I saw online they had the exact car I wanted, called and tried to get everything straight before driving 2 hours to get it. I was working with Richard Koehler for over a day on this. He wouldn’t give me much information over the phone just kept telling me we would know more once I got down there. They tried giving me bottom dollar for my trade in, when it was in perfect condition. Then told me I needed $10,000 as a down payment. He knew the information before I ever got down there! I hated being lied to and wasting 4 hours of my time. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Hagerstown Kia was my last hope on purchasing a car, Scott was extremely helpful and very patient with me through the whole process. It may have taken 24 hours to complete the deal but it happened! If you are in the market to purchase a new car I suggest Hagerstown Kia and ask for Scott.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. HaHaHa……what a joke! I wouldn’t trust Hagerstown KIA Service Dept with any of my vehicle needs! My mom’s brand new 2021 KIA Sportage caught on fire an hour after she took it to Hagerstown KIA for her first “free” oil change! That first complimentary oil change cost me a couple thousand dollars because Hagerstown KIA doesn’t want to admit fault and take accounts for their service tech’s error! 🤬🤬🤬 When it happened I called them and told them and all the told me was to call 911 which my mom was on the phone with them at that time. They don’t even care about if you’re ok or not and they can’t confess or make up to their own mistakes. Thanks for being one of the worst service center around Hagerstown because we will never be back or step foot on your grounds again so you just lost people’s business and that’s your own fault.

I own a 2011 Kia Forte. A few months ago, I had my Kia towed to the dealership in Hagerstown, because my car needed repair and this Kia dealership is the closest one to me (at 30 miles away). The bill ended up being around $3000. Which I dont blame the dealership for. Before picking up my vehicle, I asked the service department associate that we had been working with whether or not there was gas in the car. She replied that she was sure there was, and would check. I didnt want to be stuck on the interstate, in an area I was unfamiliar with, with no gas in the tank. I came to pick up my Kia, they pulled the car around and I looked at the gas gage. It hovered on empty! Needless to say, a mile or two down the road on the middle of the interstate, the gas light pops on and I was forced to pull off at an exit and find a gas station ASAP. $3000 spent there and they cant make sure theres some gas in the tank, when I specifically asked? I would have paid for it! Hagerstown Kia has no common courtesy! Weve had the car home a month and the check engine light came on yesterday. $3000 and now more problems! If youve read this far, please do yourself a favor, dont buy a Kia, and whatever you do, dont take it to Hagerstown!

I nought 2 of my vehicles here. When my optima started having trouble with the oil consumption, they were on it quick. After a few tests we found the engine needed replaced. It was a quick and easy process. They even gave me a loaner while they had my car for 10 days. Great people great service!

Not good experience, we made a appointment to look at a Kia Soul. The price online was completely different then what it actually is once you get to the store. Our salesman told us that they automatically have to add 2,000 to the price due to the shortage of vehicles right now and all dealerships are doing this. That is FALSE! After asking certain questions, never got a strait answer. The salesman was more pushy on brand new kia’s then the used lot.Happy I didn’t buy from here, seemed like they are just looking to rip you off. Went to another dealership and got exactly what I wanted and didn’t have to pay any extra because of the “shortage of cars” and was very happy!! Wouldn’t even give this a 1 star but had to just to post a review.

First let me say I dont post reviews so for me to take the time out to write one is rare. My daughter was driving home from work on a Monday and her car started making a tapping sound so she called me and I told her to pull over and we had the vehicle towed to KIA Hagerstown. Jen from KIA service called and said they was running some test and it was a knock senor code. I spoke with Jen a few days later on a Thursday and she told us the engine bearing was gone and would need a new engine installed and that she was already talking with KIA Headquarters on having the engine replaced and would be in contact with us. KIA Headquarters requested a few extra test from KIA Hagerstown and come to find out that she ended up getting the engine covered and a new would be installed, the Following Monday (7 days later) we was told by Jen. On Tuesday evening (8 Days later) around 5:30pm Jen called and said her vehicle was ready for pick up and the engine and install was covered 100%. What I didnt tell you was her engine had 112,000 miles on it and KIA stood up and took the responsibility for the faulty bearing. Jens performance was above and beyond what you find at 98% places you go too, Im truly impressed by Jen, KIA Hagerstown and KIA Headquarters. My suggestion is if you own a KIA or ANY Vehicle make sure you have it serviced it will probably save you some unwanted stress and keep records just in case you are asked for them. From someone that has never owned a KIA this really makes me think on my next purchase.

We purchased our 2020 Kia Soul from Hagerstown Kia. The process was painless from start to finish.We also just completed our first service at Hagerstown Kia. The service personnel were professional and they described the service and updated me on the status. I completed the survey from Kia and provided them with excellent marks. There were two items that Kia focuses on that did not affect my service but are important to corporate. Those were an offer of transportation while waiting and walking me out to my vehicle when the service was completed. Neither was done but the service was completed in 20 minutes and the vehicle was only steps from the service department!! I would highly recommend this dealership for both purchasing and maintaining your new Kia.

In May 2021, I brought my Kia in for an engine software update with a letter from Kia. The tech left the fuse cover stuck in the door pocket, left the cap off the windshield washer fluid, and broke one of the closure tabs on the cabin air filter box. VERY disappointed in the lack of oversight in the service dept.

Both Josh and Scott were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process extremely easy and smooth. The next time I’m in the the market I will be returning for sure.

The website says clear pricing. Ha! Online it had a car listed for about 20k. After discounts advertised 17k. Website also says you have to add in frieght and delivery. Fine. At the dealer, freight was rolled in to the price which matched the original online price. However the dealer said we had to add freight in because thats what the website says. It was already added in to the price, they have is a discount but said after they gave us the discount we had to pay frieght because they had taken it out. I dont have time for that mess. Go somewhere else!

I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and made an appointment to meet salesman to view vehicle in stock. Arrived and he was not available nor passed to another sales person. I was shown a different vehicle. When I asked about the one I was susposed to demo I was told it was in their storage lot. I asked where was person I was to meet and told he was upstairs and not available. I never got to see the vehicle I came to see. Ive bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership and never had a problem.
