I just went in to pick up my girlfriends prescription and the very RUDE old lady that gimps around wanted her birthday and I was two years off and I get is she aint been here once I called and got her the right information she proceeded to RUDE in her demeanor. If you go to the counter and she asks whos next let the person behind you go or simply just stay away and go to a local pharmacy where you can get friendly service with a smile 😃

Always had good luck here. Sometimes forget their lunch-time closure but that is my issue not theirs. Pharmacists are always happy to answer questions and the front line staff is efficient.

I had the worst customer experience by the associate named Diane, i first time i went up there and another very nice lady had told me medication wouldnt be ready for a minute which i didnt mind at all, i shopped and then came back and then had to deal with Diane who was probably one of the most disrespectful employees they have in the whole store, i gave her my prescription card and she refused to take the one i had even though the lady i had been dealing with before was going to take it if my medication was ready. she then pretty much was saying i had to pay for my prescription in full even though i had insurance that would cover almost all of it. she acted like she couldnt do anything with my insurance but Ive never had a problem with my card before. she then gave me attitude saying i needed to tell them about my insurance when i dropped off my prescription but she obviously didnt hear me when i said IT WAS CALLED IN FROM MY DOCTOR. she just kept repeating the same i cant do anything you should have told them when it was dropped off line with me 50times. my husband and father were even irritated with her. it was a simple prescription for strep throat and she made it a huge process. she eventually made me go to someone else who didnt have a problem helping me in a heart beat. she either doesnt know how to do her job or she just doesnt want to. if you have to deal with Diane and she doesnt want to work with you just go to someone else everyone else is so much more helpful. WORST EMPLOYEE (DIANE)

Before I begin. I give a 1 star to their text service for notifying you when your order is ready. Seriously Walmart HQ you need to fix that!The people in the pharmacy seem to be really nice. Ive not had trouble with any of them, they are urgent and they explain everything well. Ive even had trouble with a doctor recently and theyve worked hard trying to correct the doctors mistake!

Always long waits, people working here dont know anything. Call in a script and come after time it says ready and still have to sit and wait. I hate this pharmacy with a passion

TERRIBLE SERVICE from employee Jessica. I have high blood pressure - ordered my script over the phone, came in after 5pm like I was asked to do- it was not ready. Came back the next day- still not ready. They gave me 3 days worth of my script to hold me over- came back on the fourth day- they STILL did not have my script. All employee Jessica kept telling me repeatedly for ANY question I asked was “you have to talk about it with drop off, I can’t help you”. Highly frustrating. I signed up for text messages for when my RX would be ready- was told yet again “after 5pm”. I’m now 7 days in without my medicine and it is taking a toll on my health. They have not offered to transfer my script to a different pharmacy but I will ask now and never use this place again. At any rate- don’t deal with Jessica because she’s like the aforementioned Diane. “Ask drop off”, “Can’t help” - sad excuses for employees.

The Pharmacist ( Kelly) thinks She’s God!Well She is far from it!! My wife is under Physicians care. We took her prescription in to have it filled ( we usually go to WEIS~ they wouldn’t have it for a week). They couldn’t fill it when we took it in, they said they had to call her doctor first (drs office was closed). So we had to wait until today. They called my wife & said that in Her(Kelly) Professional She wasn’t going to fill it.Kelly’ s Not a Doctor Nor is She God.Wake up You are a Pharmacist You are the to fill Prescriptions NOT DECIDE WHO GETS WHAT!!!!!!

Making your customers drive in and hand you a script to find out if you can fill it or not is just wrong! Taking 45 minutes to fill a script, especially when are fully staffed is way to slow!
