I ordered a Birthday arrangement to be delivered 10/31 and it was not delivered at all. Although when I spoke to Corporate I was told it would be delivered by 7 p.m. and it never was. So glad I paid a $10 delivery fee. I called the store on 11/1 and was told that it would be delivered today b/c only one person was working on 10/31. Im not sure why they would still accept orders to be delivered if they couldnt commit. I will never use this store again. Ruined my birthday surprise for my Moms 60th birthday. Thanks for dropping the ball!

I absolutely love this place!! Excellent customer service and the manager there Jonah is so helpful and insightful about the products and freshness of everything. I literally visit this place at least once a week. My absolute favorite is the cheesecake. I highly recommend this place for a smile and some great desserts.

I’ve ordered a few times and had a fine experience without issues. I made orders locally in Hagerstown, in Germantown MD and Florida for Grandparents’s Day- as I received a notice about it in email from Edible Arrangements. I spent $158 total, about $68 on the arrangement for this specific location.Well, my order was put in around 1:30PM and was set to go out day of, but did not. Which is fine and understandable. It went out the next day. Well, no one ever rang my mother-in-laws doorbell, and because it was a surprise they didn’t know it was coming (I just ensured they were home). The product was left outside on the porch in 85 degree weather. By the time they noticed, it was melting and ants were crawling on it.To my surprise and disappointment- I reached out via email and never received a response back. It’s interesting because the location in Florida KEPT the products and later delivered. It clearly states in their FAQs that products can no longer be left with neighbors so I guess the next option is to leave food on your doorstep. I will never order anything from this location in the future for very obvious reasons listed above. -Toresa Wilson

Went in friday on short notice for a arrangement for my sisters birthday! On short notice jonah promised me he could make me an arrangement within 10-15mins! The arrangement looked great and my sister loved it an was so happy thank you so much! Will deffinently be a returned customer

Stopped by for a last minute fruit bouquet and was not disappointed. Quick, polite service over the phone and delivery to my vehicle. The entire transaction was in the parking lot right outside their door. Start to finish was less than 10 minutes.

Very pleased with the service I received. I ordered a birthday present online and decided to change the order. I called the store and with no hesitation they changed my order last minute on the day the arrangement was to be delivered. The staff was amazing as well as the cheesecake fruit box. Instead of flowers, I will be sending Edible Arrangements from now on for all future occasions!

Ordered Flowers and Chocolate Covered Strawberries for my wife. Cost $125. They forgot the flowers. Refunded me $40. I paid $85 for 12 strawberries and 3 balloons. The strawberries werent very good either. Really disappointing

Ordered an edible arrangement for Valentines Day and it never showed up. Called 3 times and was told it was on its way.Called in to ask how theyd fix this and their offer was to Re-Deliver.... why would I want it after the holiday? I wouldnt order overpriced fruit on a normal day. She said shed have the manager call me back. Manager didnt have the stones and made the poor associate call me back. Only offer was refund.After ruining a V-Day delivery, their best remedies are Re-Delivery or Refund. Sad!
