Ladies look and treat you like a thief if you are not well and expensive dressed !! Embarrassment

The worst service ever! When I entered the GUESS store, I was greeted with greetings, and you became interested in my person. On the other hand, when going to GUESS accessories, the ladies were unfortunately too busy to say hello and take care of the client. After making my purchases, saying goodbye I didnt even hear the answer. ZERO customer interest, service at the lowest level. Playing with the phone in front of customers and gossiping during customer visits is unacceptable. I felt like an unwanted person in the lounge and the ladies just waited for me to leave. I hope this opinion will go to the board and they will start to control it more. You can see the huge gap between the service in Krakow showrooms and here. I do not recommend!

I do not specifically recommend. Rather old collections. Bad choice. A few shirts and a small selection of other clothes.

Very nice and helpful staff who welcomes customers from the moment they enter the store. They respond to customer needs, current trends are known, they are willing to share product knowledge, they can advise. Prices - as always great.

I always find something for myself here :)
