I have had a lot of vehicles in my time but I haven’t met anyone as passionate and a perfectionist as Jeremy. He also can pretty much do anything mechanically you may need as well. He took time out to explain to me what he was going to do. He gave multiple options of how I could accomplish my vision for the truck and he took care of the rest. His prices are affordable and actually less than what his genius is worth. When I got my truck by OMG is all I can say. Work was pristine and I could not tell that he touched anything which is what I wanted. I will be going to PIC Auto from now on out. He has gained a loyal customer. Jeremy did fantastic on my truck! He installed a backup camera, bluetooth stereo, and speakers on my Dakota. The truck is 16 years old, so it needed some work underneath as well. Jeremy not only did the upgrades, but did some much needed repairs underneath. The truck drives so much better now. Also, his secretary, Meg, was a pleasure to work with. I called and spoke to Heather a few weeks ago she gave me a quote. I got the cash together and was ready 2 weeks ago I tried calling several times to no answer. I kept trying the following week to find out there had been a family emergency. Today I picked up my outlander and WOW is all I can say!!! The quality of work the time he took to think ahead and make my job perfect was so very much appreciated. Poor service! We have gone by this place to drop off a deposit multiple times during business hours and no one was there. We also have tried calling on different times on different days and no one answers.

Ok usually I am very hard on people working on my car or radios. I took my car to Jeremy at PIC and he greeted me at the door we talked and I showed him exactly what I wanted, as far as my Ham Radio installation. Now with that said I dropped my car off, and having went to another stereo installer that rhymes with humpin, with an install on my Harley I was less then Impressed to say the least. I came back to pick up my car and the install blew my mind, it was extremely neat, the face plate of my radio was well fastened, my main body of my radio was hidden, we still have not found it. It is well under the dashboard. You can not hardly see where the radio is directly connected to the battery. The antenna was tie wrapped all the way up to the mount. Just an awesome install. The price was very reasonable, and I had no hard feelings about paying this man every penny, as he deserved it and more. I will definitely be bringing my Harley to him to get my radio installed correctly. Thank you PIC see y’all soon. You all can not go wrong coming to see this guy.

My wife surprised me with a remote starter. The other place in town shows that they really dont care that much about their customers (thumpin). But wow, PIC really cares about every detail. Great guy, talks a good bit, but its only because he actually cares for guys clientele. For automotive work, check him out, you wont be disappointed in his service. I believe he specializes in BMW, but he did a great job on my Tucson.
