I love this location. Its conversation, clean, and fast. It was my first time ordering from Krispy Kreme, and the cashier was so helpful in helping me build the perfect dozen. I settled for the variety dozen. Bonus? Youre even able to add the specialty donuts to your dozen at no extra cost! Definitely coming back for more!!!!

The staff was extremely kind, especially the two young ladies that helped me with my order in drive thru. I wanted to add more donuts after I had already paid and the woman at the window this morning was very kind and understanding about it. Not only was the customer service phenomenal, my donuts were delicious!

The hot sign is always on but the original glazed doughnuts are NEVER hot when you purchase them. If you see the hot sign on just keep driving bc it’s a disappointment every time. Lol

This place was not so good when we first walked in smelled like they mopped with dirty water from a week ago they had limited donuts to pick from at 930am in the morning then i asked if the had sodas most locations have fountain sodas this one has no machine so the person behind the counter stated sorry no fountain sodas but they have bottle in the cooler next to me so i looked only diet soda and some other bo name soda so i asked chocolate milk sorry only white milk so no drink already had 2 cups of coffee while at the just tires i ordered 6 donuts for me and my son 3 glazed 2 chocolate one and one lemon filled all were stale and smelled like yeast. So stay away if you need a drink other then coffee and some stale donuts

I visited this establishment a few days ago with my fionse, and mother in law. This was my first time going to krispy kreme, and they exceeded all my expectations! By far the best customer service I have encountered since I can remember! They were patient with me when I didnt know what I was ordering, then my order was somewhat complicated, and they honestly took the time to make sure my order was correct, and would not be missing anything. Absolutely astonishing! Keep up the great work guys!

First time I’ve ever tried kris pay kreme. I was not disappointed at all! I ordered them through the app grub hub, it came very fast and the donuts were perfect in every way, if you have a Krispy Kreme near you I would definitely try it out

Awesome Donuts! 👍 😎These are perhaps the best donuts you can buy...certainly from a corporate/chain location. They are made fresh in-house and you can watch the donuts being made. Only downside? The coffee ☕. They have a long way to go when it comes to coffee drinks. They company should hire some ex-employees from Dunkin or Starbucks and learn how to make good coffee. 😊😁

I actually wanted to give this one a 3 star, but the donuts were too good for me to completely justify that rating. My only problem with this entire visit was the hot light. If the hot light is one there should be hot fresh glazed donuts available for purchase. I went in before work. Hoping for a glazed donut for an employee. The hot light was on, but they had ZERO glazed donuts!! Not even cold!! They had only been open 20 minutes and the store was empty except for me. There were no explanations as to why this had happened. Sadly after I paid I did Soy half a tray of glazed donuts off to the side when the girl had told me there were none. I will give it a pass this time. Theyve only been open a week. Im sure they are still working out kinks.

Excellent! Best donuts around better than any other place that you will go to. there light and soft and O so Fresh, not too sweet at all. Definitely number one comfort food. and the best part of it is that you can see them being made fresh from the very start great place to go to take your kids to see how donuts are being made first hand.

Love my Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I have to drive 75 minutes to get them. So worth the drive.

Couldnt get our order right initially. They kept repeating completely incorrect information when we placed the order (Im talking 3-4 times before getting it right). Then, we pulled around and no one at the payment window could verify our order correctly, so they had to re-enter it AGAIN! I was shocked they actually got our order correct in the end, but it took us nearly 10 minutes for them to even be able to verify it correctly. They seemed untrained and completely unprofessional. Also, the medium drinks were literally the size of a small Dunkin Donuts drink. (Im 99% sure they gave us small drinks instead of mediums, but we were fed up at this point and just wanted our food.) This was our first and LAST time ever going to this location.

Grandsons (5yrs) first experience with Krispy Kreme he loved it said it’s his very favorite pink donut (strawberry). Enjoyed watching as much as eating! Wish we had gotten there to view the glazing, maybe next trip!

My drive thru order for a dozen doughnuts was wrong when I got home. I called the store and they profusely apologized. They made the order right and added some complimentary doughnuts as well. VERY customer service aware. Will definitely return.

They aren’t krumpees, but they are close. Very good, fresh made donuts. They have a window that you can watch the donuts being made. If you sign up for their rewards program/app you get a free donut. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Whomever is filling these donughts is NOT doing it correctly. 2 dozen donughts and most are lightweight with hardly any filling. They all are filled on the one side not centered...trashed and expensive waste...

Donuts were ok service ok. Lemonade slush drink horrible. Would have gotten a better review if an off shift employee wasnt sitting on the counter playing with dough and speaking loud enough for everyone in the place to hear her conversation with the other employees who were actually trying to work.

I am giving this place one star, not because it is awful, but because I have completely boycotted it. However my husband has gone a few times and says that the boxed prepackaged donuts sold in stores are better. Their fresh donuts fron this location are way too sweet. AND if you live or work in the area there is absolutely no reason to go to this chain which takes customers away from our towns long time tradition of our small local donut shop, Krumpes, which creates the most heavenly to die for donuts in the world. Krispy Kreme cant touch Krumpes for value, taste, or quality.

Delicious and fresh donuts at a decent prices. Found out during our drive thru Friday they were offering one dozen chocolate glazed for only $2.00 additional with the purchase of another dozen donuts at regular price.

Fresh donuts, drive through got order exactly right without all the usual other companies aggravating issues.

They let the fresh donuts go down the rollers and just drop into a trash can. I even mentioned it to two employees who did nothing but watch them fall into the trash.
