unmasked person up without saying anything. There were 5 unmasked people in there at the same time. SHAME ON YOU BIGLOTS. You can ruin it for the rest of the retailers

Alot of furniture and their good value

Bought a couch from here and after a year the frame broke. I paid extra for insurance on the couch but yet will not replace! Which in my book says the frame is insuranced for 3 years

Really like Big Lots..decided to do minimalist decor, so you can always find odd things there. But, it seems that each time I get to the register and ask for my discount, i always hear youll get it on your next visit, expect a coupon. I never have received a coupon!!!! Whats up with that??

Neat place to roam the isles and find things you really wasnt looking for. Some good deals and unique foods through out the store. Always find something to buy. Im still not sure how their store card works. Never received any discounts or special offers even though I use it each time I shop.

The staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. You can always find a good deal on mattresses and bedding. Their selection is a bit limited however they seem to have what I’m looking for in terms of the basics for bedding. They do offer home delivery. And if you have time to walk the isles you’ll be sure to find a few other items that I’m sure you could use at a very reasonable price

Big Lots is a Great Place to Pick Up what You need for the House or Just Because. They have a Great Selection of Furniture, Housewares, Bedding and Bath. They also have Toys, Movies on DVD and Bluray as well as Season Items. All at Reasonable Prices.

I would think if you have a Layaway program that the item that was put on Layaway would be set aside....Nope item was discontinued, went in to pick it up after paying on it for 4 weeks and was told no go...very unprofessional!!!!

This time of year ( Christmas) normally is a testing time for many consumers, I had waited in line at a local thrift store for 15 minutes and left without a purchase due to poor customer service. I will be back to big lots for much of my future shopping and browsing. Star, you are too cool.

A fun place for unexpected bargains. This store always has something new and prices that are really fair. A lot of stuff is cheaper here than anywhere else. Its a good store to visit every month because they do rotate their merchandise. They buy a lot of closeouts. This location opened in 2012 I think, and it is much cleaner and better lit than the other Big Lots. I think it is bigger too.

Another place that offers cool items no longer available elsewhere. Decent discounted makeup items. A good train wreck store.

Im always eager to find what treasures this store has as things change from month to month. Friendly staff and clean store, including the restroom. Enjoy my visit every time and I always stay too long and buy too much but never regret it

Ever since this location moved the process have increased enough where I only go hoping to find something by chance. The location is clean and well organized. But I consistently can find items cheaper elsewhere.

The employees are very friendly, I wouldnt qualify this as a discount store though. Some things are priced right where they should be, and other stuff is priced outrageously. A discount store to me is some place like Ross, The Christmas Tree Shops, or Ollies Bargain Outlet.

Typical cheap store. Was clean. Check out a nightmare. Long lines and had the clerks signing up for membership while people waiting in line. Bad enough you have to wait for slow checker and slow customers then you have to wait for them to type all the information and signing you up. This should be done at a service desk not checkout line. For someone with bad knees it is too long a wait. Will not be returning. Too bad it was a fairly nice store. Cared for and clean.

Love shopping here but I do wish the prices were cheaper then hobby lobby. For it being a big lots the pricing isn’t the greatest.

Its supposed to be a discount store... went in hoping for a deal on a bed, the prices were outrageous! We ended up getting a nice king size mattress at a high brand store for $199 compared to their queen sizes between $500-$700.

Found items on my list quickly and easily. Found some excellent bargains on food items. No wait at checkout, and staff was helpful & friendly.

I am not sure what to say about Big Lots, there seems to be plenty of great merchandise but I rarely if ever find items I am looking for, its odd to me.

They do not provide assistance for handicapped people. I currently have to use a cane to assit me when walking. It is very difficult to navigate a regular shopping cart. This store needs to get wheelchairs for their handicapped customers.
