We purchased our cherry cabinets in 1982 and they still look excellent. I have had to ask them to repair a door and they did it. Their ongoing service to old customers is excellent.

Top quality cabinetry. I had a semi-custom bar hutch / cabinet made to my drawings and they did it perfectly!. I was kept abreast of the progress and expected delivery date. Note that this was a semi-custom piece and had to be scheduled. So it took over 6 weeks to receive. This is normal and not unexpected. The staff is great and very helpful. They know their stuff and can help you make decisions. I recommend visiting in person as their web site is not extensive and doesnt show the real quality of their work.

We have cabinets in our kitchen from Hagerstown Kitchens that are from 1984 and are still flawless! they are heavy, solid, and the finish has not worn despite decades of use. For reference, my parents still have their cabinets from 1995 from a different manufacturer and the finish has worn on most of the edges. If I ever move and need to redo a kitchen or get cabinets for another room in our house, I will use this company.

Hagerstown made our custom red birch cabinets in 2009. Jenn drove to Chantilly herself and measured. One visit! I cant believe how perfectly everything fit! I would have had to measure everything 19 times! The fit and finish are perfect still eight years later. Our installer even noted how much easier it was since everything fit so well.There was one little glitch with a tall cabinet door showing some deformation about a month after installation. Hagerstown prepared an exact-fit replacement within days.

Terrible Company! There are many better places within a 20 mile radius. Heed the other warnings in these reviews. Run far! Run fast!

The craftsmanship of my cabinets are substandard. The doors were put on and arent level. There is a huge gap between the ceiling and the trim above the cabinets which looks cheap and the work is shotty. The shelf doesnt stay in my corner cabinet because the holes were drilled to large and wont hold the brackets to keep the shelf in place. After multiple service calls, my cabinets that cost $1000s of dollars are still broken, they used glue and duct tape to fix them on a service call. I wouldnt recommend Hagerstown Kitchens to my worst enemy. Im appalled at the poor service and quality of work. Everything is uneven, broken, and overpriced for the quality of the work. What more can I say. Run from this place!!!! What a disappointment. They wont fix their mistakes and will drag it on for years and years. I have solid wood custom cabinets that look like crap and this isnt an exaggeration!!

It was terrible when someone instslls a kichen they have a desighner desighn them for your kitchen we couldnt reach the microwabe handle to me thats poor plNning for the money the caninetes are breautiful the person who ordered them desighnrd them they did a poor job !!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesnt even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems.Quite honestly their prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced.Should have gone to Lowes and saved a few thousand$$$!

Our experience with a rep working with Hagerstown Cabinets has been a total nightmare. While the cabinet quality on those we could use, is decent, the customer service is horrible. 2/3 of our cabinetry had to be returned as it was the wrong measurement, wrong color, etc.
