This was our first time at this particular Zales as the ones closest to our home have closed. The service we received was extremely friendly. We came to get my wifes wedding rings cleaned and inspected and was all done with a smile. The thanked us for shopping before we left. Kudos to your staff at this store.
I absolutely loved the service I got here! I came in, knowing exactly what I wanted and got immediate help with everything! Very friendly, very straightforward and certainly would recommend anyone wanting to purchase jewelry to come in! If they dont have it in store, they will order it from their website, ship it to their store and have it perfectly waiting for you to pick up. Zales also offers financing options to fit your needs.

Went here to get my ring inspected since the store in Chambersburg closed. Much less convenient to go here, but no other choice.Store was busy on a Saturday, and they werent enforcing any kind of pandemic related precautions like courting people in the store or enforcing masks. Employees did wear masks, and there were plenty of staff to help the customers. No real way to keep 6 feet apart in there, though.The lady that helped us was friendly and efficient. Got us in and out in no time, so all positive there. She didnt try to sell us anything either, which was nice. She happily cleaned my other ring with it as well.

Every piece of jewelry i own is from Zales. Dating back to when I first married my ex husband. I have never had an issues with their jewelry. Since moving to Hagerstown Maryland we have been going to the one at the Valley Mall. All the employees are awesome and the manager Jen is the best! She knows when I come in or when my husband comes in to make purchases for special occasions! Today I went in to have a few rings sized and to figure out about a pair of hoop earrings my husband purchased for me for Valentine’s Day. While I was very appreciative and loved he got me hoops (even though I hinted for the last 3 or 4 yrs lol) they were to big and when I went to put them back in the box after wearing them on Valentine’s Day the ear post bent. They were willing to fix them but I just wasnt good with them being so big. They allowed me to return them and pick out something else I may like. I felt bad about returning them, but my husband said he was ok if I did and got something else that I would like. They took care of me with no fuss. I highly recommend the store at the Valley Mall. They will take the best care of you and your jewelry needs!

The hours that are posted are incorrect. I drove an hour since that is now the closest store to me just to see the gates! Not happy...
Dont waste you money in this store
Absolutely horrible. A diamond had fallen out of my ring, so I went into the store got it sent off to be replaced. I was told 2 week waiting time which turned into a month. Finally it arrived at the store so we went in to pick it up. The woman pulled it out, here is was ALL SILVER when it was a rose gold ring. I am told another week to be sent back out. I have had a horrible experience with this Zales.
1/5 rating due to poor store and corporate ethics.I was very disappointed to find out that I was misled by the salesperson at Zales when I purchased my wedding band and the lifetime warranty for it. I was led to believe that I will be able to exchange my tungsten wedding band with an identical wedding band on the spot due to this metal not being adjustable their fore there would be no point in waiting for it to be resized. Now that I need my ring size adjusted I am being told that I have to wait 4-6 weeks for the store to send me a replacement ring. The store manager offered to exchange the ring as it was originally advertised however he would charge me a new lifetime warranty fee every time I would like to have the ring resized. Seeing that working with the store is not working, I reached out to the corporate office to express my frustration and that is when I was simply told it is up to the store manager’s discretion and they wouldn’t lift a finger to help me.Special thanks goes out to David the customer service specialist at the corporate office and everyone who helped me at the Zales store.Sincerely,Nima Z.
