The ladies I talked to on Thursday 4/22 in the morning were so friendly and helpful! I was very unsure about buying CBD oil and they advised me on certain products to meet my current needs. This location has a (for Maryland) Large and quite Unique selection of all different kinds of pipes. I purchased a Steamroller the last time I visited and I most definitely liked it. They also have a lot of accessories to choose from and even a loyalty program to join if you so choose.

Went in for Kratom and the selection they have is extensive for a good price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us choose the best option for us. Made a emergency trip here from DC for a product I couldnt find in my area. It seemed like a family owned shop and they were very knowledgeable and friendly, even held my item til I arrived. I would make the drive from DC to shop here again.

Its unfortunate. They have a lot of different product. However, they dont seem to be very knowledgeable in any of it. They sold me a grinder that doesnt grind. I understand how product works. So I wouldnt have held it against them. However, they refused to let me return it, even for store credit. At first, I was told that I couldnt return it because I used it the one time when I discovered that it is useless. I cleaned it immediately and couldnt tell it was used at all. Then, I was told that I couldnt return it because All Sales Are Final. Hmmm...which is it?

Not from Maryland while passing through today we stopped. Typically we stop in Friendsville but due to traffic that just wasnt possible. Now having been there, granite I personally dont smoke, thats where Ill go when passing through Maryland. They have an excellent selection.

Great little smoke shop. They sell water pipes and all sorts of things. They even have a black light room. They sell CBD weed for 35 for a 8th. Their water pipes or (bongs) run from 45 or so to hundreds of dollars. They have regular glass pipes for about 20 to 25 for some basic ones. They also sell some vape products from what I saw. Overall its great little shop and staff is friendly and helpful.

Very poor management and customer service.. Bought an item for $50, get home and un wrap it (live on same road) and it is cracked so I take it back in less than 10 minutes and they fight me on saying they cant take it back.. This has happend here before but it was handled appropriately. This time, Im assuming under new management doesnt want to take a loss.. But this is a loss.. Nd my only 1 star review... Well simple pleasures does not check your Id they only ask for your date so thats good for you.. If you want great quality, great prices and real customer service go to hippies on dual highway, beat in town..
