Edit: Brandon is still great. I bought a 2nd bike from them. I have advertised for this business through this review and word of mouth. And I have personally spent about 30k there now. They were a bit dishonest with me on my last purchase though. I had issues with the bike on day 2 and they said they couldnt do anything for me. But, I do know that I should have been able to return based on the Buyers Remorse Clause. I wasnt even planning on flat out returning, I was going to grab another bike that suits me better. Went in for a look at the new 2022 Chief in person and get a hands on feel of the bike, started talking with Barbara in sales about what I was looking for and comparing the new Chief to the Springfield Dark Horse. She was VERY knowledgeable on the bikes and offered to go on a test ride with both bikes, switching out halfway on a long test loop. I had such a blast, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Now the hard part, deciding which one I want LOL. Barbara and Twigg Cycles have definitely earned my respect and will have my business when its time to buy hopefully in the very near future!!!

Went to got a gear indicator for my Honda cbr600rr, guy working as cashier selling motorcycle parts says it doesnt exist. So I went online and orderd it myself. I will not go back.

Purchased multiple items from Twigg Cycles in the past accessories, clothing, helmets, and 2 motorcycles (A Honda Shadow, and a Harley Davidson). The sales staff are really friendly, the dealership its always clean, and they even stayed open one time to accommodate my purchase. So you may be wondering why the 3 star rating. So my latest purchase about a year ago was a 2013 Harley Davidson Heritage Classic Softail. After owning the motorcycle about a year it developed a starting issue. Thinking it may be the battery I removed the seat to put the battery on a trickle charger. Low and behold the whole fuse panel is rigged up with a completely different type of fuse setup, and there are wires spliced together everywhere. So I called Twiggs to see if they could get it in for service there, and it was explained that their techs are not trained to work on motorcycles with starting issues. Then they stated they could get it in for service however would have to sublet the work out to someone else. So my big question is why sell a customer a motorcycle that cannot be serviced by your dealership? Thats why the 3 star rating. Check out the photos of the spliced wires on the website, under latest photos. Or tap on the photo contributions at the top of the page. If anyone in there right mind would have let any customer know about this before the motorcycle purchase they would have walked away from the motorcycle.

They do not come up to you and ask if you are needing help. Its like a big party. They stand around and laugh when customers are just walking around and do not come up and help. This place is a joke.

A truly great buying experience. First, I was allowed to test ride the bike which is not a common accommodation from a lot of dealerships. The price was one of the best I have seen and they were transparent in the negotiation. They let me leave the bike there until I could come back with no rush whatsoever. The line of communication also stayed open after the sale when I had questions. I cannot speak on their service department because I only worked with the sales team, but they are a great group.

I have been there twice....I ride a harley...but both time i have been there the people there have not let me down....they are quick to help, they answer your question and very friendly....order a face shield for my helmet the first time...the second...ordered the sena 50 headset...they called me in a only 2 days..a sale associate named grant talk me through my options...when i made my choice..he did not balk at my choice..he happily placed the order...gave me a good deal compared to j$p cycles and revzilla....will use them again when i need something that i feel i will get a good price and speedily service.....this is a honest post...am very happy with twiggs....but still...i wont ride nothing but a harley

I bought a Suzuki Burgman 650 from Twigg last year and have been meaning to write a review. They were a pleasure to deal with. There was a minor problem with the bike and there was no hassle they just took care of it and followed up to make sure I was happy with it. I would definitely buy from them again. Great job!

I recently had Mike install the new lower housings onto my Roadmaster Classic. True to what I have come to expect, the job was done quickly, they showed me what I needed to know, and they told me where my parts (that needed to be removed) were. That, plus the usual hospitality I receive when I visit makes making the 90 minute ride from Gaithersburg worth every mile.

Bought a 2018 Harley Davidson Heritage there last Friday. The whole experience could not have been any better. Called that morning to inquire about the bike. Ben told me it was still available, so I rented a trailer from Uhaul and went to look at the bike. It was as described and and the buying experience was awesome. Ben was very professional as were all the staff I had the opportunity to meet.

After MANY trips to another Honda dealer to get MANY problems repaired from the installation of my CSC Trike kit, I went to Twigg. After about a week ALL my problems were repaired, the staff were VERY friendly, courteous, and communicated with me almost daily on the status of the repairs. It has been over 3 months and I have have no more problems. FYI - Twigg Cycles is about 2 1/2 hours from my home, it was WELL worth the trip Twigg !!

If you need a part ask for Brad. He spent 100 times more effort to find a sissy bar for my new Suzuki than the dealer did where I purchased it. I live in Tennessee but I will start doing business with Brad from now on! He will go out of His way to find you a part. Good to know there are still people who truly want to help you.

First bike I had there for inspection and service which was an 05 r1 fell off the lift with no tires on it they fixed it for used bike I was happy ...took my 2018 Hayabusa to get its first set of new tires put on it and they scratched my rear rim manager said The axle was removed the rear tire fell and hit the rear break caliber I am still not happy because my bike has no scratches until now

These guys made my dream come true.Twiggs is, one of if not, the best motorcycle dealership I have ever had the pleasure with whom to do business. Mike Twigg you should be mighty proud of your crew. I have wanted an Indian since the first time I saw one a half century ago. Thats 50 years if you are mathematically challenged like I am. When Polaris bought Indian and came out with their first models I thought, now I have a chance. Last year when they released the Roadmaster Elite I took one look at it and I was hooked. I worked with my local dealer and they just couldnt get where I needed to be. Twiggs was recommended to me by a friend. Despite the fact they are 337 miles from my door I started a conversation with Kelby, their GM. Kelby didnt waste any time. Within a matter of hours he was so close to where we needed to be. Within a day we came to an agreed price that made both of us happy. I went there to drop off my trade and was treated like the family that you havent seen in a long time. Everyone was friendly and caring. Maddie was awesome and gave me a quick tutorial on the Ride Command before I had to go meet with Frank, the financial manager. All in all the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle of any kind. I really cant say enough for the crew that made an old mans dream come to life.

Never thought I would buy an other motorcycle that wasnt a Harley. A friend recommended that I I vist Twigg as they gave used Harleys. The staff was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I seen an Indian that caught my eye and test rode it. Loved it! The staff was not pushy and wasnt solely focused on just making a sale. Needless to say, after visiting other shops, I went back to Twiggs and purchased the Indian.

I went there to see about a part for my bike went in the service depart ment side 1st thing out of the persons mouth that waited on me was we cant work on your bike its to old guess they should of let me finish saying what I wanted before interrupting me and telling me my bike was old and they wouldnt work on it all I wanted to do was order a part

Twigg Cycles was recommended to me by a friend and Im glad I took his advice. I am very new to the world of motorcycles and all that goes with them! I never even sat on a motorcycle until my visit to the showroom! After entering the store, (which I was pretty intimidated about to begin with) Maddie offered her assistance. I let her know I had no idea what I was doing, but told her I needed to purchase some gear for my up coming motorcycle safety class. She took her time, answered all of my questions and reassured me that I was just as welcome there as any experienced biker! She patiently waited and assisted me as I tried on several jackets, gloves and a helmet, informing me on the things I should be checking to be sure I had the proper fit. A. I was greeted by Maddie upon entering the dealership and I informed her I was interested in one of the bikes on the floor. She proceeded to help me and answer all questions with knowledge and politeness. Never did I feel any pressure to make any decisions as I had informed her early on that I wanted to negotiate the price of the new bike and value of my trade and that Id have to get back to her in a couple of days. We continued to communicate through email the next business day and a deal was reached. Id just like to say she was a pleasure deal with start to finish. I havent picked up the bike at the time of writing this (having a few thing added) but I expect the same level of service when I come to pick it up. Shes promised to go over it with me at delivery and Im really looking forward to it. Cant wait to ride it home. Another word about this dealership, I just like the place. The is the 2nd bike I bought in 2 years from them. We bought our sons Kawasaki here last year. Seems to me that everyone has the customers best interest at heart here and that means everything from a buyers perspective.

I purchased an Indian Vintage on 10 October at Twigg Cycles. Every single aspect of my purchase experience was exceptional. I made a query regarding the Vintage and Kelby Brookens responded within hours saying he had the bike I wanted along with the current offers in place at the time. When I came to the shop (this was my first time), I was offered assistance immediately. My sales rep was Buddy and he made the entire process simple and easy. He walked me through how everything on the bike works and then I test drove it. The best part is that I rode my current motorcycle to get there and had no way to get it home. Buddy drove my bike to my house that evening (about a 50 mile ride) so I could ride my new bike home. I dealt with Frank in financing, Sam in service and Jessica in apparel/sales….all of them were great. There is a brand new Indian dealer a couple miles from where I live. However, I will be headed back to Twigg cycles for my parts, service and motorcycle needs. Keep up the great work Team Twigg!

Everyone was helpful and friendly when I called as well as when I arrived. Chad was super helpful and patient. I had been riding a V-Star 650 for the past 2 years when I came in curious about an Indian Scout and Yamaha Bolt. Chad put me on a Scout for a test ride which was lovely, but I was leaning towards the Scout 60. Unable to pull the trigger at the moment Chad was super cool and kept in touch while I thought on the decision. Three weeks later I gave him a call and said Id be on the way to pick up a matte black Scout. He put a sold tag on it and 3 days later, I riding out with a brand new bike a few accessories.

Recently purchased some exhaust from Twigg Cycles online and am happy with the product. Shipping was very fast and they do a great job of answering questions. I had a small hiccup with my order and they made it right. Highly recommend this company and will be back in the future

In addition to giving me a fair price for my trade and knocking off few bucks of a brand new hot bike, Kelby got me financed and out of the door in hour and a half. Going back there coming Friday to install few accessories. Great dealer!!!

Item was misleading. Twigg put up road blocks every step of the way. They sent me ONE speaker not in ANY kind of packaging at all. Tried to say I didnt return it in the original fashion. Thats b/c Twigg took one speaker out of the original manufacture package and sent to me in a baggie and called it their own. I returned it the EXACT same way I received it with a USPS box. Watch Twigg will reply to this saying I didnt return it the same way. Yea no kidding - they sent me a piece of crap box and I sent it nicely back to them (at my expense) in a USPS box with their EXACT same wrapping paper. I also never got any of the hardware that Infinity sends with all their speakers. I have the FACTS and Twigg has the BS. This is how NOT to treat a customer. The say they want to work it out...complete crap. They must be hurting for money and trying to earn some cash by selling individually. kinda sad.

I contact Chad regularly to check on test rides, bike info and other questions I may have at the time and I am always pleasantly reminded why I have purchased bikes from here, gotten maintenance items, and scheduled my bikes maintenance where I just feel so confident that these mechanics are going to take care of my bike like it is theirs for so many years now. Like I said, I send a question to Chad and it is answered almost immediately, no matter what it may be. I also like when you stop in that everyone steps up to help or just chat. I have been at quite a few dealers in my travels where you swear you are invisible because if you do not REALLY try to get someones attention then you will not get any and you will definitely be taking your business to where they do. I sure would not give an endorsement like this if I had not had the great level of care and professionalism all with the camaraderie of people who are real bike riders too. I am retired and ride all year and it does not matter if I call/write or stop in in July or January, I get the same enthusiasm from the staff. As a matter of fact, I need new tires so I gotta call tomorrow! *Just a side note- I REALLY like and appreciate the overall safety checks they do after any maintenance. They really let you know the status of your bike and what it may need either immediately or in time. The peace of mind when you get it back is terrific!!!

I will never shop at Twigg Cycle again, I was approved for two motorcycles that was sold from under me. The first I was called and told I was approved just before I was going into a meeting. After my meeting gave them my security deposit and was told they sold that an hour after they called me. The second the salesman or who ever that was on the phone made need feel like he was during me a favor and I had to tell him right them or he was going to sale it and his did. I was never send any of my friend to them and was going to purchase a dirty bike for my daughter, but not now. I ended up buying my new bike from a local deal who did even request a security deposit after they got me approved.
