Used have good customer service but lately not so much the times Ive gone in to make a purchase Ive either not been greeted or even asked if I needed some kind of help ridiculous and it wasnt even busy

I went there not satisfied with a product I purchased online. Ashley I believe was her name was super nice and helped me with a few questions and other products I was interested in.The return process was easy and I had no problems. I really wish customer service was like this everywhere I went!Thank you Ashley for being so helpful:)

I went in and Tori helped me. She was amazing. It was 15 minutes till close but she even sat me down and found me good products after hearing issues with my current products. She was nice enough to teach me how to apply makeup, she would do one side and have me do the other. She was so sweet and had the greatest advice. I didn’t expect to get this kind of help so close to closing but I’m so glad she did help because she was great and taught me so much!

Erika was great there! She gave me great recommendations for products during my mini facial and fit my boyfriends daughter and myself in quickly with no appointment on the weekend. I highly recommend this store and definitely stop by and see Erika. The other woman who was working was great too but I dont recall her name (she had multi colored hair).

DJ helped me and was the best person Ive ever had! He matched me and gave me really good opinions. He even gave me a free sample from the front for my birthday on my Sephora account which people have not done! Will be back!

Friendly Staff and great products. They allow 3 free samples very helpful allowing us to find the one we like most

The service my mother had at this location was amazing. The young person named Rachel was very helpful and treated my mom like a princess. Rachel was extremely personable which does not surprise me since she was from the Washington D.C. area :) I would definitely recommend and revisit this location.

My first time at a Sephora. Im not hugely into makeup but Angela was wonderful. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the product, and went out of her way to accommodate me. I would go back again because of her customer service.

Staff members were helpful and welcoming to my girlfriend, however treated me like I was a moron and were quite aggressive towards me. Store was well stocked organized and clean. Everything was as expected aside from the manner in which I was treated.

Real nice people here. Got help getting the accessories l needed.
