I know this is not going to be believable but my wife and I had the best time test driving and picking out a vehicle at Younger Motor Group. Their team of professionals were great from beginning to the end. John, our salesperson, was so knowledgeable and helpful that you couldnt help but to enjoy the time you spent with him, and trust me we ask him a ton of question. Dwayne, our business manager, was amazing. He explained everything in terms we could understand and always wanted to make sure we understood the price and never tried hiding any, total transparency.You have to understand how amazing this review is because my wife and I hate buying vehicles and the whole sales process, but after dealing with Younger we will never go anywhere else. Since Mitsubishi split out to their own service area the service has been 10x what it was before. This time I was terrified I was facing a service bill of thousands of dollars but it was a simple fix and it worked! VERY SATISFIED

Very poor after sales service .Bought new outlander PHev with Broken A/C with dashboard warning showed up within 25 miles on odometer ..into 2nd week after a follow up I am informed the needed part is 10 days out on a back order .

They took very good care of me from start to finish. Had a appointment made no delayes work was done in timely fashion. Had issues with sunroof ( that didnt happen there) but went the extra step to prevent posdible future issues. Cost for all repair where reasonable. Last I had a Mitsubishi dealer resently down here and felt great now no hour drive . They seemed more concerned with selling me a vehicle then servicing my vehicle.No problem I will drive the hour.Thank you

I had a breakdown in Pennsylvania and had my car towed to Younger. The service manager quickly got my car in for an inspection, and the problem was diagnosed in a couple of hours. Their shuttle even gave me a ride to a nearby restaurant so I could have lunch while they worked on my car. I cant say enough about the Service Department here. Good attitudes and prompt handling of what was a scary situation for me....700 miles from home. I was back on the road in hours...and for that Im totally grateful to the service manager and tech at Younger Mitsubishi!

Had problems with my Lancer Ralliart to the point it was almost junk due to cost of repairs. Denny, Mitsubishi service advisor, and Josh, Mitsubishi technician, really saved me.Denny is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Denny explained everything to me, and called to keep me updated as things progressed. Josh is great. He worked on my car for 6 years, and is very knowledgeable with Mitsubishi. He explained in person what needed done, and the process. A special thank you to both of these men. A lot of dealership service guys try to get money out of you,,,, these two saved me money. I purchased my new car from Younger yesterday, and it was the BEST car shopping experience Ive ever had. JC was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient (as I changed my mind multiple times)! Not pushy at all, wanted to make sure I truly loved what I was going to buy. Unlike some places Ive been in the past, JC and the team at Younger made me feel like I was a VIP! It was refreshing to deal one-on-one with a great salesperson who wasnt on his phone or running back and forth with other customers while working with me. Have been trying to get 2 recalls completed here. No one ever answers the phone in the service department nor do they return calls.Very frustrating! Would never buy a vehicle from this dealership if this is an indication of how they treat customers.

Brought our 2014 outlander in because it wasnt running. Was told within the 1st hour said wiring. Then nope thats not it. Sent us home because we live 2 hours away. My jusband and i said no more than 4 hours of labor. They come back just at 4 hours to say its a box that will be $1300. Plus more labor. No guarantee thats all though. When i first went into the place i felt like it was a scam judt for money....should of stuck to that feeling cause thats what we got. After $1800 said it was also the batttery. ( new one ) was no good. It is a good battery took it and had it checked. When we picked the car up the check engine light is still on. And now wont pass inspection because our mechanic says there is a wiring problem. So why wasnt that taken care of when the car sat there for a month. Very disappointed. And now even mad after 2 months. No i wont bring the car back there ever. I think they lie to make money. First impressions always last with me....and was not a good one with them.
I bought an Outlander Sport last week, and I just love it! J.T. was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and a great help before, during, and after my purchase. Matthew the Finance Manager, got me a better interest rate than my Credit Union! Also, he was very helpful in explaining each extended warranties that I purchased with my vehicle. In service, Patrick was able to get me in and out in the same day that my remote starter and other accessories got installed. The service technician showed me the work he did and how everything worked. This was my first new car purchase and it was a great experience. These men at Younger do a great job.
Brought my car in for a free oil change and tire rotation, so theres really not much I could complain about. The waiting room is always clean, and my two year old son, always enjoys watching cartoons and playing with the different toys.
Absolutely love my car, a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage, absolutely hate Younger. Salesman was quick to get me in my car but couldnt get him to return any of my calls afterwards however. Rear axle was out of alignment which is common for the mirage and is covered under warranty. Service department told me there was nothing they could do. Took my car to the body shop. 1st time they called to say it was done you could see air bubbles in the paint and could still see small indents in the body work. Had to argue with manager Scott which he claimed he couldnt see anything wronh with it. You could move the air bubble with your finger. Once shown that he said ot must be dirt in the paint and they would buff it out. There should be no dirt in a quality paint job. And buffing dirt in paint only scratches it. Repeated this about 3 times with the body shop and manager Scott in particular. Each time car wasnt correct and scott claimed there was nothing wrong. The last time he claimed the insurance wasnt gonna pay him to sand and paint the car again. Well they shouldnt have to. Younger should have done proper work from the start. The car still isnt right but we had to take it because its our only car. Stay away from Younger. Go elsewhere for Toyota, Mitsubishi, and Service.UPDATE: Have left 2 voicemails with general manager and have not heard back.UPDATE: Spoke with general manager who told me my experience isnt typical and he would speak to the body shop manager. Have never heard back. STAY AWAY FROM YOUNGER TOYOTA AND MITSUBISHI. I have no problem showing anyone my car to show them the poor job they did. I have given up on hoping for a return phone call. Every once of management at Younger is dishonest. Stay Away.
I went to Younger Motors to trade in my car; after being turned down by several dealerships on Dual Highway. Isaac greeted me at the door, and he really listened to my concerns, needs and my budget. Isaac introduced me to Stafford Horetz who really worked a minor miracle by making my desires a reality. Cheryl Taylor really went above and beyond to explain to me every document I had to sign, enabling me to sign myself into debt with ease. (Smile)The staffs at Younger Motor cars have really exceeded my expectations’. I would recommend Younger Motors to anyone who is looking for vehicles. The customer service is phenomenal, the prices are affordable, and the cars are in EXECELLENT condition.

I was in the market for a new small SUV. My husband saw the Outlander Sport at the Valley Mall. It was between this and another make of small SUV. What won my sale was trifold: the price and what they gave me for a tradein; the promise for convenient service with free oil changes/car washes; and the excellent warranty. The sales person, Brian Fearnow, was very knowledgeable about the car and not pushy in the least and Stafford made it happen. So far my experience has been a very pleasant one!
This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen, we brought three cars from here and had issues with recieving tags, attempts to take advantage of my elderly parents, we have been getting the run around on other issues as well, there is a lot of dishonesty and unethical things going on at this location, and the customer service from MOST of the individuals we attempted to comminicate with was Horrible . I only buy Mitsubishi cars and I would never ever ever in this life time go back to this location
