Glad the three verticle dots allowed me to edit my review to a positive one.In person the pharmacist was very easy to understand.Im new to prescription insurance deductibles. So all I knew was there was a $400 deductible for tier 3 prescriptions and then it would be $35 copay.When the same tier 3 med was about $90 more than before I was perplexed.I called my insurance company and the reason is that at the same time I met the $400 deductible it created copay for the 90 day supply and the extra cost was three $35 copays.

I just have to tell you that the girls in the pharmacy last night are all Angels. My husband was there to get the vaccine because he meets the state requirements and they knew that I was out in the car waiting for him and they had extra vaccines so they did mine as well and then I saw them going around to everybody in the store letting them all know that they had vaccines available If anyone wanted to come get a shot. It was the manner in which they were doing it, it was just trying their best to be helpful without any demonstration of power or control, you had to of been there to get the full scope of what I experienced. Thank you to each and everyone of you.

We were in Waynesboro PA at a Pediatric Urgent Care facility, by the time we got out of there it was 7:45PM. This CVS is around 13 miles away so about 25 minutes away. We called CVS with hopes someone would answer and then be willing to stay a few extra minutes, which ended up being close to 15 minutes.The Pharmacist was a saint last night. She stayed late (even later than our ETA because of well, people and red lights). Our son was able to start his breathing treatments before bed and we were all able to get a little rest.They always say first impressions are a lasting impression and it will take a lot to ruin my impression of this Pharmacist.

Walked in at 5:35 to get a prescription filled for 1 single pill. Was told would have to pick it up tomorrow, they close at 6:00. I chuckled and said its 1 pill. Im thinking it would take 10 seconds. Its simple stuff, if a customer comes in the store before closing time and is willing to wait for a filled prescription, simply fill it ...no matter how long it takes. Its a shame I have to educate these folks on basic customer service. Went to walgreens across the street and they filled immediately. Goodbye CVS.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a CVS pharmacy! First, they never answer their phone. I had to drive there to even speak to someone! My insurance company called and waited for over an hour as well. Then when i got there, there were problems with my medication. I waited on and off for 6 hours. The man who was waiting on me was the pharmacy manager. He was VERY RUDE, he accused me of being a drug addict, and then put in his headphones and ignored me. I am a professional and have a degree and I was so embarrassed! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! I am contacting CVS CORPORATE as well!

Been waiting on hold for someone to pick up for 1.5hr. The last time this occurred i wound up driving up there still on hold waited to be called up whilst hearing their ringer announcing that someone was on hold. Once i was called up i asked do they not answer the phones it wasnt like they were busy and 1 of the 3 workers coulda picked up the phone. The reply was a nonchalant the pharmacist will get it shortly. I then proceeded to show her my phone and place it on speaker so she could see i been waiting almost 2hrs for someone top pick up the phone. The pharmacy has because very unprofessional since the management change.

This pharmacy is listed on both the CVS and Veteran Affairs website as participating in the Mission act, allowing veterans to fill prescriptions at local pharmacies. When I went to urgent Care, I called the VA and they gave me this address to send my prescription to. The first visit my wife went in, and they told her $170 and they had no idea what she was talking about. She second time, I went in there and they said I needed a pre-authorization number. This was for a prescription of antibiotics from urgent care, not a routine prescription, so I didnt need pre-authorization. The third time I went in I had the CVS national hotline on the phone to help assist them with the process. Keep in mind, this whole time Im sick... I called the national CVS help line in the parking lot and waited on hold 20 minutes. She verified this pharmacy does participate in the Mission act, and I kept her on the phone and went inside. The girl attempted to be helpful and looked it up on her computer, and the representative on the phone told me to have the pharmacist call the CVS help line for employees if there are any problems. We ended the phone call. 5 minutes later the girl came back and said she was unable to do it without a pre-authorization number. I told her to please call her help line and she asked ME for the number to HER employee help line. Ive reported this pharmacy to the VA and CVS corporate as not participating in the Mission act, and will try any pharmacy other then CVS in the future. In the meantime, theres nothing for me to do except not fill my prescription, because I dont have $170 for a 7 day course of antibiotics.

The people are awesome here! The bathrooms are disgusting though. I wish I could post the pics I took. I couldnt get to the sink to wash my hands because of all the piled up trash and specifically tampons on the floor.

I was in there getting my husbands prescription and this was my 10th one,so I have a $5 buck reward....so after I got his prescription I was looking at vitamins with my husband,prenatal vitamins to be exacy,and yes I stood there for 10mins possibly but I wanted to get the best deal and one with the best vitamins because Ive had 3 miscarriages. But yet I had 3 store employees at different times coming and standing by me,giving me the impression I was going to steal or something,what ever I left. I will never come to this cvs again!

This is one of the worst CVSs I have EVER been to. Yesterday they typed in the wrong number on my husbands prescription card. We called the insurance company and nothing was wrong with his prescription card. This CVS employee had lied and said his insurance had lapsed. After my husband was sick all night (because he couldnt get his medicine) because of THEIR mistake he called them this morning. The female that answered was rude. Then he called back and talked to the male pharmacist, which was also rude and hung up the phone on my husband. We will NEVER go here again. I will also make sure all of my community knows how rude these people are and to choose a different pharmacy. If you want good service go elsewhere!!!!!!

The location is perfect, the staff is fantastic and the the freebies are just so awesome.. I always use my cvs card to collect extra bucks. The pharmacy staff knows me well is always prepared and ahead of me when I picl up my prescriptions.. all around a 5/5
